全促會籌備公共性博覽會的主要目的，不是為了重新沈浸在過去的成就，而是將重心放在「學習的歷程」，想要說出生動的故事：社大的辦學如何觸動一群素人公民，由學習啟動學員的內在能量，讓自己成為更具公共性、更好的人。我們為了成就更好的人而辦社大，而這個大寫的人由無數的人所組成，重新發現「由個人通往共善的學習歷程」是這一次公共性博覽會的核心視角。
