Plans are in motion for a new drive-through restaurant and convenience store on unused grassland and keyboard bowsham, Lestershire. Developer Manor Oak Holmes has submitted the application to Harborough District Council for the site west of Warwick Road. The project covers about three acres and includes parking, new access points, pedestrian pass, and up to 12 electric vehicle charging spots plus. Disable parking. The land previously had approval for mixed commercial and retail uses, but it has sat overgrown for years.
