Police Deploy Inside McDonald's to Stop Teen Trouble

Police in Lester are now posting officers inside of McDonald's on Netherhall Road to stop ongoing trouble from groups of young people disrupting customers and staff. The officers plan to do paperwork right there in the restaurant as a clear show of presence, hoping to cut down on emergency calls to police. They have footage from security cameras and will track down those involved to hand out banning notices. The restaurant has rolled out its own asking people to remove face coverings or hoods unless there's a good reason or they might have to. They leave. Locals near the spot are voicing real frustration over smashed bus stops nearby, which has happened six times plus damage to the restaurants. Windows, many points of boar teens and parents who aren't holding kids accountable.
