The site will include two, three, and four bedroom houses to meet local housing needs. Earlier this week, the approval moved forward despite ongoing traffic issues. Residents have reported more accidents and near misses on the narrow lane in recent years, blaming nearby housing growth for the rise. Locals are upset, with one calling it a death waiting to happen if the development goes ahead without road fixes. They point to years of problems that have worsened lately. The Builder remains positive. Managing Director Carl Edwards says they've worked hard on the project and plan to deliver quality homes while supporting the community through donations.
