0:00A poche production. Hi, I'm Jennifer Cray. Let's reflect on today's mantra. I release worry and return to calm. Close your eyes. Or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes. Relax your ears. Relax your jaw. Relax your shoulders down. And bring your attention to your breath. Relax your eyes. Allow the events of your day to run through your mind.
1:02From when you woke up to this very moment. Reflect on a moment today when worry appeared. What did you notice in your thoughts in your body? Reflect on how returning to your breath or the present moment. Change to your experience. Relax your eyes. Reflect on how returning to your breath or the present moment. Change to your experience.
2:12Reflect on how you can gently release worry. When it arises tomorrow. What can you learn from this? Now think of three things that happen today that you can be grateful for. Say thank you. And then let go. Releasing the day and all thoughts that came with it.
3:16Calling your energy back to this moment. Bringing your attention to your breath. Breathing in and out of your nose. Drawing your breath down into your belly. Where there are no thoughts at all. See you tomorrow for your morning mantra. You can also deepen your practice with me on Insight Timer. Find the link below in the show notes.
