What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. In the wake of Virginia Roberts and Alan Dershowitz dropping their dueling lawsuits, there's a lot of questions that remain. And people are asking those questions now about other allegations that have been made by Virginia. Now, when you have a situation such as this, and then you go back and you say that you could have been mistaken, it certainly doesn't look good.

1:01And there's no way to sugarcoat that. And for me, I've always been interested in one thing here on this podcast, and that's the truth wherever it leads us. So when you go back and you recant on statements, such as the one that has been recanted here, of course, it's going to leave you open to a lot of criticism and a lot of people asking questions about those other allegations. And one of those people, obviously, is Prince Andrew. This is a dude who just settled for close to $20 million, and then he hears that Virginia Roberts and Alan Dershowitz are dropping their lawsuits against each other, and she says she missed her remembers. So you got to think Prince Andrew would be a little bit fired up about that. Unless, of course, his legal team, Brettler and singer and the rest of them had information we didn't. And I still believe that that's the case. As far as the picture goes, why else would Brettler and singer even think about settling? Because they're the kind of lawyers that'll go all the way, right?

2:04We know that. We've established that. And the fact that they settled is, you know, pretty telling of what went on here, and what sort of evidence was provided to them. Because without that evidence, obviously, there's no way they would have settled. But as far as the allegations, oh, there's no doubt that it opened up, you know, a bunch of questions now about allegations that have been made, and people are going to latch onto that. And for me, like I said, I'm only interested in where the truth takes us. So wherever that leads us is where we're going to go here on the podcast. With that said, let's dive into this article from the Daily Mail, and let's see what's what headline exclusive. Now, all allegations should be questioned. Prince Andrew was labeled a fool for settling sex assault lawsuit with Virginia Roberts after she admitted to making a mistake in claiming she was forced to have sex with Alan Dershowitz.

They have to be locked in and they have to be on point because you're ruining people's lives. And that's why for me, I don't really dive into any of those allegations or talk about anyone who has not been mentioned in court papers or being talked about in these articles because you have to be on point or you're going to destroy people's lives. If I was somebody who had been directly pointed at as taking part in this by somebody who goes in recants, well, do you think that I'm just going to sit there and be like, oh, well, no big deal. No, I'm going to go out and say, hey, look, you see that they recanted here. Well, don't you think that maybe they were mistaken about me? And that opens up a whole nother ball of worms talking about, you know, the the Maxwell prosecution and the conviction. So we'll have to see how this all plays out, but this is just the very beginnings. And I'll tell you what, it's looking like a bit of a mushroom cloud. Robert's sensationally admitted on Tuesday that she may have made a mistake in claiming she was forced to have sex with Dershowitz when she was underage. Robert said Dershowitz was among the high profile men she was loaned out to at Jeffrey Epstein's command. The veteran lawyer has

5:13repeatedly denied her allegation. How can someone be mistaken about something so serious? One person close to Dershowitz told DailyMail.com. Look, that's a it's a good question. Okay, it's a good question. And I hate being in a position here where I have to agree with old dirty Dershowitz, but look, what's right is right. And Virginia came out herself and said she was mistaken here. The source said they believe the King Charles Younger brother must now be wondering why he settled earlier this year, paying Roberts or reported $12 million. After she conceded, she may have mistaken Dershowitz for someone else. Well, let's remember that this was paid out before Virginia made this statement. Was that a calculated move? Who knows? Robert's credibility was a central issue, and Andrew should have gone to trial, the source said. But sources close to Roberts have fired back, insisting she can't be mistaken about Prince Andrew's identity because

6:13he is so famous. They assert that even as a 17-year-old American girl, Roberts must have known he was a British royal, far more recognizable than the Harvard lawyer. Well, there are the corroborating witnesses, there are the photos, and all of the rest of it, that really sings Prince Andrew and any hope he has here to clinging on to this. Because we have the actual photos, we have the actual corroborating witnesses. So that really puts Prince Andrew in a different category. Now, the other people who have had claims made against them without that kind of, you know, backing or photographic evidence, they definitely can say, hey, look at what happened with Dershowitz. Maybe she was mistaken about me too. And unlike with Dershowitz, there were photos and corroborating witnesses supporting her allegations against Prince Andrew. Roberts claimed she was forced to have sex with them three times under orders from the late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. On Tuesday, Roberts withdrew her defamation case against Dershowitz,

Roberts 38, a mother of three now, lives in Australia and goes by her married name of Joffrey admitted that she may have made a mistake by accusing the 84-year-old Harvard law professor who worked as an attorney for Epstein. And look, just because you work as an attorney for somebody, you know, you might be a smarmy son of a bitch, but that doesn't make you a criminal. And while I'm not the biggest fan of defending people like Jeffrey Epstein, as you all know, everybody's entitled to a lawyer. So with these allegations against Dershowitz being dropped, he certainly falls a few rungs for me as far as, you know, part of Epstein's operation from actual participant to something else. And look, we have to be fair and we have to correct the record when the record needs to be corrected, right? Or we're just adding to the nonsense. And once again, I'm trying to swim through all the murk and get to the clarity.

8:18She had, in the past, alleged she was forced to have sex with Dershowitz at the late financier, pedophiles, New York mansion, and again on an airplane. But after dismissing her case, she said in a statement that she was very young at the time. Roberts said it was a very stressful and traumatic environment and Mr. Dershowitz has from the beginning consistently denied these allegations. I now recognize I may have made a mistake in identifying Mr. Dershowitz. Okay, I guess, but it pretty adamant those statements earlier. So there's going to be a lot to reckon with here. And I don't know how this is all going to fall and where it's all going to land. But it's certainly a bombshell that changes the landscape. A source close to Dershowitz said that Epstein could have falsely identified the man to Roberts and that it was actually someone else, but it was inconceivable. He actually took part in the abuse. That's certainly an issue that certainly a possibility 100%. Now if it wasn't Dershowitz,

9:20that Virginia was handed off to who was it because I certainly certainly believe she was abused by Epstein and his friends. This just throws a whole monkey wrench in it because what it does is it opens up the credibility aspect and other people who might be credibly accused are now standing on some more defensible ground, right? This is more tenable for them. The source said the credibility issue is central here. Andrew is a fool for settling his case. He's got to be wondering why he did it. And again, my guess is because he was guilty of what he did. And just because Virginia might misremember Dershowitz doesn't automatically mean, you know, Andrew's off the hook here, but it does open things up and it gives them something to sink their teeth into. A source close to Roberts agreed and set her mistake with Dershowitz was in the identification of her abuser. The source said even Dershowitz has said she could have confused her with somebody else and that's what she's saying. So very, very possible. Look, this is a traumatic situation for Virginia. No doubt about it. You're 15, 16, 17 years old and you're in the hands of the monster Jeffrey Epstein and he trades you off to some old ass man, some old windbag of a man. 11:29when things start to break and there's a case to be made, of course, people are going to use that and they're going to clip onto it and they're going to have some questions. You can't be mistaken about the identity of Prince Andrew. You have the photo of them together. You have testimony from a witness about him playing with a puppet at Epstein's home in New York. A 17 year old girl may not know who Alan Dershowitz is, but she knows who Prince Andrew is and that's really the crux of it for me, with Prince Andrew especially. This dude was cooked. The second Brettler and singer decided to settle. I don't care about what anyone else has to say, honestly, because those two dudes, those lawyers, are the best in the business and if they're settling, there's a reason why they're doing that. The case was due to go to trial next year and would have been the first time Roberts would have faced questioning in court about any of her claims. Her allegations were used in the trial of Galein Maxwell for recruiting and trafficking underage girls for Epstein last year, which resulted in a conviction and a 20 year sentence. So again, that's going to come

12:34into play here too. You know that Maxwell's lawyers, they're going to, they're going to sink their teeth into this. But for Maxwell, unfortunately, there's a whole host of other girls who were abused and that's the thing here that we have to remember. This isn't just one person's case, not just Virginia Roberts case. There's a whole bunch of women that we don't even know about who were abused and who were mercilessly abused. Those are the women I call the, the women of the unknown, right? The unknown girls. And my guess is there are so many of them that it would make our head spin. We only know the few women who have come forward bravely to bring their story out to the public. But besides that, how many women are still suffering in the shadows that were abused by these people. In a statement as the case was dismissed, Dershowitz said he was gratified it had ended. He said, as I have stated from the beginning, I have never had sex with Miss Roberts. I nevertheless come to believe that at the time she accused me, she believed what

13:36she said. So he's not calling her a liar here. He's saying that she believed it. It was just a case of mistaken identity. Miss Roberts is to be commended for her courage and now stating publicly that she may have been mistaken about me. She has suffered much at the hands of Jeffrey Epstein and I commend her work in batting the evils of sex trafficking. Roberts claims against Andrew forced him to retreat from public, public life due to public outcry and a disastrous TV interview in which he defended his friendship with Epstein, who hanged himself allegedly in 2019 while awaiting trial for sex trafficking crimes. Andrew was stripped of his military titles and his patronages of dozens of charities and reportedly cried when when King Charles told him that there was no way back for him. A spokeswoman for Andrew declined the comment. Well, folks, this is quite the ball of yarn to pick through and there's going to be a lot of people who do that. Now, as far as I'm concerned,

14:37Prince Andrew, it doesn't even have a leg to stand on here. There's so much evidence against him that that ship has sailed a very long time ago. And even if you get rid of Virginia's allegations, right, say there was never those allegations against Andrew of being part of the actual abuse. Just being so close to Epstein and enabling his BS, having a party after he was a convicted sex offender, that's enough there to sink you. But you add on the other stuff, the stuff that he already settled out of court with. And well, you see that Prince Andrew situation is a little different than some other peoples. And when there's that much evidence corroborating especially, well, here you go. You end up paying out $14 million, $13 million, $17 million dollars, whatever it is. But as far as the allegations against Dershowitz, we have to recognize that those allegations have been dropped. And that moving forward, there's going to be some questions about allegations that have been made. So we'll see where it all ends up and we'll see how it all ends up.

And sure, he could litigate you five ways till Sunday. But that does not mean that he gets off the hook for what he has done. That does not mean he does not get called out for his enabling

You're this high profile, the Harvard guy. And you're running around, you're you're trashing her in interviews. So bad that the hosts have to stop you in the middle of your trashing of her. I mean, come on, Dershowitz. Come on, Alan D. Nobody's worried about you. All right. You're just you're just another one of these guys who is will litigate until the wheels come off. And that that just frightens people. But I really don't care. You know, I'm just at the end of the day, we're just going on what these articles have to say. And if the

She could have named Donald Trump. She could have named so many more high profile people than Alan Dershowitz. If Dershowitz was not involved, why did Virginia Roberts even bring him up? Well, it is of my it is my opinion that Dershowitz definitely was involved. And what Virginia Roberts said he did to her, I believe her. And it's up to Alan Dershowitz to defend these claims. Now he says he has all this evidence. He has receipts and he has all these different, you know, records and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. But nobody has seen any of that stuff. It's all just his fat mouth running again. Just yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap. Well, I got to tell you something, Mr. Dershowitz, you're not fooling anybody. We know you receive those massages, but it's okay, though, right? Because you didn't take off your underwear. You're just a six six six six

Virginia Roberts attorney Charles Cooper said she would likely take advantage of the new law that allows victims of child sex abuse to sue their alleged abusers. Roberts has sued Dershowitz for defamation, charging that the noted Harvard law professor smeared her name by calling her a liar and good for her. It's nice to see Dershowitz get a little bit of his own medicine for once, right? Nobody wants to sue Alan Dershowitz for the most part. They're scared of his litigation. Well, Virginia Roberts don't give two shits. She knows she was wrong, she knows she was abused, and this predator is being called out on the carpet. So good for her. She wasn't a child, Dershowitz said after a hearing in Manhattan federal court, adding that she has testified she wasn't underage when Epstein began trafficking her for sex. She changes her facts to fit the law, Dershowitz says. She has a long record of lying about prominent

Every single time you turn around, this man is dragging her name through the mud. Roberts attorney did not specify when they would file the Child Victims Act claims in an amended lawsuit. Her legal team plans to dig into Dershowitz's representation of Epstein around the time he negotiated a sweetheart plea deal in 2008. Under the agreement, Epstein avoided serious jail time for his alleged international sex trafficking scheme and remained welcome in high society, especially in New York. They sure loved to have him around in New York. They welcomed him with open arms. We read it in that article. The people, obviously they didn't go on record, the other high crust members of society, they didn't, they don't care that Jeffrey Epstein was trafficking young girls. They do not care one single bit. Oh, they'll make pretend that they're woke. They'll make pretend that they care. But if they really did, folks, if they really

You can say whatever you want, but it's your actions that dictate who you truly are. I mean, Dershowitz is wrapped up in this deep and all of a sudden he's in charge of the legal team that building a non-prosecution plea for numerous people himself included. How is that even right? Dershowitz, meanwhile, will dig into legal tactics used by of Robert's famous attorney David Boyz. Dershowitz legal team claimed that a recent New York Times article on a mystery man claiming to have access to surveillance footage from Epstein's many mansions backed up the law professors claim he is the victim of a conspiracy orchestrated by Boyz and like I said when we read that article at first I said do not fall for this nonsense do not fall for it and what do you know the next day Dershowitz was using that as an alibi as an excuse as a defense and I said it I said that there's something funny about this and I would not be surprised if Dershowitz was the one who initiated that guy to be involved in all of this who put him up to it I wouldn't be surprised
