Jake and Rebecca Haro, the parents of 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro, have been charged with their son’s murder and making a false police report, with each held on $1 million bail. Investigators concluded that Emmanuel was never kidnapped, and cited inconsistencies in the parents’ stories. They now believe the infant is deceased even though his body has not been found.
