Police Bust 2 Cannabis Factories, Arrest 3

On March 10th, officers raided the house on Churchill Close and found 571 plants. Later that day, they uncovered more than 130 plants at another spot on Wixden Road. Both properties were heavily damaged inside to make room for the grows. The electrodes had been tampered with, creating serious fire risks for everyone nearby. Neighbors had noticed odd signs for months. They picked up strong cannabis smells, but figured it was just casual smoking since the houses stayed dead quiet. One local said her daughter feared a fire from wires and setups dangling out the back windows. Three people were arrested in connection with the raids. Forty-year-old ankle jerry of no fixed address faces charges for cultivating cannabis at the Churchill Close site. Forty-seven-year-old Shuang Gwen was charged for the Wixden Road operation, while a 39-year-old
