This week, I'm joined by Jess Redden. After packing her bags and moving to Australia with her fiancé Rob Kearney, Jess speaks to me about spending two weeks in a hotel room in quarantine and everything that came with it. Jess is studying to be a pharmacist and speaks to me about finishing her studies and her dream of maybe opening a pharmacy in Australia some day. Jess opens up about the death of her dad last summer and the devastating impact it had on her. Her love for her family is so strong, her positivity is infectious and she is one amazing lady.
