About this episode
Hello!
Today, I’m joined by Sophie Cachia. Sophie is a Melbourne-based content creator, business owner and mum to her three children, Bobby, Floss and Esme.
After more than a decade in the public eye, Sophie has learned to tune out the noise and live life on her own terms. In this episode, she opens up about marrying and divorcing in her 20s, the deeply personal journey of coming to terms with her sexuality, and navigating the challenges of dating and relationships in the spotlight.
Sophie also shares insights into her blended family, the beautiful co-parenting dynamic she’s built, and the role her partner, Maddy Prespakis, plays in their lives. She speaks candidly about online criticism, including commentary around their 10-year age gap, and why she no longer lets strangers’ opinions define her.
