About this episode
My name is Shelby and I am an alcoholic.
I said that for the first time on July 1, 2002 actually when I think about it I highly doubt I said it that day! But ladies sobriety is only the beginning. Once we are cleaned up and living right, "the work" continues to build emotional sobriety.
In this episode I share more about what I was like, my story and talk about what emotional sobriety is and how to work towards it.
