0:00A poche production. Hi, I'm Jennifer Cray. Let's reflect on today's mantra. I am beautiful. Close your eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes. Relax your ears. Relax your jaw. Relax your shoulders down. And bring your attention to your breath. Allow the events of your day to run through your mind. From when you woke up,

1:02to this very moment. Reflect on your uniqueness. Reflect on your beauty. Reflect on your beauty. Reflect on the softness of acceptance and love. Reflect on your beauty.

2:17What can you learn from this? Reflect on your beauty. Now think of three things that happen today that you can be grateful for. Say thank you. And then let go. Releasing the day and all thoughts that came with it. Calling your energy back to this moment. Bringing your attention to your breath. Breathing in and out of your nose.

3:20Drawing your breath down into your belly. Where there are no thoughts at all. See you tomorrow for your morning mantra. You can also deepen your practice with me on Insight Timer. Find the link below in the show notes. Find the link below in the show notes.
