This is a podcast from Rover The Morning Rumble podcast or as Mell's calls it pointless Guys you might have noticed we've got an extra guest in the studio. Yeah, I'm welcome. I'm good. I'm eight So people I love how he's kicked the mall out. Yeah, I know incredible. Yeah, how old are you Tyson for those who don't know? Are you talking to you like you're a cop? What's your full name They'll rise to the school holidays mates are they long? I mean no mulls just just a year is short the day is long That's what they say just to make me laugh again. Well, when is your youngest son Miller back at school? February 9 February 9 I can't believe that they are taking the Mickey crazy So um school all the day still for Tyson Bryce obviously yeah, yeah, it's been a long break And then Tyson's been in the wars a little bit, but so he's in with us for a little bit

So welcome along now you had to leave because our other one Rubin that we've talked about he's four He's been being a menace. What was he chanting in the bedroom this morning that woke everybody up? Yeah, just chanting marshmallow because he wants marshmallow. Give us an example a bit Punisher even him repeating it. Yeah, and so you obviously hear Bryce, but it worked Sharon and you you got woken up by that Tyson And then how did he end it? Give me marshmallows sniff your butt Give me marshmallows or I'll sniff your butt if you miss it in the back They'll silly might be a silly question. Do you have marshmallows in the house bros? No, no, oh, so we just wait We had to go to his cafe and he only did what he's like and he's like I can't believe this is like ten past six Is he was he snuffing people's butts? It was nothing once Now he's seen it now now now now now we don't want now before you go Yeah, there's a lot of parents will be listening who also can't wait for the school hall

Yeah, school to go home. What do you suggest? What was your suggestion as to how we couldn't how we could pass time before school goes back Let's go to London Even though I'll take like Day Why do you want to go to London? Arsenal Really Arsenal, of course, so I've got to go We can just take me to the next Champions League game, which they'll probably one business against the last place team Sure, we could do that Two options for you guys. They'll probably be in the Netherlands. Oh, okay. Well, you go there as well Day what dad wouldn't mind going to answer that School holidays some schools are back this week, but not where you are miles your one Well, there's got a couple kids 12 and Miller six so Miller's I'm really pushing it out, isn't he? Yeah, he goes back to school after Easter

You going back a week the week after next actually goes back five nine unbelievable Mike Hoskin of primary school Yeah, he's actually back in old Huskow. Yeah, no, it's not good. It's it's you know literally like even before Christmas It was ruined really for my 12 year old because he broke his wrist a couple of days after his school finished Me came off his new electric skateboard. It wasn't even going fast Well, that's what they told you Yeah, yeah, so he broke his wrist and that was like five weeks in a car So we're timing to yeah, we're timing. Oh, we think you've had that and I mean when does Tyson go back to school Bryce? He's running around here. So I got to go now Time to come on tomorrow for half a day On a Friday the best bit is when they say you got goal setting come in for an hour, and I'm like he's he's five I bet today what goals he got I'm goal sitting today. Yeah, what goals do you get the teacher goal setting?

Okay, and for an hour. Well, I'm actually just gonna go through my goals Just hoping that you can read and write and I'll see. Yeah, yeah, before we took off So you've done we're just quickly recorded Yes in here about an incident in the car on the way home from our worst day And now this you might not have kids right now, but if you do in I'm sure this may Either bring back some sort of trauma or you'll know what I'm talking about, but sometimes car roads go well Sometimes they don't and traffic can add to that if it makes a usual length of a trip longer That was what was occurring with us. I'm it already been a tough day with the littlest one ruban and then oh We got stuck in heavy traffic And he gave up and Life was hard that day Please don't start this Don't start. I don't want to think about that. What happened to us So we'd like stuck in traffic and he's and he's just screaming as he'd off like the whole time What's he screaming?

I want to go home Yeah, and kicking mom's seat. Oh, no Does he think about just unstrapping them and leaving him on the side of the motorway Tyson? Oh, yeah Rubens usually so well behaved. Yeah, so out of character When we came round to your place for the Christmas party and thanks again for having us We really got an inside. They're like you don't exaggerate. You know, you don't overblow it You don't embellish any stories. Yeah, he's he's just a weapon. Yeah Leaf blower incident. That was great loved it. Yeah, he's uh, we agreed not to talk about it Yeah, he's on a most wanted list So for you Bryce you got ruined at home and he's four. I mean he can't go to school So Worst day you had during the school holidays you guys look broken. Yeah So anyway I'm just gonna go drop Tyson's mum now, but um

Yeah, you know thoughts told parents out there. I've still got a few days left or whatever it is They can be some long days, but we can move on and get on with the show now as well You tell us too much of it. I'll be terrible. Yeah We all can't have good yarns like Hello Did you know the couple of couple of quick ones here? Did you know that when you get a new kidney if you ever need a kidney transplant right? Yeah, um, I did not know this Surgeons just leave the old one inside you see. I did not know that so some people are walking around with three or four kidneys So they don't take it out and plug it and plug in a new one? No, they don't push it to the side of something Yeah You're saying Isn't it? That's I'd like to know that pretty good. Um, how's this for a great story too? Um His name was Suntory Thomas a 44 year old Air Force veteran He had just won a racial discrimination case against his employer When things took another shocking turn he walked into a Michigan bank with three settlement checks

But instead of being helped staff accused him of fraud and called the police I know Even after showing proof and giving his lawyer's number he was treated like a suspect not a customer The checks were real another bank cleared them in less than 24 hours But the damage was already done. Yeah, which should have been a moment of justice Turned into a new fight of racism So Thomas sued the bank for racial discrimination too And won that case double check Yeah, yeah, cool story. That's cool story And I said before why is Abraham Lincoln cooler than Donald Trump? Yeah, well This is why I never knew this and we think of UFC three two five happening this weekend on Sunday With Alexander Volkowski and Dan Hawker values towards immunity a better Well, I sorry Continue on before becoming president Abraham Lincoln was a skilled wrestler. What's really so much so He won nearly three hundred matches with only one loss

He was three he was three hundred and one He once declared to a crowd on the big buck of this lick if any of you want to try it come on and wet your horns Yeah, I've got rogues say that at the right angles has wrestling achievement I don't know On the big buck of this lick Some say rog whiter's horse Has wrestling achievements are on it in the national wrestling hall of faith Cool story that is it that is us No idea on that one Cool stories are not so cool. We're winning a wrestle out of Luxon and Chippie It would be so sad Winston Peters, do you know what we should try to give his election year? Yes, politicians are going to want to do anything They will we that already like trying to get in our deems going no, I don't want to go to want to hang out What we should do is we should get Luxon and Chippie to do an Aquana wrestle Yeah, and they'd have to because with the belt yeah round their necks and yeah

They would have to because precious to like do anything Yeah, for votes try make it happen guys Great idea great idea indeed great stuff. I mean, that's the sort of debate. I want to see yeah Paddy Gower and all them can have their own debates I want to see an Aquana wrestle It's throwing it out there A committee has formed a study co-herp, but the habitation co-herp, but the habitation A Debbie Deber Go habitation The Morning Rumble podcast Ah, this story though not cool for an Auckland bakery It stops selling its popular horse meat pies The story's gone everywhere Auckland council found the horse meat was not approved for human consumption It's been selling them for years Traditional Tongan dish Has it been years? They've been selling them Because I saw the only reason to ask that is I had seen before this became news All of a sudden sort of in the space of about Two months or so You know how Instagram has a million little

Food reviewers and peer reviewers and It became a trend to go and try the Said horse pie And so I'd seen heaps of little videos of people going to Packering a bakery and giving it a nudge and then loving it Giving it to some strangers that were outside And they'd been loving it Love it And then obviously someone's caught wind of it I know Well you said yourself price you went there for a pie I did Did you say she's quite the end of last year because I'd Been out that way and rated it great great bakery Mine I'd say that right off the top Yeah Nothing paid here I've been there Bakery was fantastic Excellent but they've made the news Very particular pies Horse meat Some horrified Cheval I think the French call it Cheval Yeah it is pretty common in places in Europe Traditional Tongan dish Is Louis horsey I think I've said that wrong So apologies but it's the main ingredient So it's why we're not Where did the horses come from For those pies Bryce had a theory Yes The Melbourne Cup Why would you say that

It's horrible Yeah I mean I'm not a far rather Far rather eater horse Than right one But you're not That's right Egg God you are not well Well I'm not a fan of horses Give me one Give me a horse I eat any day Rather than ride the skirmish You can sell You can sell horse pies You're just going to get the meat registered There's got to come from a Reputable food safe environment Right I think that was the problem Yeah The beef eat Ben horse Yeah You've tried it So here I ask Yeah I did it in Tokyo Yeah same Yeah It's pretty common What would you like in it too Well it's a little bit different Yeah but strong Yeah That's not too bad Richer right Yeah That's what That's what the reviews were saying When you're saying Peeweed in it But they'd love this Yeah I mean I loved Love the That's what I It's PC gone man You can't even You can't And sell a horse Bryce Roger's going to say He loved the fact he was eating a horse Yeah You don't know You're going to say that Evil little man Just a speciality of mouth Yeah Love the reason Just give up on this

I was eating a horse It's really You're round well But I would hope that I mean that hasn't shut this bakery down But they've had to remove the files But what did shut your workplace down What was going on in your workplace That shut it down What was it you That shut your workplace down What was going on You can let us know this morning I would hope to rock phone Also to extend 3520 Usually it can quite often be I mean there's We're going to get to it later But there's a great Crane calamity story That is just happened Of course We're a crane full on over And dropping something through our house That's going to shut down the site Of course So it could be some sort of human error That caused a lot of damage It could be fecal-related Oh How many stories seem to have someone Though With some sort of Blockage or explosion We've got one coming up Have we Perfect We do Auckland bakery Hasn't stopped Sorry, you shut down But if they had a kept on selling the Horsemeat pies They would have been shut down But they did stop But yes, this Puckeronger bakery Has been selling a popular horsemeat pie Was not approved for human consumption

According to the council So It's gone big, big story They did cooperate though Otherwise they could have gone to prison for a year Yeah, I guess I guess there was some sort of chat And they said, oh You know Horse pies Can we keep selling them as a yay or nay? They said stop horseing around That one's too obvious Yeah, they have Should you just leave brisks or Yeah, just leave the profession Yeah, you should just leave brisks Yeah Ironically, this is shut down the shop Ha ha Shut down the square place You're right, bris Yeah We've got Clayton though, now Clayton All right, all right, all right I'll take Clayton Oh, we've got my bad Hey Clayton, how are you mate? Hey guy, it just got up So good, what did you do Shut down your workplace Um, so I was working in the back account down

There was a lot there was I was a whole lot like Floor to ceiling shelf The whole collapse Everything all that Yes There was a lot a lot of stuff And you know I had to help clean it up There was a whole heap of it So but it shut it down for ages And I was banned from the forklift rower Yeah I mean that's a whole other day isn't it guys That we could look at Why did you lose your forklift rower We should just jot that down Because there's a week there That would be a banger That would be a banger Why do that tomorrow Yeah Why do that next In fact text through 3-5-2-0 Why do you have your forklift rower taking off your Have anything spring swine Clayton You've helped Thanks again Clayton You're welcome Welcome Wanting to know what did you do You shut your work place down Clayton on before Shutter's work place down With a forklift incident The supermarket Chris from Simmeroo joins us Morning, mate. Merch 352-0 and he's only 24 as well, but as an adult, you know, trying to do kid stuff, they're still coming through miles 352-0. He learned to ride a motorbike, crashed into a tree out the back of my house when the bike stalled all I could hear was my neighbor's wife and my missus cracking up from 30 metres away. Dylan, I flipped out of a tree onto the tramp, I landed on my back and bounced and landed

it on the steel bar at the ground. Two years prior, I fell out of a tree house and landed on a concrete corner post. He's right. Nadia, this is the worst, arguably. Nadia was trying to stop myself, stop herself on a tramp at the trampoline park to give someone else a turn, next minute. It just sounded like a shotgun going off as both my tip and fib snapped through the front of my leg. No! I didn't realise at the time and I continued to walk for about 10 metres, then I collapsed and completely agony. Like compound fractures, your two biggest bones in your thigh through the front of her leg. It's going to act a move, it's going to act a move, that's so brutal. Oh, thanks for your calls and your texts on that. Raise up for Nadia and all of you. Yeah, if you want to make your day better though, do text in March 352-0 to see March attempting a cartwheel, guarantee you'll love it, you really will love it. Thanks, Matt. The linder I just can't understand here, something so small can be so impressive.

Well, Mark, you would know about that, whether it's next with Jane Riley. Good morning, Rumble podcast. In Geraldine Mitch, so pretty close to Ash Burton in the south. Yeah, like 15-20 minutes away. 20 minutes away, so pretty close to your hometown. A truck this happened last week was carrying portals, crashed on State Highway 1 in Canberra, happened last week in the afternoon about 2 o'clock. Actually rolled on a section of State Highway 1 in Geraldine, so far in emergency we're called and earlier, so rumours spread pretty quick. Rumours suggested there were 3,000 litres of fecal matter. Whoa! Whoa! When you say, what's a keg, a keg is three litres? No, no, sorry, I'm not a keg, but a yard glasses is three litres. Yeah, yeah. Do you know what I'm doing there, you know? I know, but when you think of, you know, how much liquid is in a yardy bed, three litres? And that's 300,000? All these portals, well, they thought 3,000, but the number was exaggerated, but still,

the story says, 500 litres of waste was spilled onto the highway in Geraldine. The driver of the vehicle was not injured and they used some sort of substance to contain the spillage. He was down in the dumps. Oh! A real crap gastro-feet. I hope they got to find them a real poudini axe. Oh! And a factored traffic, and they had to chewed everybody around. Oh! Sorry, sorry. I mean, cleaning that up would have been a sewer-side mission. Are you sewer-skidding? Yeah. Yeah, no, I got it. Um, I like that you put your thinking crap up, came up with that one. Terrible story. Oh my goodness. Oh my goodness. Oh my god, Bryce, I know. Oh, it's to come and clean that up. Uh, police today, come, my company, was it the scene carrying out the cleanup of 500 litres of fecal matter after a truck rolls? You don't want that call.

No, no. No, no. So summer has returned to a lot of the countries. I mean, a lot of places, great weather, all of a sudden, again, after it was pretty rank in a lot of places. Terrible. That's the one day, though, that you do want the heavens to open a. If you drive in that truck. Oh, god, please. Please, just rain. And use some poo puri to make it snobbier. I hear there's a crane. There's a stool cleaning it up. Oh! Match you, buddy. Match. It sounds like a shitty situation. I want to, I want to add to it. No, I'll wrap it up there. I'll snap it off. Flash that one down the dining hall. That's a bad day. That's a bad day. Yeah, it must have been around poo theory in the afternoon. We're going to come back. You've got a new feature on the show called Stats Incredible. I do.

I do. What are we going to learn about next? Shats Incredible. Yes. Yes. He put your hand up. Sorry, sorry. No, we talked about this. Put your hand up. Time out. Time out for you. No talking for crutch for 20 minutes. That's right. Stats Incredible. Stats Incredible. Stats Incredible. New feature for Miles this year, 2026. Some amazing stats that he's got. Morning, Miles. Morning, guys. This is where I blend stats, facts, some of Bryce's cool stories as well. Doesn't matter, man, I love it. This is great. This is the unsinkable. Her name is Violet Jessup. Yeah. Right? The great unsinkable Violet Jessup. She was an ocean liner stewardess. She had a knack for surviving maritime disasters. Wow. She survived the Olympic in 1911. She was on board. The massive ship. When it collided with the HMS Hawk.

The ship was damaged but did not sink. Luckily. She was a one year later in 1912. I know what happened. You know which one she was on. Yeah. The Titanic. She was on board when it hit the iceberg. She survived when she boarded lifeboat 16, holding a baby that had been handed to her. No way. Women and children's history. And she was also on the Britannic in 1916. During World War I, she worked as a nurse on it. And the ship struck a naval mine in sank. She jumped overboard, suffered traumatic head injury, but survived yet again. Three maritime accidents. Yeah. Sort of banana. Get her off the boat. Yeah. The dancing plate of 1518. Roger, you would have absolutely nailed this. Oh, yeah. It was a bizarre case of mass hysteria that struck the city of Strasbourg. A woman known as Frouve Toffia. Yeah. Stepped into the stream just began to dance fervently. She didn't stop for days. Right. Within a week, 34 others joined her. Yeah. Within a month, there were 400 people dancing uncontrollably

in the streets. Doctors and authorities bizarrely decided the cure was more dancing. Right. So they built a wooden stage and hired musicians. That backfired. I think this is how a laneway started. Yeah. But not no one died at laneways. No. Dozens of people died from heart attack strokes out of sheer exhaustion. They don't know why people just started dancing. They do not know. No. It's so bizarre. It's so bizarre. It's like a... Like a... Like a bus stop. Yeah. You would have survived. You're great on dancing with the stars. Yeah. 2018. Yeah. Some say that I was looked like the dancing plague. Who said that? Your car wheel looked like you full and over. Unfortunately. Sorry. But you gave it a red hot go. And finally, in 1932, the Great Emu War. Have you ever heard of the Great Emu War? Not at all. It is the most embarrassing military operation in history. The Australian government declared war on emus and lost following World War I.

20,000 emus migrated to Western Australia. They just destroyed wet crops. The Minister of Defence sent soldiers armed with Lewis machine guns to kill the population. But the emus proved shockingly resilient. They had adopted guerrilla tactics. They split into small groups. No. Ran in chaotic patterns. They made them impossible to aim at. One soldier noted the birds had the invulnerability of tanks. After weeks of effort, thousands of rounds of ammunition fired. Only a small fraction of the 20,000 birds were killed. The military gave up and the emus continued to enjoy the weak crops. That is the Great Emu War of 1932. Aussie Day was Monday. Try your day. Dan the Hangman Hooker. He came in the last Monday. He was our first guest for 2026 because he's fighting this coming Sunday in Sydney, USC, 325. Taking on Benoit St. Denise, a Frenchman. And here he is.

He's Dan describing his opponent. It feels at least that this fight week in this build-up is a lot more chill than the last one. Maybe not as much bad blood. Yeah, because you're f***ing arguing with a dog. He's the nicest bloke in the world. I was caught up. I was gripping his straws. I was calling him ugly. He's not even that bad looking. He's got ears like a lifeboat, but besides that, what has he said? I've seen him yesterday. He shakes my hand and says, thanks for taking the fight. I'll go f*** me days. How am I supposed to argue with this bloke? Okay. Everyone in Sydney right now knows to just point the microphone at Dan. Yeah. And the only thing that worries me a little bit is there's some... They keep asking about Paddy Pumblet. You're saying Paddy? I mean, we're guilty of what I asked them about it last week. But I feel like it's a little bit side-tracking away from someone who is literally a French assassin. Someone who worked in the special forces, BSD, as he's commonly known, just sitting there silently throughout this week. Nothing really being asked of him. And Dan just keeps getting asked about someone who's not the guy in front of him.

Who just lost. Yeah, it's the only thing there. But, of course, he gives such great answers to anything. Have a listen. And what other sport could we get to do this? What other sport do we get to do this and not go to jail? And we've made it. And I've tried to... We tried to... We all tried to say the right thing for so long to make this like a mainstream sport. But look at it now. Now it's Paramount Plus. It's 3D Air and New Zealand. It's two men fighting each other in a cage. And I absolutely love it. I got into fighting. I got into fighting to punch people in the face and not go to jail. And for the longest time, I had to sell it and say it was a sport. And do this and that. It's not. I hear because I love to fight. I love to fight people. And now I can see that because we're mainstream. That's why I'm an exclusive here on Man of Air in Australia. You're in the right. I've been tricking you. I've been tricking everyone for 15 years. And now I feel like we've reached the point where I can be honest.

He is a modern day Gladiator. He is in terms of mindset. Yeah. You know, we've had that chat. He would like him or love him or hate him whatever. He's so authentic. And he's not like the rest of us. Everyone likes to probably think that tough on their good day. Not in that manner. Listen to what he dreams about when a fight's coming. Have a listen. I actually stopped dreaming. I've had a very long time ago. That's a real story. You know, when I stop dreaming, I just say dreams. You know, when you're having fight dreams, when you wake up and you're fighting someone and you're hitting them like heaps and you just can't hurt them. That's like a real common one. Well, I actually figured it out in my dreams. I would like clinch them and then need them. And then they give them heaps of cuts and there's heaps of blood. And then since I figured out how to bash people in my dreams, I've never dreamed ever again. I've clocked it. Anyway, I'm just happy Dan likes us. Same. When is it? What time? A week. Sunday, Avo Mal. Yep.

We're going to have the co-headline fight. Dan Hamman Hooker ranked sixth in the division. BSD ranked eighth. Eight. It is a massive fight in terms of consequence for both of them. With everything happening and everything coming up, like that White House card. I'm adamant. The Olympics will have MMA. Not like in the next one in LA or even Brisbane. One after. But he's right about being mainstream. Oh no. Look how it's going now. The Olympics will get on that money train. You're right there, Miles. Yeah. Mate, when they say get your friend up, we pick me up. I landed on my head. I'm still going well. Gotta put some ice on it and not go to sleep. I'm having a great night. How you doing now? The Morning Rumble podcast. So, Bryce, we're like, we've had stories early this morning about horse meets, horse burgers. Yeah. And I said, I'd rather... I'm sorry, horse pies. Yeah. I mean, or burger would be good too. I mean, I'd rather eat a pie, a horse pie than ride one. We get it. No fan of horses. Oh, what a choke. No fan of dogs either. It's from the dog show back in the day.

What a TV show that was. Why would you watch it? You had a dog. So, I'm a dad. I lived on the farm. Obviously, big farmer. Love watching the dog show. What are the dogs running up cucumbers? You come to farmer. He's the round out that it rained out the sheep. Yeah. Oh, yeah. So... Rural roach has been established for a long time. Always. And quite often, lately, has got the information correct too. We've asked him a rural question. Yeah. He's got it out there. And you, the great farmer of Texerns, he's like, yeah, he's not as long as I'm wrong. Not wrong. Not wrong. Roach, I'd like to know. And it involves dogs. Yeah. How much do you think? Yeah. A good farm dog's worth. You see, yeah. So, you know, like, you want a good one. Yeah. You've got a heap of stock or whatever. You're sure you're needing a good dog here. What are they speaking? I mean, we never really had it. We never had a farm dog, so I don't really know. I mean, a good one. I'm throwing $400, $500 out there. I don't really know, but I'm assuming... They've been expensive dogs. Would you pay over a grand for a dog? Well, I wouldn't. Do you think people would?

Possibly people would. People would. I'd rather just buy a decent motorbike than you don't need a dog. But... I say you don't need dogs if you've got a good motorbike. Is that what you just said? Correct. Yeah. Because when we were farming, we didn't have dogs. As I said, I had my 50cc motorbike. Then we upgraded to a three-wheeler. And they're the bomb. That's what you need. They're in the farm. They are. Then we got a four-wheeler. So, um, yeah. But you don't need a dog if you've got a good motorbike. Yep. Correct. I don't know about that. I don't know about that. It depends on the size of the farm. I would have thought so, man. Because you need a dog to help you out when you get... Round and up. Yeah, I mean, you've got a big shit farm. I'd love to see Rodge on a motorbike. With no dogs, round and up some sheep. You need to get that organized this year. Who wouldn't watch that bit? I'd watch it. I'd watch it. I'd definitely watch it. I mean, if you're on a big sheep farm, you better off, you need a horse. To round out the sheep. Takes us to come in. Just shut up Rodge. Thank you for that, too. I'm super interested in that.

Yeah, so am I. Because you'll just, if you leave him, you'll keep going. You'll keep going. Prefer to keep going, too. And Aussie, they're crucial, they're saying. Because he's like a labour-shorter at shortage in that department, you know. Rodge, why? They rely on dogs. Rodge isn't, listen to a word you say. No, especially that I'm saying it to him. That's what I'm saying, stupid bitch. Yeah. He's still been to a dog. Wow! What do you got for a sea of rice? Why do you ask? I'll wrap this. Today's all nice. It's going to happen for another year as the go-as. What do you ask? I ask you because all the prizes of a long-standing North Island working dog auction are in disbelief after $320,000 changed hands and their latest sales. No way! Look, sheep farming, writing a wave of record landpri... When you just tell us if you know the info, record landprices, strong international demand, buyers arrived at the auction, near Funganoi last, so they were the better extra cash

in their pockets for that. Okay, so they obviously, they show the dogs off in front of the farmers, then you go to the auction, I believe it's how it works. Now, this dog tricks top price, when you're taking the top price to the top selling dog, I mean, oh, well, I'm three, four grand. 12,000, three, four, three, four, three, four, how good. We're the low tricks. Doesn't do tricks for 12 grand, then the top hunt away, Mufasa, from Tai Happy's Peter Wilson, sold for 10,500, wow, which topped last year's 9,800. That young farmer sold three more prized dogs, Spud, Shaggy and Queen, which would also be a great name for a radio show. You're just a Spud, Shaggy and Queen in the morning. On the morning farm show. And it's a strong line of prices, seven hunter ways and two heading dogs sold for at least 9,000. Hunter ways of, so you've got multiple dogs over 8,000 bucks being sold. That's crazy money doing the rounds for us. They're valuable. You can't put a price on love. You can't, or good workers.

Well, those dogs, they're more, you know, I'm sure. I don't want to speak for farmers, because I know nothing about farming. Obviously, I've said my cousins are, but the loyalty, the friendship, the crucial worth of those two, you wouldn't put a price on it. A man's best friend, does that say? Yeah, well, he's seen my father-in-law Fred. He's gone to head a farm dog for a while and it's lost its marbles, it's obviously wasting a lot of money. The dog barks at his own shadow now. And he got it, it's gone, I've gone a bit, not quite right in the head. Are you talking about, you're talking about yourself. Yeah. Are you just, New Zealand? Couple of questions. What have you spent on a dog? Oh, you're going back to New Zealand. Brudge, no, no. Do it. I mean, you've got to be able to pay to buy it. Buy it. Yeah. Also, how far off is Roch with this chap here? Yeah. Statter interest. But you don't need to, that's like a mint farm bike for like $10,000. Idiots. Oh, now you're calling farmers idiots. Yeah. It blew me away how much some of these dogs are going for.

Over $320,000 spent at the auction. Multiple dogs up and around that $8,000,000 mark. Money well spent, mate. So worth it. Which is mint farm bike. If you wanted to go down that, haven't you? Roch has said, too, if you've just joined us. Great farmers. Ain't anybody, if you sound that. No, I don't. You said you don't need a dog if you've got a good bike. No, you don't, you don't need. Not every farm has a dog or dogs. No, I'm not saying that. But there'd be dogs that absolutely require the services of a dog, hence those prices. It's critical. Some farms here. And you were saying they wouldn't. They don't need them. They're a bit of bike. They wouldn't need a dog. I'd love a farmer to ring up and give you some advice. Absolutely. You're probably too busy working. Well, you buy these dogs, you say? Actually, just while we're here, sir. I've got time. Give us your best dog whistle. Me? Yeah. Yeah, but I want to hear it. Roch, you're going to learn to hear it. Who wants to hear it? No, we're going to learn. This is if you've got dogs. You're going to learn how to whistle. Give it, give it a go. And then another.

Have another go. Worth it. If you take some, I'll do that. Absolutely worth it. Why don't you round me up with your whistle to get me to do a text? Spent 4,700 on a miniature poodle. Oh, nice. Then found out he's majorly autistic. Oh, ho. Waste of money. Oh, ho. What's the majorly autistic poodle? Miniature as well. I'll be awful. Paid 2100 for our hunting dog. She's kind of got a record of 213 deer in seven years. I paid 4K for my Leon burger. You should Google them. That sounds like an exotic dog. It sounds like our boss. Yeah. Roch spent $6,000. I spent $6,000 of my dog, mate, in cert prices. No price for. Sick, yeah, no price for us. $6,000 on a dog. Yeah. I spent 15K on vet bills for two of my farm dogs as Deon.

And someone imported a Durg de Boudou from Hungary. Durg de Boudou from Hungary costing 25 grand, which covered the dog, shipping, quarantine, and the shops. What do you make of that, Roch? 25 grand. That's, have I heard any higher than that? Like, have you heard of $50,000? Alex for a dog and all that. Alex, good morning. Hey, how's it going? Good luck. Alex, you just joined us to win the amount of money you've spent on a dog, roger's furious. Ah, it's just dumb dogs, yeah. Dumb dollars on dogs. That's what it is. Dumb dog dollars. I reckon these boys should have you back and like a dog, roger. Not wrestling for one, but what are we talking figures? Yeah. Bunch of a dog. Got run on the book. No, no, no, no. Yeah, bloody connection. Just cutting out there a little bit. We'll try it again. Alex, how much is that, mate? Any better? Yeah, that's good. Yeah, 50 grand. Oh, 50. Run. Got run over by tractor. They spent $50,000 and it got run over by a tractor

or did it cost $50,000 to fix? No, sorry, the vet bill was 50 grand. Oh. And then he lasted a couple of years and then got put down with complications where they're down the track. Well, of course it did. Oh, that makes it. Oh, I can't just have some sympathy. Cheers Alex. Sorry, Alex. Cheers, have a good one. You're right, Alex. This is the thing with these dogs. You know, you spend all this money on the dogs. And dogs, they can do stupid things. They'll get, they'll chase the tanker, like the milk tanker. And the tanker runs them over, or breaks their leg, or they fall down a big hole on the farm. And they go missing. You spend all this money. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I said last week, wasn't it, like, trying to fix a dog, like 10, 12k. That's a truck to feed you, like bullable. But 50k, like, that's a truck to Europe. That's the parry. But you're, you're, you're, like, you're getting your six or seven countries for 50k in Europe, aren't you?

Yeah, but you're not, didn't get the relationship. The love, the love. Yeah. The way I'm going to tell when you get back from. The bond. No, no. No, you got some dogs, dude. Are you laughing now? I'm just, there's just, you know, like, you'll never know what, just that full attention of love. But I also won't be broke. A mate says a text, a mate paid 31k on two breeding dogs, Roger. One can't get pregnant. The other got bitten by a snake and perth and die. Ah! Got it, got it, any better? Ah! Got it, got it, any better, Mosey. We're going to come back. Roger, small smell. The rocks, morning rumble. You got to take a breather. A lot of text and calls going through on how much you paid for a dog. Bryce, you have the story of the, the farm dogs that are going for record prices at the moment. Yes. And fun and all, classic dog auction that they have every year in prices of the beaten previous records. A $320,000 spent multiple dogs over the $8,000, $9,000 mark,

all saying absolutely worth it, rippers. And just to get a full year in Roger, Roger has the rule, most rural background. He does. He finds the rural Roger. He does. You don't need a dog on a farm. At all. Even if you run in sheep and cattle and all that, he just said, you just buy a better motorbike, apparently. I'm intrigued to know whether that's true. Yeah. Well, I mean, there are a lot of motorbikes. You do very well on a motorbike, probably need a horse. If you're on a ragged sheep country as well. So a lot of texts are coming through out. They mails on a lot of suggestions coming through. A lot of you, not particularly liking what I've got to say about dogs this morning. Those aren't broad castable. Those suggestions. A lot of angry people. A lot of angry people. You're not a nice person, Roger. Yeah, I won't read that one. Yeah. But we are gifted. We were gifted, excuse me, says Jamie, a hunt away pup that we didn't want. Six years later, wouldn't be without an absolute farm asset. Yeah. And PS Roger, I'd like to see you ride a bike in sheep and beef country would be RIPTO.

I want to see that. I really desperately want to take it. Because I'm already directing it in my head. And I see Roger out there on his motorbike. Which he said he's at one with the other day. It's all happened this week. It would dominate. Just a little bit of Benny Hill music. And just trying to get a hold of all these sheep. Around all these sheep. Around them up. Yeah. With his whistle. Give us your whistle again. Oh, wow. Oh, good. Do you know the most expensive breeds of dogs? I would love to, mate. Because, yeah, look. I just, I can't believe some of these numbers. I'd love to. Well, I'm just going to give you, uh, so French bulldogs. Oh, okay. That's what you had for us. War and G head. What are you reckon I paid for War and G when I bought it? I think you told me three grand, wasn't it? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Which is probably about 4% of what you actually end up paying for. I've gone up way more. How much now? I think that more like four grand. I can't. At least four for you. I have some people pay. I'm sure someone will creep to me on there. Um, but Roger the, um, Tibetan master. Oh, yeah.

Big dog, hey. Are they big, big dogs? Uh, big dogs. So, uh, some of those prices can fetch from hundreds of thousands. No. No way. Over a million more like sectional specimen. No, you're having me on China. A million dollars. It's quite rare as well, aren't I? Yeah. How does that make you feel, Roger? Yeah, but wouldn't an investment. Yeah. It's like a big house. It's like a house. You'd be gouted if you got a, um, a stink one. A stink one. Yeah. Yeah, you would. That's unbelievable. Thanks for your calls and your texts. On behalf of all New Zealand farmers, someone wacko. It's a text that just came in from. Wow. What an hour. Half an hour ago. Last year, Bryce, croc boat names dominated the media landscape. It was like croc business names. Yes. A few, a few different variations, but it was the boat names that really so to speak, launched us. Really, dudes. Um, it was like five or six.

Oh, launch. Yeah, I know. Yeah, it's very good. Oh, five. It's your job. You're useless. Well, I'm just about to play an example here, males. It's how good it was. So they're like five or six volumes of croc boat names. Here's a taste. Boat names, volume five. The clam tickler. Oh, Jesus. Oh, no. No, man. Uh, dory hole. I like that one. Got a mate and Aussie. Uh, he's not well. Yeah. Uh, he's, he's got his boat. Well, the great barrier. He's sick. That's great. That's great. That's great one. Look at that. Of course, that fair, Mitch is just found it for us. One in eight people in New Zealand, uh, roughly own a boat. That's incredible numbers. Oh, yeah. One in eight. You, you see a lot around, don't you? I mean, you do see a lot around. But, uh, yeah, that's a lot. That's a lot. I wonder how many of the percentage of those actually use them all the time? Because you do see a lot that just popped up on people's lawns, don't you? That's, that's their business.

Leave them alone. That's not, that's not what you mean. That would be me. I don't know how to do that. Yeah. You would, Malzie. I feel like, yeah, I've got a boat. I'm not idea how to launch it. I don't know where to put it. Or back it. Yeah. No, definitely don't know to back it. Oh, yeah. I much prefer having mates with boats. Yeah. So, uh, Crook boat name's Bryce. I mean, this might spark something, but you've got one, do you? Well, I don't know if we have our intro Roger, bring music. Oh, I mean, well, yeah, yeah, got the, yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean, sent one. Okay. I thought we were done. We've done so many versions and we couldn't be added to nothing. But this is an actual photo of the boat with the freshly painted name. Okay. Now, I've thought about it for a day or two. Do I say it? Do I not? Don't say it. You have to now. It's just, it's incredible. You know, a lot of them had great plays on words and puns and, you know, a great barrier of reef, for example, as to what they made. Yeah. That's clever. You know, and a lot of them had the pun, the tie-in. Yeah. Roger, if you just give us a drum roll. Absolutely, mate. Absolutely.

So, the last one is called their boat. The Minje Nater. Minje. Minje. Minje. Minje. Yeah. The Minje. Minje. Yeah. The Minje. Like the Terminator. Absolutely nothing. Yeah, well, it's just a fencer. Master Fencer. Imagine calling that Coast Guard. Yeah. Yeah, our Minionator, just passing through the bar. Minionator. Yeah, that's right, that's through. What are we doing? We're getting... Uh-oh, we're very wet on board. Ah, ah, ah, ah. Oh. Oh, rain. Don't be shy. Get your tongue to the lung. Ah, ah, ah, ah! Oh, ah, ah! Oh, ah, ah, ah! Well, well, well, well. The Morning Rumble podcast. It's not a new feature, Miles, but it's been a while since we've looked at cranes. You actually saw the green come crashing down.

It didn't crash. It's summer salted. Crane calamities. Yeah, we'll tell you where we're going. Getting to Thailand, Miles. Good morning. We certainly are. Good morning, guys. Good morning. We're going to a, uh, a site on a family's home in Corn, Ken in Thailand. This is the dramatic moment a crane operator absolutely cooked at Havilluson. Yeah, that is a crane operator dropping a pre-fabricated summer house on a family's actual home in Thailand. The machine was hoisting the one-ton unit over neighbouring properties, but the driver miscalculated the weight. It toppled over on its side, the crane dropping the summer house onto the house. No one was hit. Severe damage, though, to the actual house on the ground.

Creach, uh, who was king of the bounce backs, you can actually see this. If you text in the word crane 3520, you can see what Miles is talking about to see this crane calamity. Absolute calamity. It looks a bit preoccupied at the moment. It's the moment. The crane 3520 C-R-A-N-E, I sit that up earlier, I don't know what's going on now, my blood is rushing somewhere else. What are you doing? What are you hoisting there, buddy? What's up? You hoisting some denim. Anyway, see you later. Hey, you crane calamities.

Let us know this morning. I don't have to rock for him. What's gone wrong with you and the crane? 3520 as well. Now, frightening looking jawbait. Those of us in our skill sets. Right here. I mean, a lot of jobs are, you know, with, like, being a surgeon, all those you could, let's could go on. But there's something about a crane with how high up they are, what you've got to do, they're responsibly involved, like... How heavy they are? How heavy are they, Rod? How heavy are they, Rod? How heavy are they, Rod? How heavy are they, Rod? How heavy are they, Rod? How heavy are they, Rod? Oh, probably about 20 tonne. What, just say it. So, I'm just saying, don't know, someone that you know. Just say they're just... I'll be, I'll be, I'll be pretty much bang on. No, no, no, no, no! No! It's not too late. Wonder, I wonder when the, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, it's ever worked. Yeah, I stopped doing that one. I don't think it has. No. They were lifting, like, what, like, a pre-fab sort of stuff on the... Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, like, a summer hire. But it was too heavy for the actual crane. So, it pulled the crane over. It didn't actually disconnect. And the worst part was, though, it got pulled over right as it was midway over the actual house.

Yes, that's correct. What a damage. Oh, real crane calamity. Here's one, uh, horror crane incident, have a listen here. I was working in Telpo, um, there's a 30 ton truck crane and it's got an electronic handbrake on it. And I jumped out of the crane, tore into the full man on site, next thing I see is this crane rolling down the tank, hit a wall on the right hand side, dead off that wall. Went flying across to the left hand side, missing the concrete panels move about to lift up and smashed up a brand new Mac concrete truck. I jumped out of that about three meters back over a cube and threw a fin. Ryan, have you got any estimation on the damage done? Dollar wise. It was 50 grand to the concrete truck and 35 to the crane. Oh, no. Yeah, crane calamities. Um, Malzo, always remember when, uh, speaking of cranes, you were, you were behind this, this nasty trick on me when, well, it wasn't even a trick. Well, he wasn't behind it. He was in front of it. He was in front of it. He was in front of it. He was in front of it. He was running it.

I was in the face of it. Yeah. When you dropped my Nissan Primera from a crane, 40 meters up. It deserved to happen. Have a listen here. Kids are at home listening right now. Yeah. I'm trying. Jump the car. Here we go. Here we go. Three, two, one. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. We'd never be allowed to do that anymore. No. It's an absolute crime that we don't have the footage of that. Oh, there was no footage ever taken. Do we not have the footage anymore? No, I think that's right. I think that's right. We don't have video of it. Is it gone? Someone lost it. No, it's lost. That's a big boss of web stuff. Yeah. Michael Baker? Yeah. That's on him. That's a calamity. Paul from Baker. It was out there. Absolutely. He just walks around doing nothing. Yeah. He walks around delivering stuff. Down the wall, Brandon, find our greatest video. That's hopeless. Your crane calamities. We have finished today's wetter. Good morning.
