About this episode
Niamh Cullen speaks to me today about friendship, love and starting afresh. Niamh is a fitness instructor and started her business Monday Club in 2019. She speaks to me today about moving on from a past relationship and starting over. Niamh has been very open about struggling at times with her mental health and having up and down days. Today, she goes into detail about what those days look like and how with therapy, she found a way through. This is a gorgeous conversation and I'm so grateful to Niamh for coming onto The Good Glow to tell her story.
