There's been no breakthrough in the discussions, but Whitkopf says there were positive sides. Officials from Ukraine, Europe and America will hold further discussions in the near future.

The research by men's health charity November found one in three Australian fathers take no parental leave when a child is born. The spokesperson Jeremy Phillips-Yelens says most fathers filled time off could put their careers at risk.
