About this episode
Heidi never felt like she fit in with all that was going on. She says she had an Instagram filter of fear. The only thing that changed it was alcohol, drugs, men and recovery. Alcohol was her drug of no choice. She is the author of Relationship Ready: How I Stopped Fucking Randos And Started Cupcaking My Soul Mate.
Heidi lays out some practical how to’s for living well in relationships after sobriety. She even has a special “prayer” she uses quite regularly as a valuable tool that helped her learn how to actually turn things over.
Heidi is a girl who likes to keep it simple in relationships and she shares how she does that with us in this episode.
Heidi is a member of the Confident Sober Women Facebook group where you can reach out to her anytime. She is also in Instagram @Heidibcoaching or her website www.heidibcoaching.com.
