Trevor, how do you, how do you sort of get into Kobe Bournemouth? I think he always has to retarget this here. Just how do you get him on the actual again? Yeah, I think that's something that is obviously important. He's a great player. We've seen how he's impacted our offense since he's been here. So I think that does take some work as far as some intentionality in doing that. But also sometimes that happens in certain games where it just doesn't find a certain guy for whatever reason. So I'm not necessarily as concerned about a game or two as far as like going forward into the whole season. But yeah, definitely got to give him more opportunities. He can do a lot. He's a really great route runner. Gets open, understands things. He knows what we're doing schematically. I trust him. Like you guys have seen. So I think that is definitely something that's important for us as an offense. I wonder what the same Barber has been able to record 80 or more yards in each of the last six games. What is it about him that keeps him so consistent?

I think there's a lot of things. Obviously, super talented. Slow back up. I was super talented. He gets open, creates separations. A really good route runner, great ball skills, can make contested catches. I think all those things are part of it. I trust him. Our chemistry has grown more and more over the past year of just him being put in a lot of different situations and excelling and winning is one on one. I think all those things play into that. And then obviously early in the season of these first two games, it's kind of had the hot hand. And that's just kind of in the way it's gone. And we got to do a better job getting everybody involved. And that's obviously me as a part of that. And continuing to give guys opportunities. But Parker's done a great job. And the offense is going to run through everyone at some point, though. It's not just a one-man show. And I think everyone on our team knows that. Parker knows that. All the guys know that we need everybody. And it's going to be everyone's time at some point.

But yeah, I think he just built a lot of trust with me. And I can depend on him and the way he practices every day, the communication that we have. I mean, there's a lot of trust there. So I think that's a big part of it. What do you learn about this team? I've got this one. It's me. I don't think it's football. It's how you respond. That's what it's all about. And like we all know that have played. And it's not your first season in the NFL. And you're going to play some good teams. You're going to have some tough losses. And you've got to be able to respond the next week. And that says everything you need to know about your team. So I'm confident that we're going to respond. And that we're going to be ready to go against New England. That's what good teams do. You bounce back and you play better than you did the week before. And like we said last week, it comes down to a few plays. We should execute a little bit better. And even though I didn't feel like we played well at all on offense, we still had our opportunities to win the game last week. So how do we just make some changes, improve, and then make those plays down the stretch that we need to make to go close out the game? That's depends what they do on so well. Yeah, I think they just play really well together.

Seems like they're really tied in, really from the front all the way to the secondary. They fly around. They play really, really hard. And then they do a really good job up front, the D-line. They're working. They're constantly moving, creating some pressure, even without bringing pressure. And I think that they're back in, obviously, they can cover. They got really good cover guys. Can play a lot of man. They're sticky. And create some tight windows for the quarterbacks. And I think the scheme is really good too. And the guys know it. And I think that's one thing you know. So when you watch the tape is there's not a ton of misdessignments or guys in the wrong spot or guys running wide open that are free. I think that that's really tied into what they're doing. And the guys know what's going on. Denver had a very talented defensive front. You have a generating pressure. It's safe to say knowing what is similar in that regard. Was there anything you learned from that Denver tape in regards to operating under pressure that you're hoping to carry over? Yeah, it's my job, you know, just to be able to play well even when there is some pressure.

It's NFL. There's really good past rushers. There's good defenses. And just continuing to make plays, but not play outside of myself. I thought there was some good examples and some bad examples on Sunday of doing that at times, making some plays under pressure. And then at times maybe trying to do a little too much on a couple plays. So I think there's always things to learn from and improve on. And I know I got to do that. And just to keep giving us chances to win, just keep getting the ball on the right guy's hand, taking what the defense gives me and continuing to play that way. So I think that there's some examples of both that I can learn from. More. No, that was all I had. Not bad. The importance of being able to run the ball and the women's only giving up eight first downs all year against the run. Yeah, I think every single game, I mean, it sounds cliche. That's a huge part of the plan is to run the ball. And I think defensively, that's the huge part of the air of game plan is to stop the run. I think where our defense is probably talking about the same thing about their offense and vice versa. So it's everyone's talking about the same stuff and you're trying to put together the best plan

to go run the ball effectively. And it's a good run defense. So we got to find ways to still be effective and run the ball. Who knows? Maybe it won't be for 250, but we still got to be able to run it. And I got faith that our plan and our guys can get it done. And we'll see obviously how it shakes out Sunday and see what we got to do to win. Is he two kind of take that second year? I think just the consistency, obviously, is getting more action. And I think we're going to lean on him more and more. I think he's done some great things. And just his vision seems like he's seeing it well. I think he's a guy two, the more settled in he gets and kind of gets in a rhythm in a routine. Kind of like, I mean, most guys, honestly, that's football. It helps to get settled in. I think he sees it better and better. And it breaks a lot of tackles. Has that speed? Would love to see him crease one here soon. Let's do that speed because he can fly. So I think that's coming. So we just got to keep trusting it. And giving him opportunities, I think he's doing a great job. Do you think you had some opportunity to run at all against Denver? And how intentional is that from your standpoint,

or is it just kind of natural instinct over the years when you do take off? You know, I think it's the rush. It depends a lot of that of where the lanes are, is there lanes? That's a big part of it. I think the timing of the concepts you're running, where are the pressures coming from? All those different things play into it. So I don't know if I can answer that based on the whole game. I mean, maybe there was an opportunity or two where I could have obviously, as quarterback, I'm trying to beat some pressures and stuff with my arm first. And that's kind of what I'm thinking. And some plays where you have seven man pro, you're feeling pretty good back there. So you're really looking to pick apart some of the pressures with the ball. So yeah, I mean, I think maybe a player to here and there. That's always a huge part of the game that I would like to be a factor, because I do think it makes the defense, it makes it harder on the defense. But it's always a balance of, you don't want to abandon

what you're doing on offense, just to try to scramble when there's something that could be there, and you're trying to get through your progression. So I think that's something that you just have to feel out. And maybe not a ton of opportunities last Sunday, but it's not that way ever again. There is going to be opportunity. So I think continuing to trust the guys up front and the lanes that they're opening up. And yeah, that's going to be a big part of our offense. Do you go back and look at any of the title stands from earlier in your career? Tim, the scheme is probably going to be similar. Yeah, I haven't yet. Obviously, we have a lot of inventory with, you know, last season in this year and the couple games that they played this year. But, you know, I think obviously our staff has done a little bit of that. And we talked about some of the stuff that has been carry over in our plan that we might have done because we have so much tape of me playing against, you know, Tennessee when Brabill is there. So there is some of that. I can't say I've gone back and watched and see all those games, watching more of the new, the scheme and the guys they have now. But yeah, definitely there's some of that carry over.

So good against the plitz last year, specifically in that Denver game. Do you feel like this past week was a anomaly? Where you want to be against next year? I mean, yeah, definitely want to play better offensively, just in general and throw the ball better and be more efficient, more exposed, all those things. So yeah, I feel confident in our group and our plan every week. I felt good about our plan last week. We just didn't necessarily execute the best. And there's obviously some things in the plan that we will adjust moving forward. But it all ties together, right? We've got to make a few more plays. And it's not perfect every Sunday. So I feel confident in our group and our prep that will be ready to go. And as we move forward and see more and more pressure, like everyone wants to do one third down. Now that's just what people do. So. Thanks for seeing more until you start beating it. I mean, I'm sure we'll see, I don't know, to answer your question. Sometimes you think that and it doesn't happen. And you never know exactly what the other teams think.

And so I'm sure we're going to see some pressure Sunday. No doubt about it. So what versions of that couldn't tell you right now, but we're preparing for everything. And we'll have a good plan. Building off the driver, just the idea of, especially, Zach Allen last week, playing game record for Denver. How much of last week and the pressure do you just chalk up to? Hey, they had a wrecking machine in the middle of the line of Scrimmage versus, hey, there were things that Denver did that New England might also try to replicate. Yeah, I mean, I think as far as the when it's not pressure, it's a guy just winning a 101. That's football. And that's the hard part about the game is there's really good players everywhere. So you can have stuff skimmed up. And then a guy can make a play on defense. And it's tough. You got to be able to adjust. And you got to be able to account for that. And me, like we talked about using my legs, we don't scramble some, getting the ball out. That's going to happen at times. And then there's things schematically that we'll look at that's, hey, this is a problem. Maybe we didn't have a great plan for this.

And we need to be ready for another team does it, whether it's pressure, is our coverage, or anything. So that all that stuff is looked at. And we talk about it after every game and say, I think our staff is really good if there are things that they feel like they didn't necessarily prepare us the best for. They call it out and they say it to us, which I think is really cool. And not to say that happens often. But I think that's something that we do talk about. And we all know, hey, when this comes up again, we'll be ready for it. So yeah, I think it's obviously, guys are going to make plays up front, though, on both sides of the ball. Our guys do a great job a lot of times up front. And sometimes the rush is going to win. And we've got to get the ball out and make plays, too. Meat tree is much of a Jacobi earlier with Brent Stranges. Oh, so we've only seen five targets for the first couple games. We haven't mentioned that we guys might try to get the more involved early in the game. How much of the effort are you making to get those two going this week? Yeah, and they're a huge part of our offense. So that's going to be obviously important. And there's stuff every, it's not like we've been avoiding throwing on the ball on the plan.

I felt like the last two weeks we've had stuff in the plan for them. So we got a game to play Sunday, and I'm not going to lay out the game plan up here in front of everybody else. But it's important. And those guys are great players. And I think that they both, I know they both understand the role they have in our offense. And they're going to be, they're going to have an impact moving forward. So not too concerned with it.
