Post-exam parties and underage drinking have become the norm among the youth in South Africa. The issue of underage drinking meanwhile was first highlighted two years ago when 21 young people died at the Enyobeni Tavern in East London. Lucky Ntimane is the CEO of Liquor Traders Association.
