1:03Trying to sorrow when I sorrow when I spend. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah! Are you heaven-laden? Are you seeking the face of the Lord for a mind to deliverance and break through? 2:04Shalom. Welcome to Logos Rima Al with God's seven Reverend Dr. Joseph Baal being head pastor of Havish Chapel International Kumasi. And now to today's message. Let's take our confession from Joshua 1.8, this book of the Lord, Shalom departs out of my mouth. But I shall meditate in 8 days and nights. And I may observe to do according to all that is written in it. But then I will make my way prosperous.

3:05And then I will have good success in May. Why don't you take your seats and express and say, as we continue to wait on the Lord and express and say, God bless you for taking part in the One of our fasts. Tomorrow we will do the same. And since we are talking about giving and we can't give something that we don't have. And you know, as we, anytime we talk about giving, we make it clear that there are at least three key basic things that we can give. We can give our time. We can give God our talents. And then we can give God our treasures or money. And so we will be praying for these resources. And we will be showing you as we can identify them. Particularly financial resources. So material, financial, spiritual resources.

4:07We can't give what we don't have. So I'm just giving focus for our fasts. As you examine, it's not some of us have money. But we've not been able to identify spiritual resources or gifts that we can bring and can put it at the altar and save God at the altar. So for you, most of you are asking, is going to be for spiritual resources. Maybe as the class and this is not just raw talent. It may be an admixture of talent and then ancient talent. It is because the key of those talents to God presented it at the altar. No amount of wishing and lasting for our ability to sing at minutes that will do the trick unless you enroll. And when you enroll, it's going to take you a lot of time. It's going to take you a lot of investment in your head. Before the angst shame will come on you. It is never the case that God knows you and say, go and say no.

5:08It's going to be the raw and the crude if you like talent. But it will have to be refined by God himself for it to be acceptable to you. That's what God does. Amen. But then you have to take. He throws the invitation. You take the first step towards Him. And then He annoys you when He judges that you are sincere. God is never mocked. Now, no one will not just come on you. Amen. You must thrust yourself upon Him. You must let go everything. To tell sorry and then the angst shame comes on you. And then the sacrifice is accepted. So you can have time, the same thing, talents and treasures. So we are still talking about all that I am giving to. Let's pray, Amul, I believe it's well-placed. Yes. So as we fast and pray, we have not yet discovered the length and the breadth of what we can bring to the altar.

6:10Let's pray to God. And as I am saying, if you realize that I need, I want to join the Havoc Quabam, hesitant because I am not too sure if my bits are there. As we pray, God is going to throw lights on it. Hallelujah. And for some of us, it's going to be time. Sometimes we look at our time and we have lasted to do something for God all these years. When we see people serving God, we just wish that, oh, I could also do the same. But once again, my time, my time. And so we are unable to take the leap. I am going to pray that God will show you where you can find the time. Amen. God will throw lights on it. Hallelujah. Amen. Some of you have to walk through your boss. And say, boss, you know, I want to come and negotiate my time. And my lunch hour, I'm going to walk through my lunch hour. So that on days that I have to go for service, on days that I have to go for rehearsal or whatever,

7:13I can't be able to cruise there. And you'll be shocked. And you'll say, okay, that's a good deal. You can hear me off the hour. Come instead of eight. Can I start at seven thirty? You know, you give God. You give the workplace thirty minutes, jala, three or five. God will give you the innovative ways. It doesn't just wait like that. I mean, just happen like that. Amen. And then for those of us who want to give God a lot of money, but the money, you say, but have to see, God is going to pray. Yours is going to be the focus is God. Where can I get money? I want to be giving, but my money is small. And God is going to also pinpoint to you how bad you can have those financial resources. So we are praying for spiritual resources because it takes that to be able to do the work of God and to build the kingdom of God. You say, this is not by power, not by might, but by my spirit.

8:16See the Lord, shall it be established? With the arm of flesh, we shall prepare Hallelujah. And so in all the giving that we give, it has to be bad by spiritual resources. The ancient, the enablement, the ability to do that comes when the only spirit comes upon us and we are cooperating with Him, Hallelujah. Then you can send the power of God, ability to do, come in the form of us, and you and I, where we are going, where God has promised to take us. We need a lot of spiritual energy and stamina to be able to get the Hallelujah. Amen, we are on track, we have come this far, but we are not there yet. And we need to push spiritual resources. And so tomorrow, it will be the focus of our fasting and praying.

9:17Now, trusting God that He will show us how we can get these three resources, talent, time, treasures, including spiritual resources, financial material resources so that we can be able to complete and make progress in the assignment that God has. We will never complete because it is a lifetime assignment. Immediately this finish, then God says, now can we turn to this? Can we all, at the point in time, you find out that you are doing a lot of things. Amen, God, most of you find out that you are multitasking and doing so. This one will finish, then this one. When God realizes that this one is about to finish, then another one will come, so that we can save all the days of our life. And when we complete, sometimes, that's what we will see, we have finished. And then you relax, then the answering drinks and then boom, before you realize, the old man just pops up. Hallelujah. One of the ways that we can put the old man up is to be always present at the oldest.

10:21Save it. Because then the refinance file of fire would best bang the draws in our lives. So we can shine, hallelujah, and be energized and empower it to do the will of God. Amen. So let's continue with our discourses, our text for the man, order in giving, March 26, 24, no one can save two masters. For either he will hate the one and love the other or else he will be loyal to the one. And despise the other. You cannot save God and man will. And this is coming from Jesus Christ on the same one of the man, from the horse's own man, God is saying, there's no two ways. You cannot do it. Hallelujah. But then as we are arguing, we still need the resources. We need the spirit, the man's moon, we need the money, we need the wealth, so that we can be able to do things for God.

11:24And the backdrop of all these discourses that God keeps on reminding us. And I pray that we will never forget it. Hallelujah. Because I believe that it's the rallying point or tening point in your life or a lifetime of giving. If you recognize that God is the one who gives life and breath and everything. It is the effort, the laws, the fullness, they're all. And all them that dwell there. Meaning that all the resources in this world belongs to God, including the world. Including that which is currently in your past and in your bank account. Can you wrap your mind around it? And we're going to make a demand. Are you willing to be able to give it back to Him? That's the challenge with many of us. Amen. We have not yet been able to wrap our minds that whatever wealth that we now control or have acquired,

12:24whatever acquisition, whatever, including our time, our talents. And our treasures, they belong to Me. And there's no way you're going to be able to get this thing out. Except once again, you just hold in with God during those crucial times and moments when you have those one and one conversations with God in your devotional time. That's why the Bible says, have no anxiety about anything, rather by prayer, supplication and timescending. Let all your requests be made to God. And that the peace of God, the possible understanding, Hallelujah, will wrap around our minds around Hallelujah. It may inform a world and the garrison around our minds so that we can be able to do whatever God is calling us to do. Amen. Amen. It says, you come and let us talk. And God is open to every form of conversation.

13:24That is how we've made it. It doesn't just happen. We also went through seasons of apprehension, fear and anxiety, debate within our hearts, should I do it, should I not? And then the invitation of the script is there, but thrusting ourselves on the authority of the way that sometimes we are hesitant, we let it work out. We will go up bless if I give my time, won't I be short-chained, if I give my time, won't I be short-chained? Am I not going to lose? So most of them we are there, but we are hesitant. And the only thing we can do is to encourage you. But as for the lip, it is you who have to do it. Hallelujah. Amen. Amen. So we are continuing with our lessons. I hope that we will just look at the life of Abraham. Because I think he says, you know, I think it is an example. Or what we are reading about, the people of Israel.

14:24We are in the Toronto, Mach. 8 was one. And we are trying to look at it. We said, the Toronto, Mach. 8, we can pick five lessons there that God, on our pathway to acquiring divine wealth. We said, we should be mindful of the whole commandment. Not pick and choose. I like this. I can do this. I can do that. You know, every commandment, that's what God said. Every commandment which I command you today. Amen. And then the second point that he said, be careful to do walking obedience. Be careful to do obey all the commandments. Man shall not leave my bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God. He says, when we do that, then the third point we have, go over is that we will live and multiply. We will increase. Remember Adam and Eve before God are the creation, he says,

15:28God bless them and said, increase. Multiply. Replanage the air. That is what blessing means. There is increase. There is multiplication. There is replenishment. There is dominion. Whatever assignment that God gives you to do, your hand is strengthened. Your heart is committed. The faculties of your mind are sealed in on the assignment. And you realize that you are able to do it. There is no, I can't do it in your mouth. It is eliminated like Paul. See, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Amen. That taught me to look on rose and beyond you, but nonetheless you tackle it. Amen. And you realize that God will be by your side and he will empower you and he will be God in you. You own and say, go, go, go, you can't do it. Hallelujah.

16:28Now you may live and multiply. And then we said the fourth one, you go in and possess the land. In number five, we said the Lord, swore God is under oath to bring us into the blessing, Hallelujah. Amen. So we were going and possess the land. We learned that Israel was led to the very brink of the land. But then as we see Moses died, they are the brink of it. And then our God comes and encourages them. We said go in and possess a military tent. That means I want occupied by force, Hallelujah. And they were only able to enter into the blessing when they will be, they did it. Hallelujah. And as I said, we will look at the life of Abraham and look at some of the lessons he teaches us. But then let me let's finish up this wrap up this one, going and possess the land.

17:28Let me buffer what I've just said with some scriptures. The eternal makeup that 6, 10 to 12, I think the other day we are making the point that for every particular person, God will give you a certain specific commandment that when you will be boom, you're going to go into it. Abraham, he all, he, he encouraged him to, in Genesis chapter 12, to leave household, to leave father, to leave family. And then to follow and God said, I'm going to bless you if you do that. We saw in the case of Isaac that in Genesis chapter 26, when there was famine and he wanted to leave to Egypt, God came on the sea and said, no, don't leave stay in this land and I will bless you. And as a result of his being, obediently, the Bible says, you be it. And that's why the drought conditions, now as a verse to if you like planting or sow,

18:29Bible says that because it was a supernatural instruction, God appeared to him and said, so an Isaac obeyed and sowed in the midst of the drought. And boom, the Bible says, he ripped a hundred foot, blessing Hallelujah. Amen. So we are saying that how are you and I going to end time to the blessings that God has, it's no one's strategy, no one's specific instruction. We are just learning all the principle. Ultimately, it boils down to you here in God giving that instruction and you being and I being willing to obey. And then God will reward us. There's always rewards for obedience, e-mail, Hallelujah. So look at the Dutonomi chapter 6, verse 10 to 12. Let's show up the principles with the way of God. So it shall be when the Lord your God brings you into the land of which He swore to your fathers,

19:30to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, to give you large and beautiful cities which you did not build. House, this is Israel's promise, houses full of all good things which you did not feel. Hewn out wells which you did not dig, vile yards and only trees which you did not plant. When you have 18 and are full, then beware, less you forget the Lord who brought you out of the land of Egypt from the house of Bundy. So this is for them. This is what God said. When he said go in and possess God had in mind all these and I mean, I mean, I mean, I'm being clearer that I am taking you but you are going into possess it. The blessings that I have called you have said are promised. It is all waiting for you but there's something that you have to do. If you don't do it, you're not going to come into it.

20:32Now look at Psalm 44 verse 3 and then we look at Joshua 24, 12 to 14 just to tell you that because they will be it. They came into the blessing. Psalm 44 verse 3 is, there's a commentary on that. It's even but they did not gain possession of the land by their own sword nor did their own arm save them. But it was your right hand, your arm and the light of your cantana because you favor them. God, the blessings comes from God ultimately. So when Israel went in and they possessed us, we are reading in Deuteronomy chapter 8 and God is a be careful that at the point in time your heart is not going to be lifted up and you say that by my degree, by my connections, by my PhD and the other must say degrees that I have done. That is why I come into this place of wealth. Then your heart is being lifted up but you shall remember that it is the Lord your God that gives you the power to create wealth, amen, Hallelujah.

21:40So here the Psalm is acknowledging it and it was called your right hand, your arm and the light of your cantana. When God says I love you, you and I, the grace is faith, I say because you favor the period, Hallelujah. Now let's look at Joshua's commentary on it. In Joshua, God was speaking down the last semon of Joshua and listen to us, God, the Holy Spirit was speaking to you. He said, Joshua 24, 12 to 14. How they conquered Canaan ultimately and why the victory was God and why the booty that they entered into the blessing, the wealth, they owed it to God to honor him with the wealth, amen. He said, I sent the hornet before you which drove them out from before you. Also the two kings of the Amurites but not with your sword or with your bow. I have given you a land for which you did not labor and cities which you did not build and you dwell in them.

22:45You eat of the vineyards and olive groves which you did not plant. Now therefore fear the Lord, serve him in sincerity and in truth and put away the gods with your father, say on the other side of the rebuining. Say the Lord, amen, Hallelujah. So all that we have read is just trying to tell us that when God says our bless you, God says our increase you, our multiply you, he has the capacity to do it. And he knows just what he will do for each and everyone in Amurites. You know, use the word specificity, Hallelujah. So you don't go and convert what somebody else is doing. There are some of us here, the blessing is waiting for me. I know that the blessing that will come to me, that has come to me since I gave my life is to save the altars of God. That is why I'm always there saving. Renewal shine, Hallelujah. Amen.

23:45And I know and I know whatever every was I get from seven are the altered. It belongs to God. So when he makes a demand, I know has the time to give it back to him. Amen. Because that is this promise. And that was what he was telling Israel of all. Hallelujah. Amen. And the blessing of God when we talk about blessing, we are talking about fruitfulness, increase and multiplication. And for each one of the children of God, it is tied to our obedience in, let me make this point. It is tied to our obedience in pursuing our life assignments. Amen. So if you agree that you are able to work at that pharmacy because of God, when your salary comes, you'll say this way it belongs to me. I had an interest in, you know, that, I had an interest in text this morning from one of our university students. I said, I'm going to with my discord around around it. And it's very telling and very, very, very, very, very, very,

24:48you know, in the course of the lecture for the, I think she was still at the lectures. And that through me and my offspring, all the families of this world will be blessed. And yesterday at 75 years, no child, but by faith, the Bible says you obeyed and he left Hallelujah. Amen.
