Ray Moore: The Promise of Jonadab

Mary welcomes back homeschooling pioneer Ray Moore to talk about the importance of each "everyman" who desires to lead his family and leave a lasting legacy of uncompromising devotion to Christ. Retired Lt. Colonel and Chaplain in the US Army, Ray Moore has served for over forty years in pastoral ministry as a campus pastor, a congregational minister, an Army Chaplain or Director of a Christian ministry. Ray is co-founder of Frontline Ministries, Inc., and currently serves as the President of the Board. Exodus Mandate is a project of Frontline Ministries, which focuses on prayer, revival and Christian education. Ray is one of the Executive Producers of the 2011 award-winning film, IndoctriNation: Public Schools and the Decline of Christianity in America. Today we are going to talk about his book, The Promise of Jonadab by Ray and his wife Gail. Jonadab, found in 2 Kings 10 and Jeremiah 35 is a minor OT character but one who lives on as an example of passing the torch of faith to subsequent generations, leaving a godly legacy for all to observe and understand.
