About this episode
This is a companion podcast for this morning's mantra.
A no isn't the end of the road. Today's meditation reframes rejection as a question rather than a verdict — an invitation to keep listening, keep asking and keep moving toward the yeses that lie ahead.
Your Morning Mantra: Rejection is just a question.

0:00A poche production. Hi, I'm Jennifer Cray. Let's reflect on today's mantra. Rejection is just a question. Close your eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes. Relax your ears. Relax your jaw. Relax your shoulders down and bring your attention to your breath. Allow the events of your day to run through your mind.
1:03From when you woke up to this very moment. Reflect on where you received a no today. Reflect on how you will continue to ask and how you will ask next time.
2:04Reflect on what you can ask for tomorrow. What can you learn from this? Now think of three things that happen today that you can be grateful for. Say thank you and then let go. Releasing the day and all thoughts that came with it.
3:07Calling your energy back to this moment. Bringing your attention to your breath. Breathing in and out of your nose. Drawing your breath down into your belly. Where there are no thoughts at all. See you tomorrow for your morning mantra. You can also deepen your practice with me on Insight Timer. Find the link below in the show notes.
