About this episode
In this episode of the podcast, I share my feel-good habits, the strategies I use and recommend to make sure every day is a good day.
My habits include:
- Making sure every day starts off as productively as possible, and why that can only happen if I have an evening ritual in place.
- Why cleaning and tidy not only organise the mind and make me feel productive in the short-term but also have long-term benefits too.
- The importance of getting outside to get fresh air and also be in nature and why tagging on the habit of breathwork (I choose @mrjamesnestor and @icemanhof for mine) maximizes any time outside.
- How lockdown and the shift from in-person to online communication with friends has altered my friendships but made me appreciate my connections in a way I hadn’t had the chance to before.
- Why learning and becoming a sponge for new information has been one of the best feel-good habits I’ve leaned into during lockdown and want to carry on now restrictions have lifted.
