Sam Stein and Will Sommer dig into the bombshell ProPublica report that a Russian oligarch close to Vladimir Putin secretly bankrolled Donald Trump Jr.’s lavish Bahamas wedding. Then, they take a critical look at 60 Minutes’ investigation into the booming business of lobbying for presidential pardons, including its undercover sting of Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman. Plus, Will explains the bizarre circumstances surrounding the sudden resignation of Trump ally Joe diGenova’s resignation, and the latest saga involving MAGA influencer Matt Tardio and his bizarre “Antifa got me high” defense.
All that, plus the truly strange story of Jacob Wohl’s dad and a very weird MAGA calendar.

Hey, everybody, we're back. It's me, Sam Stein with Will Summer. This is another edition of Maga Mondays.
I wait all weekend long just eager for the 10 am slot to hit so that we can talk about the most absurdist stuff on the internet that happened from the week prior. That's why we have wills while we employ will. So will, how are you doing, buddy? Happy Roshana. It was good. It was my first full Roshana service. Needless to say, I am not Jewish. Why is that needless to say? I was once hanging out with the guy who does true and on and the guy who does channel 5 at a Q&A convention. The channel 5 guy said, are you Jewish? I'm out of the true and not guy who is Jewish. Look at him. You think he's Jewish? Nevertheless, I have by marriage, I'm in the mix. We did the whole thing. When I came in, they handed us a 200 page binder of the service plan. I was like, what? Welcome to the tribe, man. The services are kind of brutal, honestly, if I'm going to be, but that's the point. You got to sit through that stuff. You have to endure. You have to ruminate in your guilt and all the things you did wrong and you have to pledge
to do better. I think this is one of the happy ones saying this is. Yeah, wait, wait, wait one week. Yes, yes, but yes, it was lovely, but yes, that was sort of my weekend. Yeah, you got to have a little apples and honey. I don't know. I threw the bread into the stream, talked about all the things I could have done better. Lot of bread thrown into that stream, but that's for another pod. We'll start a Jewish holiday pod at some point. Here we're going to be talking about a MAGA internet and we were directed very forcefully by our producers not to talk about the story because everyone's talking about the story, but you know what? I don't care. I want to talk about the story. This is the screen they didn't want you to hear. This is the screen that FSB doesn't want to hear. I want to talk about this story and I want to talk about it up top, even though you can get much deeper dives into the story from our other pods today, including Tim. Tim's going to be talking a lot about this story. I believe we got the report on the spy gang talking about the story, too. I don't know when that comes out. They're going to talk about like the intel aspects of this. Tim's going to be just ripping Don Jr. for it. I just want to have a little thumb of it.
ProPublica put out a story this morning and it's ridiculous. The title is Don Donald Trump Jr.'s Bahamas wedding was secretly bankrolled by Russian oligarch close to Putin. And this oligarch Umar Kremlin, what a Russian name. It's like if you're going to be an oligarch, you have to have a name like that. It apparently spent hundreds of thousands of dollars renting out this private island for this 50 person wedding for Don Jr. If you remember, the president didn't even go to this. Donald Trump's father, Donald Trump's father did not go to this wedding. The 50 people went to this private island, this oligarch paid for the wedding or lots of it. They had like a bunch of different stuff happening at the wedding. They like flew in funfetti cake. Did you catch that detail? I did. I was a little nervous. Yes. Into the Bahamas. Why do they have to fly a funfetti cake? I think a five tier funfetti cake.
I've heard a lot of people dumping on Jr. forgetting funfetti cake for his wedding. And I will defend him. I come from a family that values funfetti. We're a big funfetti family. But you don't need to fly it in from Florida. It doesn't make any sense. It's crazy. This is a bombshell story and it's a fun one too. So shout out to the public. In this story, this Umar Kremlin guy, we come to find out is a quite shady Russian oligarch. No. No. Not like the normal upstanding oligarch. This isn't one of the nicer ones to have bankroll in your wedding. I mean, he spent this is crazy. I think I think pro public is probably being conservative with these estimates. But you know, he paid for that though, I land the guest slept on $100,000. Fireworks $70,000. I think probably more than that. You know, and this was not like a wedding where everyone was like, it was like a potluck wedding. You know, the Russian oligarchs like, Hey, can you bring a can you bring the like the
potato salad? I can't really fit the bill for that one. Yeah. I guess for his pro public, no, it's like he's the only guy besides Don Jr. who's paying for this. And Don Jr., by the way, because of his own schemes has a lot of money. So it's so weird. And this guy, he rises to power in Putin's, you know, machine because he's in a government-sponsored biker gang. I mean, this is crazy stuff. They met a couple years ago. According to even the oligarch, they're not even like trying to be like, no, they're lifelong friends. Like, they're like, no, they met a couple years ago. Donald Trump Jr.'s family or representative was like, you know, they bonded over hunting. And it's like, if you just step back, there's so many elements to unravel here. How is it possible that you think this is kosher if you're Donald Trump Jr. Also, and this really got me. So obviously, there's like real questions about whether they're just trying to exert influence, which clearly they are. There's real questions about influence, but like my first thing, my first thought was
Hunter Biden, like got shat on for years over barisma. Like, what are we talking about here? Like, this is insane. This is unbelievable stuff. But really, like, what stood out to me more than anything else is how fucking cheap. And I'm sorry for swearing. My dad always is yelling. If we could take that back, we'll take it back. How cheap Don Jr.'s pay for your own wedding. Like just what the hell? I can't believe you wouldn't do it. You know, this is, it's like only about 50 people. You know, I think the Trump family could cover this, you know, but I'm sure this oligarch was like, Hey, why don't I cover some of the tab? And you know what? That's awesome. Let's do that. Yeah. I mean, just pay for your own wedding. Everyone else in the world pays for their own wedding. You don't need to get like, you know, the Russian oligarch to cover the funfetti expense. I mean, come on, man, you got crypto money flowing in.
What kind of ethical lapse of judgment do you have to have to be like, you know what? This guy who I met hunting a couple of years ago said he'd cut a check for this private island. And boy, that's really going to save some costs. Let's do it. We, again, Donald Trump didn't go. And that was very peculiar. And I think it was because, I don't know. He said it was a small part of her. We have a clip of him explaining why he didn't go. And I haven't seen this clip yet. I'm curious to see if there's any tells in it. So let's play the clip. I'm going to watch it closely. I think you're so excited about him this week. He'd like me to go, but it's going to be just a small little private affair. And I'm going to try and make it. I'm in the midst. I said, you know, this is not good timing for me. I have a thing called a ran and other things. That's when I can't win on. If I do attend, I get killed. If I don't attend, I get killed by the fake news, of course, I'm talking about now. But he's got a very personal I've known for a long time.
And hopefully they're going to have a great marriage. Mr. President, actually, I don't know. Well, you know, it's interesting. The presence of the Russian oligarch and his Russian entourage makes you wonder, did Trump stay away because the Russian. Well, that's what I'm wondering. Maybe that's obviously now. But if I could make a unique insight, you know, you know, when he said, well, you know, if I attend, I get killed because then here I am with this Putin guy. He's like, let's party. I mean, obviously he's gone to a lot of things that he would get killed for during the Iran War just this past week. And Trump was at his golf course in Ireland as like, AI executives are like, we might just absolutely destroy humanity. But you know, we got a year in Trump's like playing golf in Ireland or checking out the some turning in Ireland. So like the idea that he would get killed for going to his son's wedding was always absurd. And the fact that he does stupid stuff now while the Iran War is still going on and other
things makes makes the lie all that much clear. I do wonder though, did he know about this? But if he knew about it, he would have said, don't do it, right? Like, you would think. I mean, but then I mean, it's not like Trump is, you know, he kind of likes getting his his be quit, you know, and so he probably was like, don, good job. He saved the fam about 200,000. Yes. Well, thank you. You know, just another thing to highlight about Umar Kremlin love. But you know, come on. Quite a name. Um, this guy is also very connected to an organization in Russia that has been accused of abducting Ukrainian children in that war. Jesus Christ. I mean, this is crazy stuff. It's not. Sometimes these connections are like, it's like an Austrian guy or something, you know, there's like a couple cutouts where it's like, oh, yeah, he has these like Russian ties and it's like a little shady. I mean, this guy seems like a very sinister character. I mean, the succession elements of this literally feels like a bad TV. So I'll just read the first graph. Then we'll move on from the story because you'll get plenty more of this from Tim and
from the report on this by fellas on May 24th, on trip junior was celebrating the Bahamas a scantley clad to answers and still wets and sailor caps performed for him and his guess it was the last night of his wedding. A lavish three day party held across a pair of ultra exclusive private islands. Come on. A five tier fun fedie cake had been airlifted in from Florida and helicopters and sea planes descended on the island before guests settled into their ocean front villas. That night on the beach, Trump junior lifted his bride into the air while fireworks launched from a barge over the sea. It was everything we dreamed of and more his life later wrote on Instagram. The dream was heavily funded by secret benefactor, Umar Kremlev, a Russian oligarch close to President Vladimir Putin. Okay, so Kremov footed the bill for hundreds of thousands of dollars of wedding expenses according to records reviewed by pro public interviews with three people familiar with the event among things he rented out the private islands and he covered big ticket items like the fireworks show.
They seem to help plan the event. Okay. Well, with friends like that, by the way, by the way, paid out of a shady operation he's running in Dubai. So I mean, like the idea of this like fireworks vendor being told like, yeah, it'll be invoiced to a Kremlev enterprises. Oh my god. There's a picture all the number one guy you can see. If you look behind Don Jr. and then there's like a red guy and a woman with dark hair. And then behind them, there's like a half dome of bald head. And that is Umar Kremlev. Kremlev should have definitely not have been in that picture rookie mistake. Well, and as pro public notes, it looks like they really made clear to keep the Russians out of the pictures. But but Kremlev said, look, you know what? I dropped 200K at least. I got to get to the picture. Hey, Umar, look, we're going to take a picture and can you just like kind of step out of the frame? No, there's Jared and Ivanka over on the right, by the way. Eric was there. Eric, Eric put out a statement saying, I don't know who this guy is. Oh, there are some statement is really hilarious because I don't know if they, uh, I got
to find the statement. The Eric Trump statement, I'm guessing pro public a copy and pasted it because there's a clear, uh, there's a clear problem grammatically with it. This is a spokesperson for Trump Jr's brother, Eric said of Kremlev, quote, Eric has absolutely no clue who this person is. That's fine. Kennor has never heard his name. Nor has never so he has heard his name. Yeah, that's the classic denial denial. Um, you know, one last one last thing. I would say on this topic, Kim Gillfoil would never, you know, don junior dumps Kim. She gets exiled to Greece via ambassador ship. And for her, this is kind of a best case scenario, you know, your situation ships strings you along for these several years, you know, you're sitting around in Greece, Athens is hot. And you're looking and you're saying, well, well, well, you've caused an international incident with your wedding. Yeah. I mean, these people, these freaking people, they don't care.
I mean, Ivanka, right in while the horse is on the beach, Donald Jr. living it up on his private island wedding, footed by this Russian oligarch, they don't care. There's this Washington notice. Oh, sorry, Washington's son, Stoei about how they're all going to cash out or they're taking the first steps to the cash out on their crypto currency fortunes, $20 billion or something like that that they couldn't. For anonymous digital wall, it's simultaneously moved more than $20 billion in world-livenly financial. One of the two crypto tokens launched by the Trump firms to a vesting contract that kicks off a waiting period after which accounts are able to sell their holdings. They're about to make billions, billions in this crypto fortune that they launched. They don't care. They are just getting wet and which unbelievable, unreal stuff, really, a real, very, very enchanted vibe stuff here. Okay. I did promise we wouldn't do too much. We've already done like 13 minutes on this. Sorry, Tim. Sorry, guys. Let's talk about 60 minutes.
This is what we did. Yes. So 60 minutes, debut under Barry Weiss. They had a couple interesting segments. The one that we were mostly queued in on. This episode sponsored by Let us Financial. Was about the lobbying for Partens, which is becoming like this kind of industrial complex here where people pay hundreds of thousands, millions of dollars. Maybe Umar Kremlova is helping that with that too. I have thoughts on how 60 minutes handled this segment. But I want to hear from you first because they interviewed two of your boys, two of your faves, Jacob Law and Jack Berkman. They stung, you know, two of my guys. So this is folks may remember a couple months ago, rapper, boozy, bad ass, complained that Jacob Law and Jack Berkman had taken him for a ride. He'd given them hundreds of thousands of dollars to get a pardon. And then basically they had not gotten him the pardon, left him in the wind. And so 60 minutes did something that I will, it's a little clever and then we can kind
of get into the media critique aspect of it. They get a guy who is another fellow who had a conviction for like animal trafficking. He's kind of a tiger king type of fellow. And he then, you know, they wire him up and he goes to Jacob, Bull and Jack Berkman and they meet and they say undercover, you know, and they say, Oh, you know, give us this money. We'll get you a pardon. Let's play just a brief clip of that if we have that. Actually, I have to put pressure on the president for a direction in a consistent way. He forces him. We literally want to put the pen in the museum and get him to sign it because he's tired of here. So that's, you know, kind of this undercover sting. Now, I will say, if I had done this, I think you would have said, that seems like a pretty mild story. You know, like it is kind of like a fishing with dynamite situation to get these two. Like it strikes me that 60 minutes probably was like, we need kind of an anti-trum story. Everyone says we're in the pocket for Trump. But you know, these guys are not really like the big fish that you're going after.
I mean, these guys are kind of buffoons. At one point, they make a big deal about Jack Berkman saying, Oh, I'll get Mike Johnson. You know, he's one of my crotes. But in fact, obviously, that's not true. He's just lying. The final thing is, you know, they had, they didn't interview Jack and Jacob. Jack did not bother to shave for 60 minutes. He's got a five o'clock shadow. It's only 60 minutes, Jack. You know, you know, you should dress too nice. Jacob kept talking, but they're like, you know, Leslie Stahl was going to do the thing. She kept pushing, but like you're demanding all this money. Like it seems like bribe in the quinoa. We work for fee. Like you do, you know, like you make money too. And then Jacob will keep saying like, they're buying our strategy. Because if like that's like a word. So yes, what was your take on all this? Okay. I want to work through it because I want to be, I don't want to be overly critical. I do appreciate that 60 minutes went hard on the, on the pardon stuff. Because, you know, like we've covered it too.
The actual pardoning process has become totally corrupted. You're sort of limited a little bit when you cover this stuff because you have to do the throat clearing, which is yes. A lot of presidents, if not all presidents, have been ethically dubious with how they've issued pardon. Right? And they say, oh, you know, Bill Clinton with Mark Rich and, you know, so and so with this person and obviously Joe Biden with Hunter Biden. And you always have to do that clarification. But it kind of, it kind of takes the steam out of it because what you're really doing is you're saying, well, you're trying, you're saying, well, you know, what Trump's doing is nothing abnormal. But it is that no. And I don't think 60 minutes really hit on that. Like Trump came in in the first day, pardoned every J6 rider, which was insane. And he did it even though his vice president had already declared, no, we're not kind of pardoned the ones who like assault the cops. They did. Then they fired basically the entire, pushed out the entire pardon attorney office.
And there was like this big thing over whether Mel Gibson should get his gun rights back in the pardon attorney, Liz Oyer was like, this is not how it works. They put a lot of pressure on her and then she ended up having a resign. And then there's like copious reporting about people donating massive amounts of money to Trump committees, just so that their rich clients or the rich relatives or they themselves can get pardoned. None of that has ever happened before. And I felt like 60 minutes didn't really emphasize the disparity there. Now to credit 60 minutes, they tried to reach out to some of the actual brokers, right? They were like, put out dealers for like 10 or so people to come on and talk about this and no one did. And so they made the choice to interview and sting, wall and bergman. But to your point, like these are buffoons. Like this is not, that's a different story. Those are two insane human beings who do insane stuff all the time who recognized an opportunity
to get rich. And it's tangentially related to pardons because they're like, cool, we can make money here. But they've been doing stupid shit like this forever. And so it felt like they conflated the story. I was thinking about what's an analogy. And it would be like if you're 60 minutes or like, we're going to do a big expose on the state of baseball and steroids in the pitch clock and gambling and all this stuff affecting it. We're going to focus 70% of it on the Savannah bananas. And it's like, yeah, that's a clown show that has nothing to do with baseball. But yeah, it's kind of tangentially related. So I felt like the whole segment kind of, and then there was other things that I had criticisms with like stalls, Leslie Stahl felt like she, you know, not that she got run over, but they were just like, yeah, we make money so do you. And she didn't come back. She shouldn't have been interviewing them anyway. It just felt like they didn't deliver the punch that needed to be delivered.
You know, I do find it having dealt with Jack Berkman and Jacob before the idea of Leslie Stahl like going through there, like little routine with them. Like, you know, when I started talking to Jack Berkman, this was like nine years ago, and he was a Seth Rich guy. And he was like leading the hunt to find Seth Rich's killer. And when I first met with him, he was like, everything I asked him, he was like, wow, that's a great question. You have a great future in journalism, young man. That wow, that's incredible. And I've heard from other reporters that this is like something he does every time. And so the idea of saying to Leslie Stahl like, wow, I think you have a very promising career, young lady, you know, you'll go far. It's, I agree with you. I just sort of like they're trading on the existence of this real industry, but it gives, it gives like the Trump administration kind of a plausible deniability where they can say, well, those guys really are not connected. Those guys are hucksters, you know, you've stung them. You're not really hitting like the real lobbyists essentially. Right. And also in a weird way, it's like the best thing that ever happened to Berkman and Law. Yeah. Yeah. Cause now if you're someone with a random conviction, you say, oh, great. Well, I do have a couple of other.
I saw those, yeah, I saw those guys in 60 minutes. These are the official sleazy guys. I can, I can, I can get hooked up. Maybe they'll, what did Berkman say? It's a pincher move. And we'll get on the president. The other person they interviewed was Ed Martin. Yeah. So Eagle, Eagle Ed, who became the US part in attorney. And he basically like came off as a normal dude in this interview. And he's not like he is deeply unethical the way he was handling all this stuff. He was involved in the Mel Gibson stuff. No, impressed him. Let's just don't impress him on that. And he was just sort of like, yeah, I never heard of these people. I don't know anything about it. He's like, and also the president's authority on this matter is absolute. Yes, that he's not wrong. Like that's true. So Ed Martin sits down, which seemed kind of risky for Ed Martin. But he comes out of it looking like a normal DC operator when he's anything but. He kind of comes off looking like this like bureaucrat who's maybe getting hoodwinked by sleazy character because he's sort of like, look, we have a process. And then you know, Leslie Stahl says, well, they're going around the process.
You know, I mean, rather than as you said, sort of very much like a guy who's involved in the creation of this sleazy pardon deal. Right. And the investigative journalism, if you would have direct, if I would have directed it. And again, I really do not want to be hypercritical about 60 minutes. There's been plenty of criticism about it. And I thought it was, I'm glad they took on the subject. So I'm happy about that. But if there's like the investigative targets are not wall in Berkman, it's getting into the actual money, the real money that's being spent. And the clients and where that money is going. And like, try not to uncover records and financial documents about, you know, there's like this mom who donated $1 million to a Marlago event so that her son could get a part. And like, I would, you know, try to get them that mother on camera and like go and see her or like figure out if there's any documents that you can find from that transaction. Like, that's where the goods are.
Like the side show of wall in Berkman are funny. And the sting operation was kind of clever, but it didn't really move the ball forward. Anything else seemed like it regurgitated old reporting, Frank. Well, and also to be frank, I mean, they're decoy or whatever, the Tiger King here, the Shark King. Like, you know, it all kind of this feels a little like small time, right? When you have it's like Jacob Lull and then Ken the Tiger King get a pardon. Like I think you maybe would have been better off getting someone who had a, like a drug conviction, like a poor, poor person, you know, like someone rather than just like, here's a rich guy who's like, I'm trying to buy a pardon. And then, oh, maybe I kind of got ripped off or, you know, whatever. Right. And then, like, there's two sides to this pardon. Sorry, one is the corruption of the pardon process, which is transparently taking place in its grotesque. The other is every actual victim who's deserved of a pardon, who's not getting one because Trump's only giving them out to people who are, you know, doing insane sums of money to his pack boozey, by the way, did sit down for an interview. He was not, it didn't seem like he was particularly happy with what happened because he put on an
all-caps treat. I'll read part of it if we can put it up here. Yeah, this is, I can't read all this stuff, but this is boozy talking about what happened. I did an hour interview with 60 minutes, hour interview with 60 minutes about what happened with my lawsuit, but only a few things got put out. Talked about how before the situation happened that I sat down with the pardons are at the White House. That's Alice Johnson for folks who don't know. Discussing why I felt I needed a pardon told them that I felt Miss Alice would help me, but the judge ended up dismissing the case a few months later, so she didn't need to. Month later, they picked my case back up, gave me the same charges, and added a charge of me being a attack around a firearm. How am I a attack when I have never been to rehab? I was sentenced to 10 years and stay prison and so on and so on and so on. So boozy was not happy with everything that was left out. You know, I feel for boozy a little bit. He spent $600,000, he wants $300,000 back, but he's not going to get it because Berkman said no way. Any final thoughts on this before I move on?
You know, Jacob Olen, Jack Berkman, they remain, if you had said to me a few years ago, they'll be interviewed by 60 minutes. I would never have believed it, but like figures like Laura Loomer, they remain somehow relevant to our national dialogue. Well, they said they are tight with, so they put three people in this text to this. Yes, others were blurred out, but those were sort of the main ones. Yeah, so there's Loomer, there's Eric Kirk in my Johnson. So fun. They named have insights with now. Now, Loomer, yeah, Loomer has very strenuously denied this. The funnier, like, Loomer, I wouldn't believe, but is like maybe the most believable one that they would somehow have on the payroll, but the idea of Eric Kirk and Mike Johnson. Can you imagine Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson being like, all right, boy, cut me a grand and I'll tweet a free boozy. It really is something. I think people, can you just spend like a couple minutes talking? We've done this before, but not everyone quite understands Wall and Berkman. Yeah. First of all, I can't believe they're still in tandem.
Like I feel like that's such a combustible duo and they've been in so much trouble and they are idiots. And you would think that at some point the duo would break up. And here they are. You would think so. There's something that bonds them across time. They're twin flames, perhaps. So basically these guys, they're like not Berkman's old walls young. It doesn't make sense. So initially they had solo careers as Huxters, right? I mean, as I said, Jack Berkman was a lobbyist. He had this whole weird like Seth Rich murder investigation case. On the other hand, Jacob Wol was one that I believe, forgive me, Jacob if I'm wrong. The youngest man to ever be banned from like commodities trading or something. He was running like a teen hedge fund. And so he had kind of this like finance who's kind of an original like kind of hustle bro. And basically it all went south. And then they linked up around like 2018 and they started this thing where they would bring out these characters, often aspiring actors who thought they were in TV shows.
And it was real though, I was there. And I would go and they would say, I'm a Marine, Elizabeth Warren had me in a sex dungeon and she whipped me. Or like the first one I think that got attention. I think it was about it was Komi or Mueller. And this is all like in like suburban Arlington. It was in front of Jack's townhouse. And they would say we have this Mueller accuser. And people would, the first time it happened, people were like, well, I mean these guys are buffoons. But maybe it's legit or maybe there's some weird cut out operation going on. And it's just like the most buffoonish, oh, I know what it was. Because the accuser, they said, we have the accuser. And they said, okay, she didn't show. We're going to put her on speaker phone. And then it was like, hello, it's me. You know, and then they couldn't even do that. I mean, it was just this symbolic operation. And ever since then they've had like these just schemes and schemes and schemes. And then they kind of went quiet for a few years. And I guess we're kind of just kind of quietly working as lobbyists. Well, they had that they've got an actual legal trouble with the robocall camp. Oh, yeah, I'm going to suppress the black vote. Yeah, they did this.
This is insane. They did this robocall. I guess around the 2020 election where they would, you know, they had a black woman I think who said, you know, in very kind of like, you know, in inflected language to say, you know, like, yo, like don't trust the white man. Don't vote. Like very crass stuff. And then at the end, it said, essentially, you know, this is a Jacob Olijek-Burkman operation. And that is, by the way, extremely illegal. And so they got sued in multiple states. I think civilly, there were some criminal cases. And that kind of put them on ice for a while as they dealt with that. That was an odd one to me because the fingerprints were so obvious, like they included their names on it. So I always wondered, you know, what was it? You know, there was a case where they got, there was like a federal investigation into them because they got leaked grand jury or like juror transcripts from the Roger Stone case. That didn't come to anything. But these guys, they get up to a lot of hijinks. To say the least, and yet they got boozy to give them all this money and they clearly
are making some cash because they're still doing this. And again, like the 60-month thing, they probably were so thrilled. Like I'm sure when they found out that there was a sting operation, they were like, okay, cool. They said perfect. Why, why sting us? We'll sit down. We'll do this. Well, and that is, I mean, not to get into just a brief media reporting aspect of it. I do think it's a little unnecessary of 60 minutes to do a sting here. I mean, traditionally, stings are very disfavored in journalism. And you're supposed to only do a sting if it's like the only way to get this information. The reality is you have the boozy stuff. I'm sure these guys, as you said, would talk on the record. So I think 60 minutes was like, we need a splashy sting to kick this thing off. Yeah. No. I mean, you're right. And they should have just confronted them. Like, well, they're not like hard to find. You just got to go figure it out. They literally, Jack's address is in the name of their organization. It's 1599, whatever. And you just go there and they'll believe me.
They'll talk to you. Do they live together? That's a great question. I think they did for a time, but I don't know if Jacob has found his own lodgings. I just don't understand the relationship. Is it like father's son? Is it like, I don't really get it? You know, and Jacob Wohl's dad is like kind of a mega commenter himself. He did like a steamy, mega calendar with a mega lady where they were at Jacob's dad. Oh, yeah. He was like, Hey, Matt, can we find that? Well, try to find it. It's, but it's very bizarre because the dad is like in his mid 50s. I'll do respect. He looks like it. And he's wearing just like, he's shirtless, but like in jeans. It's just a very bizarre calendar. Okay. Well, I don't, I'm collecting. Collectors. Collectors. Yeah. Again, I'm happy 60 minutes did the segment. It's important. The topic really does matter. A little correction. I think Lizor was fired, not forced. I just want to make sure I get that right.
I do think that the lot, the pardoning stuff is grotesque and the abuse of it has been really horrible. And Jacob Wohl and Jack Berkman are not the central problem here. That's that. All right. On that note, we got to get a nad read in because we got to pay the bills. And this one, I do have to read myself. So this message is brought to you by Z.B.I.O.T.X. I have to tell you about this game changing product I drink before a night out with friends. It's called pre-alcohol by Z.B.I.O.T.X. So as you may have known, I'm a dad. And I love being able to go out my friends on a Saturday night, even on Russia Shana. And then get up in the next morning and actually be present with my kids. Do I love it? Yeah. I do. Is it tough? Yeah, it's tough. Whether that means getting outside, playing baseball in the yard or just running around with those kiddos, times really important to me. So I've become pretty intentional about thinking ahead and Z.B.I.O.T.X. fits right into that routine. Z.B.I.O.T.X. pre-alcohol probiotic drink is the world's first genetically engineered
probiotic. It was engineered by PhD microbiologists to break down the acetaldehydes. I got that right. An unwanted byproduct of alcohol metabolism. Make pre-alcohol your first drink of the night. Seriously. You kind of get because if you're going to have a bunch of wine, which is occasionally what I do, this thing will help. Drink responsibly. Enjoy your next day activities. Z.B.I.O.T.X. has sold more than 14 million bottles and earned the trust of thousands, including me. And I think some others at the Bullwark too if I'm thinking correctly. Try for yourself today. And if you are unsatisfied, they will refund your entire order. No questions asked. Head to Z.Biotics.com slash Bullwark takes code Bullwark takes for 15% off. Your first order. OK. Z.Biotics. Thank you for that. Made me feel good all weekend. This one, are you still going to write about DeGeneva tonight? Do we know? We'll have to discuss it.
But it's probably possibly yes. OK. This happens on Friday or maybe Thursday. Thank you. Thank you, Thursday. OK. So actually you laid out because you know Joe Domenna's. Yeah. So DeGeneva, former US attorney, actually prosecuted Mary and Barry, the mayor of DC back in the day. No, really? The whole crack, you know, the bitch shut me up, et cetera, et cetera. DeGeneva was buying that. I did not know that. He's claimed to fame at the time. But more recently. That's amazing. OK. This is why, you know, I get those DC polls. So the Joe DeGeneva, more recently, has sort of a crank. One of these like stolen election guys kind of a, he was deep in the John Solomon stuff, like with weird ties to Ukraine, you know, Ukrainian, Russian, oligarchs, you know, back in the sort of the first Trump impeachment stuff. But anyway, as back more recently, he's been appointed very weird.
This guy's in his 80s. He was kind of brought out a retirement to run this weird grand jury in Florida that's sort of like the investigating Trump enemies, grand jury. And so this is like, can we indict former CIA director John Brennan? Who could, you know, I'm sure they, you know, all kinds of people they want to go after. And this is under his wife, Victoria Thompson also came out of retirement to join this grand jury. She actually had a lawsuit against the Justice Department. She had to stop because she was out joining. This is like a weird little operation they were running under this thing called the grand conspiracy because you might say, wait, all that Trump one stuff. Aren't the statute of limitations? Hasn't that run out? Well, normally yes. And if you can concoct the craziest idea ever, maybe not because this idea is that everything from, let's say the 2015 initial investigations into Trump ties to Russia all the way to like the Jack Smith, like the Mar-a-Lago raid, all that stuff, it's all part of the grand conspiracy to get Trump. And so that was the theory. But it all came possibly to a head on Thursday when Joe DeGenerva abruptly resigned.
So why, now this is where it gets confusing because DeGenerva's been like hitting up or basically reachable by multiple media outlets. They're like calling up, but like, why did you resign so abruptly? And for a brief period of time, I think there's a quote where he's like, well, it's hard to prosecute something when there's nothing, you know, nothing to prosecute. But is that really the case? I can't really tell if he's saying that he just felt like he was being pressured to prosecute a case that wasn't there. Yeah, his initial quote, I believe to the New York Post, was something along the lines of like, when you want to prosecute someone with no evidence, that becomes an ethical issue. And so that sounded sort of like Joe DeGenerva's in the resistance now. You know, like, they've gone too far even for Joe DeGenerva. Since then, I don't know if they've kind of gotten him back on side. John Solomon, who is now at the White House, basically half of his job is declassifying stuff for Joe DeGenerva to use in the grand jury. He came out and was sort of like, actually, the investigation is going so well. That's why Joe DeGenerva resigned.
Like John Solomon, a credible claim there. Basically, how does that work? Do we understand? Well, this is now kind of being massaged into sort of like Joe DeGenerva, like basically had this sort of personality clash with main justice. He wanted to see and then have a story. But I want to focus on Solomon's argument. It makes no sense. Well, basically, he was just like, you know, you know, it's going so well when you get so many alphurries. This may handle the success. Like, yeah, basically, like there's just so like DeGenerva's like he wants to go so fast. And they're not giving him, you know, it's coming along, but he's not getting the evidence quite as fast as he wants it or something. And that's why he quit. Again, Joe DeGenerva has basically built his life for at least the past 10 years around these wacky ideas. So the idea that he would just quit over like, oh, sorry, Joe, we'll fax it to you next week. Like, you know, it is a little hard for me to believe. It doesn't make any sense. Like it doesn't make any sense. But then again, I guess like, I'm still trying to figure out why he quit.
There wasn't CNN report that sort of got at it. But it didn't really, I mean, if you look at the points, the data points from the CNN side, it doesn't really say anything. Among things I said, he resigned from Justice Department after a tense call with Attorney General Todd Blanche reportedly stemming from disagreements over the investigation's pace. And DeGenerva's refusal to allow DOJ lawyers from headquarters to assist. He had also, Genevieve had requested a skiff to be set up at DOJ told him to use one at the FBI and then requested for more lawyers to be added to his team. Viscation was expanded. Far beyond John Brennan, who is obviously the big target. They were targeting Trump's broader political enemies involved in investigations of him, including former FBI director James Comey and people connected to the 2016 Russia probe. It goes on. Basically, the gist from the CNN articles that DeGenerva wanted to go bigger and DOJ was like, this is your ear. We can't allow this type of freelance prosecution.
We have to keep it in-house. That was my nature. Sort of a runaway grand jury situation. Like, I could believe that you bring in DeGenerva because he's the guy who knows all these wacky, Solomon ideas. But then he's like, great, we're going to indict everyone who worked at the FBI in 2016. Something like that could work. Yeah, that could be it. And then they're like, you know what? This thing is dragging on. Trump wants an indictment. Just do Brennan. And by the way, he's already suing DOJ over this investigation. Just do Brennan and let's close up shop. And DeGenerva is like, no, man, we're about to indict Lisa Page and Adam, you know, Strock, Peter Strock and all these things. I know you've asked you this. Ring Central, voice of your business. Twenty times over the course of our time working together. But the people who are always thirsting for that indictment, like not the degen of us,
like the online hordes, do they ever wise up to the fact that it's all not happening? And you know, I do think the answer is no. We're 10 years off from 2016. Yeah, I think we're starting, like Michael Flynn, for example, who's obviously like a big partisan for this. He was saying sort of like, the deep state, they're fighting DeGenerva to the nail. That's why he's resigning. You know, I do think someone like DeGenerva is sort of an unwindable. Yes, the agencies that Trump has purged and put his allies in are fighting for him. It's like multiple times. Yes. There's this idea, I guess, that Todd Blanche, you know, he's not giving him the skiff or whatever he needs. I think, you know, kind of like Pam Bondy, DeGenerva found himself in an impossible position here because, you know, he probably would probably love to indict all these people. But you know, he's probably saying, you know, I need this, the secret memo in the burn bags that we found and someone saying, well, maybe it doesn't exist or whatever.
And so that's why these guys end up tying themselves up and not. But it's always like, it's not just Lucy in the football. It's like pointing at squirrels, right? Like it was how many months ago that they had the big election fraud speech in John's home and was on class, declassifying all this until like that didn't amount to Jack shit. And here we are. Maria Barteroba fired. That was kind of the biggest thing that I did. That is the one thing it did amount to. I forgot she was sending texts to what's the space, Peter Navarra, man, this is why Fox is not covering it. That was a mistake. But you remember that speech was really remarkable. I always get kind of caught up in the hype. And I'm like, oh, it's really going to, this is going to, you know, Trump's going to outlaw elections after this or something. And then it really just fizzles like within 24 hours. It's no one even in Maga media talks about these things anymore. I know. And who was the senator? It was a marina or someone who was like, this will be the biggest speech since JFK like in the Cuban Missile Crisis. And they were like, we don't even remember what Trump said.
All our members that they declassified a bunch of documents was like, yeah, Russia interfered in the election. And it's like, you guys are not running the smartest operation here. You got to get to Gen of on the phone, man. I'm trying. I'm trying. You know, or Victoria Thompson, you know, anyone I'd love to hear about this. I want to know what's going on. Like what happened here? He's a really top blanch just like cramp in his thigh. I can't be that that New York Post quote was too suspicious. Like that's a weird quote. And especially for in the post of all outlets to like say, yeah, there's no evidence there to indict. Like that seems weird that you would say that. And he demanded a retraction, hasn't he? No, I mean, I think I think maybe if you read it another way, he's like, I know that there is a cask of wacky evidence that I need, you know, and maybe that doesn't really exist in reality. Like he's saying, they need to give me my skip. They need to get me my tranches, but they aren't. And it's kind of I guess they did it in Florida because they wanted to use the, you know,
court system there. Well, I believe that's where judge can in his base. Yeah, they're like, and so this is this is a point Brennan has made in his lawsuit, which is this is forum shopping. And they're trying to tie it obviously to the Mar-a-Lago raid. So that's their argument for the jurisdiction. You think judge can and ever gets embarrassed that they get so transparent that they're just looking for her to throw them a bone on and all this stuff? No, because she'll just get a Supreme Court nomination when Clarence Thomas retires. She's the best. She just doesn't give a shit, you know? Yeah, I mean, it's, it's, it's a crazy situation briefly, but basically they aren't even running the grand jury out of the main office in that district. They're running it out of like a satellite office where the only judge is Eileen Karen. Yeah. Shameless, unbelievable stuff. You need to check Slack very quickly because I think we found the father wall, sexy pictures. Oh, yeah. A little bit are those the ones we just wait for a show. Yes, thank you. Just tell Matt while I go to the next topic and we're going to get those weird ass pictures
up on our website soon, not now, but soon. Oh, we do have a recent tweet from Maria Bartoroma if we can get that up. I was asking, where is she? Look at that beautiful rainbow. Is that AI? Can we check if that's AI? All right. She says, thank you to my, thank you to all friends and followers for your amazing words. I am so grateful for the outpouring of love on SM and texts. I love you all. Here's a great shot of the rainbow breaking through. I snapped the other day more to come. It's a beautiful shot, Maria. And I'm happy that you're seeing rainbows. This was four days ago. I'm shocked. I missed this. We don't know what her next gig is yet still. I don't think it's going to be press secretary, but I also don't think we've heard the last of Maria. I agree. I agree. Let's throw up that daddy wall pick, folks. Oh, God. Oh. Okay. I thought it was brick worsen. I didn't want to say it. All right. Here it says, the star of the calendar is at the mega blonde. This is from David Woll, Jacob's dad, potty, brick worsen by one and over wounded warriors.
So here we have, you know, this lady who's, you know, let's say some lingerie. And, um, and then we have David will or Jacob will dad who, as I've mentioned, is it just in pair of jeans. No shirt. Yeah. Just a jeans. Uh, yeah. It's sort of in a Airbnb, perhaps. I remember, I believe there's a lot of drama about this. This is from 2019. There was a lot of Rebecca. Who's Rebecca Worsham? Sorry. Brett Worsham, you know, she's the mega blonde. She's kind of like a. She's kind of like a mega, hotty about, about town. And she's just doing these racey picks with Jacob ball's dad. Are they married? No. No, I don't even know that they were in a relationship. I think they just did a steamy boo-jouar calendar together. Why? And, and by the way, I, you know, I say this, you know, with all due respect, this, this calendar was like photoshopped with an inch of its life. You could see like the airbrush. I can do it. Amazing stuff. I'm looking at some stuff around her and it looks like she's turned on Trump.
Yes. I think she's kind of like a Candace type person now. She, she's, oh my God. It's just like a kitchen. Why are they doing this? All right. Here's another one. Again, this is Jacob ball's dad. Hey, all our 2020 calendars out soon. Yours truly in Brett Worsham. One hundred percent of the proceeds go to wounded warriors. Who's buying Gary Sinney's fund? Who the hell is buying this shit for their calendar? It's truly bizarre. Can you imagine going to someone's house and they're like, yeah, here's my February calendar. It's a, it's a, it's a ball's dad. I will say folks. I know, I'm going to play a different era, but you play it, you show up, you're like looking around the guys kitchen and like, oh shit, is that the David Wall, Brett Worsham calendar? I got that too. You got a blonde? Yeah, it went to the wounded warrior process. Yeah, did you check out the April picture that May one was unbelievable. April is really hot.
Like what is going on here? Who wants this calendar? You know, it was a different time, but I will say even, even back then, people were a bit shocked by this one. I don't know who brainstormed this thing. Did wounded warriors sign off on this? Like, I don't feel like who are wounded warriors was like, you know, it would raise a lot of money. David Wall to in shirtless photos where he's trying to have sex with backwaters in my kitchen counter. That's going to raise millions. I believe, I believe Brett Worsham also had a thing with David Mitchell, if people remember him, he was kind of like hardcore Trump Maga guy. Who's David Mitchell? Remember, he was the guy in 2016, he would be like, Trump will win. He had like the great, the silver. Oh yeah, the radio did, yeah, that silver fox. I think I interviewed her at the time about, you know, because they had a falling out. He was like, I visited him in Miami and it went poorly or whatever. Becca Worsham had a falling out. Brett Worsham had a falling out. This is David Mitchell. Were they like a thing? A couple? Yeah, I think there was some kind of like liaison liaison.
I love how you said that. Are you French? Oh my God. I want more on back. I feel like we need to do a little bit more. Like, why did she turn on Trump? I don't know. Yeah, I'll touch base with her. We talked in the past. Does she regret the calendar? Does she get, does she get proceeds at all? Or is it all still to the wound or is, because they're going to sell some calendars after this show? 2020 calendar. Yeah. Why didn't Don Jr. just sell these calendars to pay for the wedding? He didn't have to. There's a lot of ways to make money. You don't have to turn the old yard. To the prevalent. Geez. Let's think outside the box, Don. All right. Before we go, we got a few to touch base on. I want to go over your false flag. Because, and I'm not saying that I'm like, it was a great false flag. I thought I was going to do better numbers though. I got to be honest. I felt like it didn't get the proper attention because it's the most insane. Well, not the most. It's one of the more insane stories that you've done. Thank you. Because the guy's defense is ridiculous. But why don't you talk through our boy here?
Yeah. So this is a Maga livestreamer named Matt Tardio. And so people have a lot of fun with that name. But basically, he's kind of like Matt Tardio. That's what he is. He is a, I think, technically, I'm supposed to put a more Italian spit on it. It's like Matt Tardio. Matt Tardio. Matt Tardio. Matt Tardio. And so he's a kind of ex-military Maga guy. And so back at the Portland ice protest back in October of last year, he was very much front and center with people like Nick Sortor. You know, they're outside the ice facility and Tifa's protesting. As it turned out, according to the police records, Matt, there was one night, you know, they're all out there. He's organized this counter protest. And a young lady who came out, he basically, you know, allegedly could not try to carry away. Basically, he was like, why don't we go back to my hotel room and have sex? He was saying, this is so crazy. They need a king and a queen. Sort of like you and I will be the Maga king and queen.
And she was like, I don't know. Is the lady a Maga person? Yeah. So she's a Maga person. And so she was sort of inspired by his videos and she said, okay, I'll come out and join this protest. And then he, you know, according to the police, basically starts care forcibly carrying her off down this alley. Unfortunately, she's able to get away. But then ultimately, he pleads no contest late last month to these charges. But then the best part is his explanation for why he did this. Yeah. So the police call him and he's like, I don't know. That doesn't sound like me. And they say, well, you know, the thing with ice is they have a lot of cameras. And it was also next to a Tesla dealership that they have a lot of cameras. So I have to say it looks like you did this and he goes, oh man. Well, you know, Antifa and I were smoking some weed that night. And it must have been laced. And the cops said, okay, well, like where did the weed or I guess CBD, according to him, where did that come from? And he said, well, I guess technically I provided it. So, you know, this idea, it's a very twisted story here.
It's unbelievable. The Antifa weed got me too high as a defense is incredible. Then to have it be your weed is hilarious. I'm going to try that out when I get in trouble. Like if I don't do the dishes at night, I got a little secondary high from that Antifa weed down the block and I just forgot about the dishes. And I definitely can't do bath time now because I'm way too Antifa high to like paint the kids. So, uh, play Antifa. Did he, did he follow up? I always ask you this, but did he like say, hey, well, he initially, hey, well, you really nailed me initially when I contacted him before I had gotten Portland plays big shout out for sending me like the entire case file of this thing. It explainably, but like, but basically I had initially said, hey, I see these charges online. You know, what do you think? Uh, and he said, you know, Portland's essentially, Portland's a crazy town, man. Don't believe what you hear at first. I'll be back with a big statement in a day or two and it's all going to explain everything.
I have a lot to discuss. And then a week goes by and I said, I get these files and I said, hey, so I got the files. What do you think? And then he went silent. Now, I think this may have a second life this story because this guy is a big pro TPSA guy. He's a big enemy of Candace and Candace and her ally, uh, this lady named, well, this lady named Village Crazy Lady. This is this lady's one of the big tribunes of the she put her own, her own name. She decided to be called Village Crazy Lady. Yeah, this is, yeah, this is like Candace, one of her great allies. She said, oh, and Village Crazy Lady found this out. Sometimes I believe the label on the can, right? So Village Crazy Lady has really latched onto this. I think Candace is cooking something up about this case. So there is more to calm my suspect. I just can't imagine naming yourself Village Crazy Lady as a proactive step. Again, like I said, this is such a good story. It's such a classic will story. I wanted it to do better numbers, but folks can remedy that.
They can go to the article. Well, let's, can we put it back up the article so people can google that? Look for this article. Open the article. MAGA Influencers Defense. Antifa got me eye. Yeah, so it was an audio medium too. It's such a, it kind of sums up a lot of themes I work with, which is, you know, obviously hypocrisy. This guy is ostensibly covering a Tifa crime. He's doing some crime of his own. Women on the right being preyed upon, you know, and sort of finding out that their heroes are actually villains, you know, a lot of similar. And then obviously sort of a comic aspect in terms of the getting high. Yeah, definitely comedic. All right, so go on the article, click the article, and then click the subscribe button. So you can support great reporting. Like there's no one gives you reporting like this. Seriously. All right, last bit you wanted to talk a little bit about this. JFK Junior Club. I've not seen this at all. Yeah, yeah. We have a, you know, there's a long standing thread of guys who people say are JFK Junior come back to life. One of them is a gentleman named,
107, that actually spells out 107, or is supposed to sound like 107. It's like numerology. He's kind of like a Q and on guy. He was deeply involved in attempts to essentially rig elections in 2024. He was tight with a bunch of Republicans, the Secretary of State Canada. His real name is Wayne Willett. He's a private investigator. He sort of roams the country, getting up to mischief. If folks ever read my Q and on Kidnapping's tour, he was involved in that. But basically, he has resurfaced. And he had a conference with Steve Bannon and James O'Keefe and Vegas over the weekend. Just, I want folks to tell me, if you think this guy looks like JFK Junior, let's throw up a pick. Okay, he's the guy in the beard folks. He's not the guy in the black cap. He's the guy in the beard. Now, a lot of people think this is JFK Junior. What do you think, Sam? So because this is an audio medium as well as a video one, I guess I have an obligation to describe this man, who looks nothing like JFK Junior. What's over here is a big, wrangly white beard.
He's wearing a cowboy hat. He's got puffy red cheeks, squinty eyes. He looks fairly heavy. I guess if I could see the hair under his hat, it would be helpful. But how old would JFK Junior be right now? How old would JFK Junior be today? That's what I'm saying. He'd be 65 today. Yeah, so this man does not look 65. If he looks like a flush 50. And this guy looks like he's, you know, had a few drinks. I really need some of those Z-biotics I talked about. Definitely not JFK Junior. Now, if you told me this was proof that Santa Claus was real, I might believe that. But, you know, the big old bushy beard, this guy gave a three-hour presentation about how they're going to overturn Barack Obama's 2008 election. There's like a couple hundred people at this thing. So, you know, there's all kinds of, you know, interesting things going on out there. How many people are like legitimate claiming to be JFK Junior in this movement at this point? You know, a lot of times they don't directly claim that they sort of imply it.
I'd say there's probably three. I think one of them died. The guy who's doing a lot of that Dallas stuff. I think he had like a snowmobile accident or something or something. Something along those lines. But Vincent Fusca, you know, I'm always in touch with. It's kind of the main JFK Junior. He's offered to do an interview with me. So, maybe I'll follow up on that. Why would he want to be interviewed? Like, is obviously everyone's always asked him to just be done with it and make he's not JFK Junior. He never does, right?
