0:00A poche production. Hi, I'm Jennifer Cray. Let's reflect on today's mantra. I allow myself time to simply be. Close your eyes or lower your gaze. Relax your eyes. Relax your ears. Relax your jaw. Relax your shoulders down and bring your attention to your breath. Allow the events of your day to run through your mind.

1:00From when you woke up to this very moment. Reflect on a moment where you will allow yourself to pause and do nothing. Reflect on any resistance you felt towards stillness. What might that be trying to tell you? Reflect on how you can create small moments of stillness in each day.

2:24What can you learn from this? Now think of three things that happen today that you can be grateful for. Say thank you and then let go. Releasing the day and all thoughts that came with it. Calling your energy back to this moment. Bringing your attention to your breath.

3:29Breathing in and out of your nose. Drawing your breath down into your belly. Where there are no thoughts at all. See you tomorrow for your morning mantra. You can also deepen your practice with me on Insight Timer. Find the link below in the show notes. Thank you.
