About this episode

In Richmond, Kentucky, an Uber driver was recently arrested and charged with first-degree rape and first-degree sodomy after a passenger accused him of sexual assault. The victim claims to have gotten into the vehicle and fallen asleep before waking up in the suspect's parked vehicle in a secluded lot, not at her residence. Investigators used Uber GPS data and surveillance footage—which showed the vehicle stationary for roughly 25 minutes—to corroborate her account.
