Nolan Wells’ DA Made THIS Move On the Phone

Nolan Wells’ phone left Horn Island with his friends. His body was found two days later. Six weeks after his death, not a single forensic expert has examined that device. The DA and the family had a deal — a joint examination at the state digital forensics lab. Then the DA sent a 48-hour ultimatum and the deal collapsed.
