About this episode

Self talk is something we all do. It’s how communicate with ourselves and it can have a significant

impact on our health.

There are many mental health apps which may be of benefit and there is also scope for doing CBT online. Disclosure: I am medical adviser to a web-based app called Leafyard which is AI driven and based on CBT: Leafyard.com/actnow
