Property Prices Expected To Rise Further Despite Growing Affordability Challenge
About this episode
Estate agents expect house prices to increase by 5% on average in the next 12 months, according to a new survey from the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI).

John O’Sullivan, member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and Dublin based estate agent, and Michael Dowling from Irish Mortgage Brokers join The Last Word to discuss.
