1:01Coming up, millions affected by education cyber-attack, a fatal Queensland plane crash, and houses start to sell with the start of spring. I'm Chris McCarthy with your afternoon news update. All the million users have had their data stolen in a cyber-attack on learning platform math space. The company confirming user IDs, names, email addresses, and time zones were all breached in the hack. Technology expert Charlie Brown says while student results haven't been accessed, there's a chance other information could be leaked online. The student email address is likely going to be traded on the dark web and bought and sold. And so in the next couple of weeks they could start receiving emails saying, click here to get a benefit, such as a promo code to the canteen or something like that, and they try and steal more information from there. Two people have died in a light plane crash south of Brisbane.

2:02The BHA-36 Bonanza crashed at Logan shortly before take off the small-ning, sparking a grass fire. The transport safety bureau has opened an investigation and will work with Queensland police to interview witnesses. The superannuation industry says one nation's approach to superannuation is irresponsible. The minor party believes workers should be able to access a quarter of their contributions each pay cycle. Analysts say Australia's property market remains in a weak position despite a slight increase in auction sales over the weekend.
