Mark Epstein Unloads On The DOJ Over Their Statement About His Brothers Death
About this episode
Mark also highlighted the opinions of two medical examiners present at the autopsy, Drs. Kristin Roman and Michael Baden, both of whom reportedly found the death less consistent with suicide and more indicative of possible foul play. He pointed to inconsistencies like a missing minute in the surveillance video outside Epstein’s cell and multiple camera malfunctions, suggesting these anomalies point toward a coverup rather than closure. By challenging both the expertise of officials and the integrity of the investigative process, Mark Epstein signaled he believes the real story is far from over.

Jeffrey Epstein's brother, Mark Epstein, is not buying that Jeffrey Epstein, committed suicide, and he hasn't been buying it from the very beginning. And that's because he had his own two medical examiners, autopsy folk, Michael Bodden, and another autopsy professional, take a look at what was going on, and they came back with inconclusive reports. Certainly nothing that matched what the government said happened. And furthermore, the whole entire story that the government has given us from the very beginning is straight trash. Let us not forget that the news of Jeffrey Epstein's death broke on 4chan, 38 minutes, before it broke in the regular media. How did that happen? We gonna talk about that at all? How come the cell wasn't secured? How come there's no EMS report? So there's a lot to be discussed, and you can't just show up here and talk about, oh, well, trust me, bro, everything's cool, everything's on the up and up, no, we're not trusting
you. You haven't earned that trust. Not this administration, and not before that came before them. None of these administrations have cared about Jeffrey Epstein, and that's because they all knew that if they pointed at him, they'd be pointing at themselves. Just like in the Spider-Man meme, where Spider-Man's pointing at himself from two different perspectives, same shit. And we were never gonna get any of this information, just like I told you folks for years. It didn't matter who was in charge, because the information that we all wanted is the kind of information that leads to the downfall of very, very powerful people. And anybody who's been paying attention for any period of time knows that very powerful people, very rarely fall, unless other powerful people, wanted to occur. And I guess when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, it's just not that big of a deal. This article was published by the Daily Mail, and the headline, Jeffrey Epstein's brother reveals why he refuses to believe death was suicide, despite Pambondi's claims.
This article was authored by Will Potter. Jeffrey Epstein's brother said he laughed at how stupid the Trump administration's handling of the Epstein files has been, and revealed that he doesn't believe their assertion that the financier, pedophile's death, was a suicide, and as much as I hate to agree with anyone who shares DNA with Jeffrey Epstein, he's not wrong. The whole entire thing has been a sham from the jump. Now you're gonna come out at a left field, and just drop this bombshell on people without any sort of evidence to back it up. Yeah, you better keep that shit moving. The notorious pedophiles brother, Mark, told news nations Chris Cuomo on Tuesday that he was not convinced by the White House's memo this week that said there is no evidence Epstein was murdered or kept a long suspected client list. Every time they say something or do something to try and quash the fact that he was most likely murdered, they just put their foot down, their mouths. Mark Epstein said he is not wrong.
Like this is just bad. Coming on the back of the stupid ass stunt with the white dumbass notebooks, yeah, that was great. Real great look. And I told you then that we weren't going to get anything from these people. And if you think we're going to get anything from them or they're playing some form of five DHS or if you think the storm is coming, it's not. There is no storm. Nobody's coming to save us. I guess nobody's going after the people who were enabling Jeffrey Epstein bank rolling them or the people that were engaging in the abuse with them. And why should we think anything else Virginia clearly told us multiple people that she said she was farmed out to by Jeffrey Epstein and we're not talking about, you know, people that have no status here. We're talking about George Mitchell. We're talking about Bill Richardson. We're talking about Glenn Dubin. We're talking about Jean Luke Brunel. We're talking about Prince Andrew. We're talking about Marvin Minsky.
So everybody wants to talk about a list and I get it. And I don't want to be a dick when I say this, but it has to be said. If you were so worried about what Jeffrey Epstein was up to, why didn't you work harder to make sure the people that were already exposed felt the pain. Why did you ignore it? Why did you chase bullshit instead? Why did you go after stupid stories about Tom Hanks being locked up at Guantanamo drinking a dream of chrome? Like any of that's even real. I mean, come on. All that was was noise and I let all the people who were engaged in all this behavior when everything was still hot and fresh, it let them walk. And that's what happens when you chase bullshit. Meanwhile, you had Virginia out here, telling everybody who would listen that these were the men that she was trafficked to. But I guess it wasn't good enough for some people. And now those saying people are showing up now that the story is hot again, acting like their experts, bro, where were you when the fight was really happening? That's the real question that needs to be asked because the truth is there weren't that
many people on the front line. So for all the people out there that refused to listen, that there was no dumbass list. And they refused to listen about the people that were already outed. Well, this is the result. This is what you get. Nothing more than a cover-up and not only that, you get told to move on by the most powerful man in the world. If you don't see something stings here and you can't smell it by now, I don't know what to tell you. He particularly singled out FBI director Cash Patel for his role in Epstein Files release, noting how he you turned from an ardent skeptic over Epstein's death to now insisting there was no cover-up. Well, that's what happens when you play politics at every turn. Me? I know the FBI's corrupt. I watched it in my own life. I know that this whole entire system is set up against people like you and me. And Jeffrey Epstein just personified it all. Put it all under the microscope so everybody could see how disgusting it really was.
And now that the curtains have been pulled back, a lot of people don't like what they're seeing inside of that room and guess what? I don't blame you. And in the words of John McLean, welcome to the party, pal. Mark pointed to Patel's citing of his career as a prosecutor when he said that you know a suicide when you see it despite Patel having no medical degree or qualifications as a forensic pathologist. Oh, you know a suicide when you see one, huh? How about career suicide, Cash Patel? What does that look like? Well, it's happening right now before all of our eyes. How do you redeem yourself? How do you go on with the trust of the people with this big of a flop? And let's not act like anybody forced this on them. They were the ones that were adamant inserting themselves in the conversation, talking about how they're going to release this release that. So you want to talk about self-inflicted wounds. Here's one for you, baby, a big one. And I don't think there's any sort of public relations triage that's going to fix it.
The question that popped into my mind was, first of all, how many suicides has he seen? Is he a forensic pathologist? Does he have a medical degree? Mark questioned. Does he have a certificate that he passed a CPR course? Does he have a Boy Scout merit badge for first aid? What is he basing this on? And look, he's not wrong. Just because you're the FBI director, that means you're the be all-endal. And it's the same thing I said about Bill Barr, if you recall. Mr. Arbiter of Truth himself. Yeah, like I'm going to believe fucking Bill Barr zero chance. I'd rather have Benny Fazio, the criminal mastermind, take me out to that warehouse in Jersey and shove nails through my bulls than trust Bill Barr, okay? And we're quickly approaching that territory for Cash Patel as well. Mark said that Patel's assertion over Epstein's death in 2019 contradicts what Dr. Christine Roman, a medical examiner for New York City, who conducted the autopsy on Epstein, said at the time. He came out of the autopsy, and she couldn't call it a suicide because it looked too much
like a homicide he claimed. Dr. Michael Bodden, who was hired by Mark Epstein at the time to be present at the autopsy said at the time that Epstein suffered injuries that were more consistent with a homicide than a suicide. And the second Dr. Bodden spoke out, they tried to discredit him. Oh, he was the discredited New York medical examiner, you know, the whole fucking thing. I found it disgusting then, and I find it disgusting now. As if he's any less credible than some no name, medical examiner, that's on the payroll of the New York City Health Department, oh, okay, sure. You know what? He said that Epstein had small burst capillaries in his face, mouth and eyes, and also had three distinct fractures on his jaw. I have never seen three fractures like this in a suicidal hanging, he said, per CBS news. Mark Epstein noted on News Nation on Tuesday, button, who was there on my behalf, who witnessed the autopsy also concurred that it looked more like a homicide than a suicide. Now was Cash Patel in the autopsy room? No, he continued, was Cash Patel in the prison when they found Jeffrey, no, I don't think so. And if he was there, that raises an even bigger question, not wrong. And I still think everybody's missing the point. Do you think that Jeffrey Epstein, one of the most protected inmates, maybe in history or should have been, should have been put in a cell with Nicholas Tartaglione? Now look, I'm not saying that he was in the cell and he died with Tartaglione as his
cellmate. That's not what I'm saying. It's the first time around, the first alleged suicide that we heard about. Yeah, you know, when they checked Jeffrey Epstein into the tier and had him checked in as an African American man and the camera pointed at the wrong gel cell. Yeah, that time around. I think that Nicholas Tartaglione was sent to that gel cell to send a message to Jeffrey Epstein. I've said that from the very beginning and that message probably went something like this. Listen homey, we can reach out and touch you no matter where you are. So either we do it or you do it. And then from there, Jeffrey Epstein was moved isolation, right? He attempted suicide. We had to get him away from everybody else. Well that gave Jeffrey Epstein the opportunity to do what he was told to do and that is self delete himself. So if he did kill himself, I don't think he did it of his own volition, that's for sure. And I'm also going to try and reach out to Epstein's lawyer. I'm going to try and get him to come on the podcast and talk to you about what Epstein
state of mind was when all of this was going down because from everything I've heard everything I've seen, Jeffrey Epstein was not suicidal. And yo, real talk considering the government obviously has no evidence against him. Why would he commit suicide? There's no evidence. He probably would have walked right? There's no evidence, right, Mr. Trump? Right DOJ? That's what you're telling us. So why did he kill himself? The brother of the infamous finance here is not alone end doubting the White House stance on Epstein's death with former news anchor Tucker Carlson also waiting into the controversy on Tuesday. Carlson said he believes the government is covering up the Epstein files to protect US and Israeli intelligence services and said it was obvious that Bondy was covering up crimes. Oh, it's always with the Mossad with these fucking people. They just can't let it go. Once again, the Mossad had a place at the table. That's it. That's all. They weren't in charge of this operation. They got plenty of other shit they're responsible for, not this one.
And anybody who's telling you any different, they don't know the score, either that or they're purposefully misleading you for whatever reason. Maybe they're being paid by Langley. Maybe they're a part of the siop themselves. I have no idea. But it's rather obvious what was going on here and it's rather obvious that the FBI, they're the ones who flipped Epstein, then they farmed them out to the CIA. Now does that mean he wasn't on loan to the Mossad? Hell no. Does that mean he wasn't running, you know, independent gigs for the Mossad? That's not what it means. He most certainly was. But let's not conflate the issue and make it out like Jeffrey Epstein was some kind of fucking Israeli super spy. Bros. Not the Mossad version of James Bond. He was an asset. A CIA asset. And what does the CIA or any intelligence service do when you've outlived your usefulness? That's right. They burned the asset. And that's exactly what they did here. Once he outlived his usefulness, that was the end of that. A mid-mountain scrutiny over Trump's handling of the scandal Carlson said he is not convinced
that the president was covering his own allegedized Epstein and felt the reason hinged on espionage. I agree with that. And why do I say that? Well I say that because the people who are behind the sticks are even more powerful than Trump. I know it's crazy to think about, but who do you think puts presidents in office? Bankers, right? The financial sector. Who do you think was really running Epstein? Oh, that's right. The financial sector. Look, folks, we're talking about the group of people, the only group of people ever in history. Maybe that Jesus was ever mad at. What table did he flip over inside of the temple? So let's not act like the financial sector hasn't been scummy from the jump. They most certainly are. And that's one of the left-out factors when we're talking about Epstein. Everybody wants to focus on this sensational. Everybody wants to focus on things like the massage, him being the super spy. And look, I get it. It's interesting. It's certainly an interesting conversation I have. But when it starts muddying the waters and it gets in the way of the actual truth,
well, then it becomes a problem. I don't think he's that guy actually, Carlson said a Trump. I don't think he likes creepy sex stuff. I have no idea what Trump likes. He might. He might not. Rather, Carlson floated a more sinister plot to protect the US and Israeli intelligence agencies with driving Trump's response. The only other explanation that I can think of is that the intel services are at the very center of this story. US and Israeli, and they're being protected, he said. Well, yeah, that's exactly what's going on, but to protect our intelligence service. Now if there is some blowback or if there's some collateral that overlaps with a massage operation, I'm certainly not going to tell you that Epstein wasn't being farmed out to the massage. He was 1000% Angolaine Maxwell's pops, bro was in the massage. So there's certainly ties. My big issue is when people try to make the massage the whole issue when it comes to Epstein. That's disingenuous and it's not going to fly on my podcast.
The issue of Trump's handling of the Epstein files led the president to snap at a reporter on Tuesday when they asked Bondy about the Justice Department's internal review of the documents. Trump brushed off Fury from his MAGA base over the abrupt conclusion of the Epstein probe this week and accused the reporter who quizzed Bondy of desecrating the deadly Texas flood tragedy. Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein? Trump lamented to reporter present for his six month cabinet meeting. The guy's been talked about for years. Well, give us some answers and maybe we'll stop talking about him. Until then, fat fucking chance. All of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
