Setting boundaries and saying no to the unnecessary

In this video, we understand from Tracy Pruzan-Roy, a Certified Executive and High-Performance Leadership Coach, the importance of establishing boundaries and learning to say "no" to the unnecessary. By setting boundaries, we can better prioritize our time and energy, allowing us to focus on the tasks that are most important and beneficial to our growth.
