You've probably heard in the news, which claimed that Nithya Rahman has a huge lead in the race to become mayor. The poll is absolute garbage and nonsense. And we talked about it a lot. You should listen to that. And also last hour, we discussed extensively, uh, Christy Num's husband and her gigant, uh, his gigantic fake rubber breasts or whatever the hell they're made of. Uh, I, I, it's impossible to do justice to the photos that are making the rounds in the newspapers right now. Oh my God. Uh, some fetish thing. In case you wondered why she was cheating on him, uh, in the Trump administration. All right, let's go to Richie Greenberg. He's a writer and a commentator in, in San Francisco, he's on the show, uh, frequently.

1:03And there's another scandal involving people, uh, who run nonprofits, people in government stealing millions of dollars. And this story, I, I just gave you a rundown in the last segment involves Cheryl Davis. Cheryl Davis was in charge of the, uh, well, is in charge of the human rights commission. And she oversaw the dream keeper initiative, $120 million program that came out of the George Floyd hysteria. And, uh, she, uh, took some of that money, at least a four and a half million and spent it on the rich person stuff, first class flights and concert tickets and luxury events. And also directed some of the money to her husband's nonprofit, James Spingola. Uh, let's get, uh, Richie Greenberg on. How are you, Richie? I'm doing great. I just can't stop laughing at these, these kind of revelations and arrests, just thank goodness.

2:06It's actually happening. Yeah, I mean, uh, it's in its stunning. I mean, I, I, I am very cynical and I assume most of these people are thieves. I am stunned at the, the number of thefts going on, the depth of the corruption. I, is any of this like saying, wow, I thought it was bad, but not this bad. Any party you had that reaction? Well, to be honest, uh, here in San Francisco, those of us who are paying attention, uh, we expect a lot more than this. We're surprised it took that long. Yeah, we are really surprised it took this long, especially since, uh, Miss Davis, uh, Cheryl Davis was already on the radar more than a year ago. And, and why she wasn't arrested, indicted, charged, whatever words you want to use, uh, a couple of years ago. Now, uh, one of the things that, that I am working on is just the whole time line,

3:13the narrative, how it's starting under whose watch. And clearly, the, the, the DKI, that's the Dream Keeper initiative is a program that was under the auspices of our human rights commission. That's not the same thing as like a national or international human rights. This is the San Francisco commission, which is a whole nother flavor, right? So, uh, this particular commission has been on our radar for a while. Wondering what are they trying to do? What are they trying to hide? There's a lot of, um, racial components and racially basic giveaways that are all within the auspices of this. This is all about race, isn't it? It's all about race because they took the money from the police right after the George Floyd, uh, writing. And, and who was the mayor then? London breed. So London breed, this was one of her pet projects, a DKI was her pet project. She said we're going to now defund the police department of 120 million dollars,

4:17take it away from SFPD and where can we put it? So one of them was in this, uh, human rights commission to start that whole thing going the DKI and there's other educational things that are race based. And also they used it to start the reparations plan and a reparations committee. So all tied together. So this, this was the reparations. What they did is they instituted their own reparations. They, they, they, they, they, they got control of this human rights commission. They got control of this dreamkeepers initiative. London breed supplied them with millions and millions of dollars. And in turn, this, this, this couple here, Cheryl Davis and James Spingola redirected the money to all the racial causes. But really, it was, it was for themselves. It was for them to enjoy the style, the lifestyle, the wealthy. Because clearly, they did not expect that there'd be repercussions.

5:21They did not expect that, you know, I'm going a little tiny bit out on the limb here. They were expecting that London breed was going to stay in office and continue this going without there being investigations and a new mayor, Mayor Lurie, who also, he himself is not off the hook either because he, he kept this thing going anyway and didn't, he fun to, and he didn't shut anything down, which, you know, we have our, our eyes on him as well. Although I don't, okay, well, why doesn't he shut it down? Is he, is he afraid of the activists barging in and screaming at him? Yeah, I mean, he seems like a real smart guy. He must have known that this was a cesspool of corruption. Yeah, of course, he actually ran on, on auditing these kind of organizations and yet he hasn't. So there's, there's something really strange happening there. He renewed the agreement to keep it going. And as we've, I've been on your show before we talked about, he signed the establishment

6:24of a reparations funding program a couple of months ago. So he is getting, he's getting himself into potential swamp there. He's got someone or something got to him to tell him to not shut it all down. And the biggest thing, and this is what I wrote in my story in the, the, the California Post yesterday, is that if anyone, any of us, law enforcement, the law, any of us question this. If we go after these people, then it is racist. They're saying you can't push it back at finding the, the fraud, the grift, the unaccountability. Otherwise, we're the ones that are, are racist and that that's a big, big problem. Yeah, I mean, in your column, you go through the, just the list of other cities where any, any time you have, like in Chicago or in Minnesota, when you have this kind of theft and involves in any way, people

7:28of color, the defenders say, all racism, racism, racism, it's like, no, this money's actually being stolen. And they're using, they're using their, their race as a shield. They're using the purpose of these organizations as a shield to make themselves bulletproof so that you can't criticize them, especially you have some, like, I was laughing at these names, Dream Keeper Initiative, right? So nobody's going to go public and criticize the Dream Keeper Initiative. What the hell is that? What does that mean? Exactly. Well, you've got Dream Keeper, but there are all others that weren't as obscure. You had Black to San Francisco, which was bringing in students from historically Black universities and colleges to do a summer internship from around the country. That was one. And there's a few others, but yes, as you said, that clearly, they're trying to use racial identity and pushing back against accountability as a shield, you said, against what would normally

8:29be ordinary rules of disclosure, ordinary basic fiduciary responsibility. And that's, that's among the biggest problems, along with what this Cheryl Davis' attorney was saying, the attorney in her defense, and by the way, she posted bail, $50,000 in her boyfriend, not husband, but boyfriend. They both were out on bail. Her attorney said that what happened is this set her up to fail. This set her up to be in trouble financially, because she kept asking for assistance and guidance. And my thought is, if you're the head of a commission, the head of a department or an agency, shouldn't you be the one that knows all of this, that knows how to run your department? And this would not, in most normal cases, be the reason to say, well, I'm not getting any guidance. So now I'm going to go buy these VIP plane tickets. I'm going to go to the wine tasting

9:33and Martha's Vineyard. Wine tasting concerts, tables and admissions at VIP events in Beverly Hills, Martha's Vineyard, New York City, multiple PR firms to promote her book and personal brand. She steered $3 million to her boyfriend's phoning on profit. I mean, this is, this is comical here. And this is all because she didn't have proper guidance. Right? That's what your attorney said. She didn't know. She didn't know you were supposed to give $3 million to your boyfriend. I wonder what manual she was using. All right. It's unbelievable. All right. Very good. Thank you, Richie. It was well written and it really encapsulated what's going on in California. And I'm telling you, all the people, all the Republicans running for office or the independence running for office or even moderate Democrats running for office should adopt what Tangipa wrote today. It's a simple message. It's all true. And if you're a reasonable person, it should focus you and make you think and say, yeah, what the hell is going on? I'm going to read you what he wrote. Something doesn't add up in California. Ask yourself these questions.

11:38Why does California have the highest home prices, gas prices, utility costs, and overall cost of living in the United States? If we are the richest state in the richest country in history and we pay some of the highest taxes in the nation, why do we have some of the worst services? California's budget and spending have increased over 100% in the last 10 years. Where have we seen 100% improvement in services? Roads better? DMV faster? Public safety improved? Cost of living lower? Benefits? Working better? Where did the money go? If we have record revenue from personal income taxes and corporate taxes, why are elected officials proposing more taxes and more spending? And saying that they still don't have enough? These are the questions you should be asking

12:38when you cast your vote next year. And here's the part that got me. And I always talk about this. Everyone pays attention to federal politics. They're caught up in Trump primarily. But if you want real change in your daily life, you have to pay attention to state and local government. At some point, we have to stop asking taxpayers for real money and start asking where the money went. And it seems like everybody, everybody, regardless of how you vote ought to be asking that. And stop obsessing about what's going on in Washington. Look what's going on in the Sacramento, here in Los Angeles, or whatever county you live in and say, we have a bigger economy than any other state. The country has a bigger economy than any other nation. We have the biggest tax burden of any other state. Why is everybody all levels of government are broke? Sacramento is broke. Los Angeles County is broke. Los Angeles City is broke. How could this be? And they want more

13:45money and more taxes. And what's better? The roads are a perfect example. But look at all homeless, right? And all the crime. He's got a chart he put with his post. The median home price in California is $830,000. You know what it is around the country? $398,000. Gas price is here. $582. LA, it's $6. Gas price is across the country. $398. You know, on average, I'm sorry, if you took all the taxes we paid and just divided per person, $10,000 in California, $7,000 in the rest of the country. The electricity rate, $0.30 per kilowatt hour in California, $0.17 in the rest of the country, almost double. And the poverty rate with all this money, all this tax is right. For all the social programs,

14:46the poverty rate here is 17%, it's 13% in the rest of the country. And I think it goes back to our last segment, which is Greenberg. And all the other stories we've done over the past few weeks, it really is all being stolen. It really is. I know it sounds it sounds crazy. People don't want to believe it. And I'm trying to figure out, you know, how the human mind works all the time because the human mind is a bizarre contraption. It's not rational. We are not a rational species. I do not understand why people in the state of California put up with what they put up with. And somehow they don't want to believe that it's this bad, it's this corrupt, it's this bargone. But haven't you had enough of these stories about a nonprofit that had a some agency shifting money to a boy friend and his nonprofit? We had it here with

15:46Los Angeles Housing Services Authority, right? The Lisi Adams-Kellum. She had to resign. They lost track of a couple of billion dollars. Her husband's not profit ended up getting a two million dollar check. And then the same thing in with the head of the human rights commission in San Francisco. She gets bankrolled for 120 million dollars to run her agency. And several million dollars end up in the nonprofit of her boyfriend. He's already even husbands. These are people they're dating. Had you need your data woman and she ends up in some Takamami government position and she's got a hundred million dollars and hey, hey, can you, I'll start a nonprofit, could you shift some of that my way? Hour number two, we went in depth on Christy Nome's husband who apparently sits at home and wears gigantic, enormous, never seen before these these huge breasts and dresses up in pink hot pants and he's in some fetish chat room with with other women. I mean, these things are just it's a pullover. Looks like they're made of rubber. I don't know. So anyway, we did an in depth. You might be worrying those one day. I am not going to do that.

17:58No, please. I have to keep my dignity. That body outfit. No, there's no dignity left. Eric Swalwell. Well, I tell you, this is the nuttiest race. You got two Republicans on top for governor. And then you have three wet job Democrats. I mean, mentally ill, ought to be locked up. One of them is Eric Swalwell, who other than screaming about Trump for 10 years has no noticeable accomplishments. And he got kicked off the intelligence committee in the house. He got kicked off the intelligence committee because he let a Chinese spy into his office. And a lot of people think he was having an affair with the girl. This is the infamous thing. Her name is Christine Fang. She's from China. She had made her way across the country infiltrating various political staffs and having

19:02affairs with the politicians. From the east coast to the Midwest, here to the west coast. And she was trying to get a foothold in California. And she ended up in Swalwell's office. And people thought Swalwell was carrying on with her. We have no evidence. But he never got charged. The FBI investigated and a congressional committee investigated. And he wasn't officially charged with anything, but they did remove him from the House Intelligence Committee. And now, Hashtag tell who runs the FBI says he's considering releasing the files of the FBI investigation. And Swalwell's freaking out, which puzzles me because he's always denied that he had a relationship. He claims he he was never found of any wrongdoing. Then why not release the files? I mean, one minute, you know, he's screaming to release the

20:07Epstein files. Now all of a sudden his files have to be locked up. He's got two lawyers carrying on about this. And the lawyer sent a cease and desist letter, the cease and desist letter to the FBI director. That's funny. He's telling the FBI director to cease and desist, claiming that there has been a longstanding policy not to release any investigative files within the last two months before the election. And to that, I say, who cares? I want to know if there's if, hey, you know, we can just flip this. If there's nothing to hide, what the hell? Because these files go back 10 years. Now, why are there files with with, by the way, she really is a spy. She has since left the country. She's back in China. She was sent on a mission and she pulled it off. She's very attractive. They call them honey traps. And he was swimming

21:13in the honey. I don't know if he got the taste of the honey, but he definitely was swimming in the honey. And Swallow saying it's not lost on me that were 34 days until California and start voting. I'm saying, let's just see what's in there. Let's use the Epstein file standard. Because it's only a policy that keeps law enforcement from releasing these files. It's not an actual law. I mean, he's in third place anyway behind the two Republicans, but it's between him among Democrats, him, Mrs. Potato Head and that billionaire super nut Tom Steyer, who has spent I believe $100 billion to get 10% of the vote. Now, the top two get in. It's not the top Republican in the top Democrat. And what's funny is this has been this has been the law for 15 years now. And all of a sudden, somebody at the LA Times published a column saying, I think it's time

22:16that we get rid of this top two system. They never wrote that when when you know, in some races, you only get two Democrats in the top two. All of a sudden, because there's two Republicans in the top two, well, you know, I think the time has come that we retire the system and is a stupid system. It really is stupid. It was, it was a Schwarzenegger abortion. And it didn't make any sense because you know, you got separate parties. People will have separate beliefs. Independence are always left out of the equation entirely with these party systems, which was one of the advantage to the top two jungle primary, because independence never had a set out of all systems. Just really screwed up. It's ridiculous. But I want to hear what he did with thing thing, thing thing. But boy, if he became governor, you talk about being good for

23:18business, because he is as dumb as a box of rocks. He's below the news some line, the swallow character, well below the news some line. I mean, he's a borderline vegetable. But hey, it's him or Mrs. Potato head. It is collection of vegetables running running for office here. Oh, what did I want to tell you? There's something I was going to tell you. Oh, did you see, because I thought I thought of this. They haven't caught the whole foods creep yet. Have they? I don't think so. You know about the story. Yeah, I did it yesterday. Right. In Valencia. Now, I saw different stories. This guy was in Whole Foods and he he unzipped. Yeah. And then he also grabbed something. Did he rub his thing up against the woman's ear? Oh, I don't know. I that I don't know. That's what I read in the story is that like he unzipped and they had a photo of him standing right near the side of me. I mean, I know he rubbed up against her, but I wasn't sure exactly

24:18where I saw that guy. And I thought he should have been stopped at the door because I've never seen a guy look like that in Whole Foods. All right. He was burly, bearded, you know, just a big lumox of a guy. I've never seen a man look like that in Whole Foods. I see these skinny, pale women. And they all have they're all brunettes with their hair tied in a bun. I go to Whole Foods and I don't fit that description. And the guys, most of the guys in Whole Foods, they look very similar to the women. They have brunette buns. I never saw this guy like they said, beard mustache is a hooking guy. And I'm thinking, if I'm running Whole Foods, as soon as I see him walking in, I'm saying, that is not a Whole Foods customer. That's trouble there. And he was. He was there to expose himself and blast one of the customers because she was kneeling down on the ground trying to get, you know, some flax powder or something off the bottom

25:18shelf. You know, they put the really weird stuff on the bottom shelf. You ever go to grocery stores, bottom shelves have all the stuff that nobody wants. No, I haven't noticed that. Oh, that's true. It's by design. It's the stuff that doesn't sell. But they got to fill the shelves. But wait a second. In Whole Foods, they would sell flax seed. All right. Well, you get the idea. No, I don't. I should. I should look at the bottom shelf of Whole Foods and take a picture and bring it in and go through the list of incomprehensible items, things that shouldn't be ingested. 26:21from another company, but it's in that family. And he was all glassy-eyed as a fourth accident. I thought there'd been three. There was actually four, including two rollovers, including one here, remember, Rancho Palas Verdez? There's like a day or two after his golf tournament, the Genesis tournament that they always have in Pacific Palisades at the Riviera Club. And then a couple of days later he was staying at a hotel in Palis Verdez and he spun out on the roadway, going down the hill. And now, and he got really badly injured and he's been taking a lot of pain killers. And I'm no doctor. I have a feeling you got very addicted to the pain killers and he's probably has constant pain. And so he's addicted to him. He was high. And so he had a he had an accident in 2009,

27:25the famous one. Remember when his wife came running out with I think with the golf club to whack his car. Am I remembering that, right? What happened? And that was his mother. That was the night his whole sex scandal. Yeah, that was the night sex scandal blew up. Then 2017 he played guilty to driving while high in prescription pills, passed out at the wheel in Jupiter. Then 2021 in Palis Verdez. And that was the bad injury, open fracture. And he was out for a long time. And I don't think he ever really recovered from it. Not to mention all the all the cumulative damage from playing golf since he was two years old. Did you ever see the video of him when he was two? He was on a yeah, I watched the HBO documentary about him. It was incredible. There was a daytime talk show at the time, Mike Douglas show. And he was on the show with celebrities and he was putting and just just completely mesmerized and wowed

28:26everybody. So he, you know what? He's like a child star. He didn't have a normal life. He had a crazy father who pushed him. And so his, his mental, his, his emotional mental stability without golf just isn't there. He only existed on the golf course. And he was a mess outside the golf course. And from what I've read, even his friends say he drives like a maniac. And it looks like he drives often when he's, when he's stoned on these pills. But he's, I didn't know or I forgot that Donald Trump Jr's ex-wife hooked up with him that they were a couple that's current couple, current couple. Yeah, I totally forgotten that. It's like, what's with her? Right. Quite the picking and choosing that. Sikes money, you think? Wow. All right. Uh, we're done. And
