About this episode
Michael Collins is the head coach of Nova Masters in Orange County CA, and owner of Multisports Orange County. He coaches swimmers and triathletes from age groupers to Olympians for more than 30 years, and he also competed as a professional triathlete for five years, and still races as a top age-grouper in sprint and Olympic distances.
On the podcast today, Taren chats with Mike about some easy changes age groupers can make to their swim strokes to swim faster and more effortlessly! And he's got a couple of hilarious stories about his racing days.
