Can they win this game and get to this final four, Connor? My thought is if North Carolina had as much sense as they think they do, they would hire Ben McCollum. I don't think they will, but it is scary for a guy to be at this stage giving Illinois all they can handle. And he's got one NBA player on his roster and a bunch of other guys that, I don't know, how many of these guys can even go play in Europe as even incredible coachman. Connor, I was going to get to it a little bit later and we're going to get to the games. But since you brought it up and you talk to a lot of people you're in that area, what is the sense of where Carolina will go for a coach here? If you had to guess, do you buy the Billy Donovan stuff? Buying tin from Vandy, what's your best guess here in terms of where UNC goes for a coach? Yeah, I'm buying tin, I think, just agree to a new extension. So you can, I think, cross him off.

3:04He used the Penn State playbook to get himself a new deal even if he wasn't in the running really. I think Billy Donovan makes a lot of sense. And I mean, they are a deeply rich blue blood of college basketball. I think they can aim pretty high and that means maybe they're rooting against Tommy Lloyd so that his schedule frees up later tonight. Now, knowing that I'm from Lexington, Kentucky and born race in Kentucky, if you say Billy Donovan goes to North Carolina, that is going to really upset the big blue nation. I'll promise you that because the last three times Kentucky's wanted a coach, he was the number one choice every single time and everybody's like, oh, it's a given, Billy Donovan's coming. There's no problem. So yeah, you talk about another rivalry in Kentucky and North Carolina will have it if that happens. But that's another story for down the road. I want to let you talk about Duke and Yukon with Will because yeah, I've got a little hard feelings to Duke.

4:05That's another story altogether. It is an anniversary. I don't want to talk about it. My blood pressure meds are a little out. We got another game tonight though, Arizona. Five and a half point favorite over Purdue here. They Purdue actually take this Arizona team down because so far they have looked like the best team in this tournament is Arizona. I want to tell you that Brazen Smith can get them a win. I Arizona is really impressive. Arizona's sort of 109 points and only made five three the other night. That's that's just ridiculous stuff. I don't know if I would feel comfortable betting against Arizona in any way, shape or form. Connor, let's get to the game tomorrow. I love this game. Duke versus Yukon. There's a speaking of anniversaries. I believe this is the 27th anniversary of that classic title game of the Elton brand team that got upset by Yukon. Look, Hurley is great in this tournament. You know, he's a hard guy to bet against.

5:06Duke's been in trouble a few times here. I would imagine we get a close game. What's your sense here, Duke versus Yukon, five o'clock tomorrow afternoon, what we're going to see? I think we're going to see a heavyweight bout. I think this game is probably going to be determined by it. It's such a football cliche and I hate cliches but it just feels like it's in a point where the tougher team is going to win this game. They're both, they just both want to play volleyball against you, whether it's Duke with Cameron Booster on the inside. God, even I'd say I haven't. It looks like a string being scored 25 points in the only ad. I think it was three, three, the other night. So, Duke is a team that wants to play inside out. Yukon is going to run everything through Cheris Reed and the Lopos. They're going to, they're going to use Caravan on some kicks but these are three levels for everything about this game is going to be really, really tough. Somebody's going to have to use the muscle to win this one.

6:10Illinois up 52, 51 on Iowa right now. Seven minutes to go in this one. Illinois four and a half point favorite. 132 and a half your total. We do have another game tomorrow and Rick Barnes is the key figure in this one if you ask me because being from Kentucky, all you're going to hear the big blue nation say is, uh, well, we swept Tennessee this year. They got Rick Barnes. There's no way they can win it and Rick Barnes lost double digit games with Kevin Durant back in the day of Texas. But they've never made a final four has Tennessee but they're seven half point big dogs against Michigan. You see some juice on Michigan. This thing might go to eight if it moves. Does Tennessee have a chance here against Michigan tomorrow to at least cover a spread because we know Rick Barnes can't win, right? Maybe cover but I'm sitting here across the street from where I saw Michigan play this year and that was one of the highest level games I've seen. That's just this year but in several years, Duke Michigan in Washington was just the high level back ball.

7:12They're a little underhanded without LJKson but that Michigan scene, it's like I'm saying the same thing about several of these things. The front four, man. I think more as Johnson is the most valuable piece of Michigan Fugel, uh, Ade Mara is an alien but more as is the one that plays the four when Ade Mara is in there and when Ade goes out more as plays the five and they don't miss a step. So I think we will have Arizona, Michigan. I would guess in the late game, no matter what happens in this one and no matter what happens between Duke and Yukon, a week from today, your final four. And as we're talking now, Illinois danger time for Iowa, Illinois open up their biggest lead, a run here, seven a run, they lead 56-51, Iowa has called a time out here. So Illinois feared this run if you're in Iowa and the run has come for Illinois here who was taking control of this game. But Connor, I want to get back to Duke and Yukon,

8:13I was surprised Caleb Foster not only played but was a pretty big factor in the game again, St. John's were you a surprise and do you think, in other words, whispers he was on a scooter after the game? Do you think this is something where he's got a day off and he's going to be more hobble tomorrow than he was on Friday? Do you think he can only get better as time goes on here? What's your sort of diagnosis here with Foster and how much he can contribute here on Sunday? I think he gets better the more time he puts in with moving past the initial injury. They do put these guys in boots and on the knee rovers if they have a hang nail on a, I guess a toenail. They play everything super cautious. So the fact that he was on a knee rover, Pete, you left the locker room today on a knee rover. It's not a concern, I think the more rest he gets the better for last night. Honestly, I thought he would play maybe five minutes. I thought he would give them a little bit of a boost by breaking St. John's press,

9:13but there was nothing that really prepared me for seeing him flip the entire game. I mean, he changed everything about the game. They're down 10 and he scored seven straight Duke points. You can just, that's the stuff that even if Duke loses tomorrow against Yukon, there are going to be fans five, 10, 15 years from now talking about, do you remember when Caleb Foster came back from a fracture in his foot and willed us to a 315 win? Again, it was, it was that type of legendary performance. We have the halves and the have nots right now in college basketball and Duke obviously is a half. They are plus 270 to win this national championship right there with Arizona, who's the favorite of plus 250, Michigan right there at three to one and the other five teams, they got much larger odds, although Illinois right now it's dropping like a rock, six to one with what's going on. Duke and plus 270 to win this national championship.

10:14Is that something you would play right now if you were right out here at the desert here at the circus? Would you put a little piece of money on Duke to win this national championship or covering this team the way you do? Would you say, maybe it's a little too much for this team with their current situation injury wise, especially. Yeah, I'd probably stay away from it. I just, I think Arizona is a little too much to feel good about anybody else. I don't know if Arizona's got minus odds yet, but I think that's been the most impressive team to me since the tournament started. Last question, Connor. Who wins this national championship? Are you saying Arizona over Duke for the title? Is that what you're saying? I think it will be Arizona over either Duke or Utah. I think whoever wins Mar and I and Washington win the first game next weekend in Indy, but I think Arizona is too much.

11:16Just so impressive them. But you know, hey, there has been reasons to doubt Duke at different times this year. They're not an all-star team like they were last year. They're more, they're more of a cohesive unit than they were last year. And that type of team can get you a win in the final four and in the national championship. Illinois is up by eight in this one. 60 to 52 for the first time in this game. They are finally covering this point spread. Eight and a half is the live betting line. And that total is might be saving my point spread ticket here. 131 and a half. You want to lay the chalk with Illinois here.

15:19Minus 1150 on the money line plus 650 for Iowa. Your thoughts on this one as we enter the final four minutes here, Will. Was a good run, but we are going to have to hang on for dear life if we're going to cover this number. It just feels like Iowa has run out of gas. Illinois, I've been saying it all show. I just worried about that run coming from Illinois because they were dominating the glass. They just weren't making shots. And Iowa was shooting very well on the other hand, where at some point, if the Illinois dominance on the glass, that's sustainable. The shooting I worried wasn't. And as I say that, Iowa does knock down a three. So maybe there's another run coming, but they're going to have some work to do in order to win the game. And then covering, I would say, is just about 50, 50 right now in terms of that pre-flop seven. But hey, we've counted them out before. I don't know if we've counted them out before, but they've answered a lot of challenges, a lot of punches. And they're going to need to challenge another one here, answer another one here. And they're going to need to string together some stops and to get the rebounds because Illinois has just dominated the glass.

16:20Illinois has been, as you're aware, Brad, we've been down memory lane a couple of times today. Illinois wasn't a lead-A game with a major comeback when they were on the winning side of it against Arizona about 20-something years ago. So, comebacks happen. Illinois has been on the right side of it. We'll see if Iowa can turn the tables and steal one late. But as we say that, Illinois goes to the hoop. They get a bucket. They get a foul. Pasia Stoyakovich, the dad, they show him in the stands and he is fired up. I would bet if anything right now, seven point game, three minutes to go. Now, an eight point game with the main free throw. I would look towards over one 34 and a half because we're in that zone, Brad, where you get the fouls. Where Iowa says, you know what? We're just gonna, we'll get to our layup, we'll foul. We're not quite there yet with the fouling, but that eight point margin, that's where you can get a lot of fouls and you can get a good, you know, 15, 20 points in the last couple of minutes. So, I will bet on a life over right now. That's how I would play it. And we'll see here if Iowa can get in the back door and cover this number. I'm not hopeful of live over one 34 and a half right here.

I remember that very fondly, very well officiated game and a very well-efficient series. Oh, come on. That gave six is one of the worst officiated games in the history of mankind. How come three? That's one that I will have to get my blood pressure medicine back if I can find it over here. But anyway, yeah, they hit it from here in the desert. I can't believe it. Let's, so we're back to live action here. Illinois 63 56 over Iowa. Iowa at the line here. And Iowa looks like the fans are for Iowa are not very hopeful right now. I think they look like a lot of people that bet on this game.

18:21That free throw is good. Six point margin, 63 57, 253 remaining in this one. Illinois has the ball. And a live betting line here is now five and a half Illinois with some juice on that five and a half minus 120. 132 and a half is your total here in this one. As Illinois looks like, they're going to maybe take the air out of the ball for this possession. Maybe not in a big hurry. So we'll see what they do here. Your thoughts here will. Yeah, trying to milk some clock here, which you'd understand. I would still look towards the live over. And now we're down to 132 and a half. I think we get a bunch of points here. As Illinois misses a three, I was able to not get the rebound. Another second chance opportunity. Illinois shot quickly and misses again. I would have ran some clock. I'm surprised. I would have run some clock. I'm surprised they were as quick to jack that up. So we'll see here. If you know what Iowa can do, they get the ball on the other end, but I still think in the last couple of minutes, we can get a bunch of free throws, six point game, two possession game, both teams in the double bonus. I think you could see some free throws

19:23racking up quickly as Iowa gets an offensive rebound and they go to the line here. So they now have a chance to cut this to four if they can knock down a couple free throws. So not dead yet, probably not going to win the game, Iowa. There are 10 to one on the money line, but at least in terms of staying in the number, Iowa with a chance here. If they can get a couple free throws and get a stop, maybe we can still cover this number, Brad. Good call by you 10 to one on the money line for Iowa right now, but they do have free two free throws coming up down by six exactly two minutes left. Looks like we have a time out here as we're going to have a six. No, we see a foul out of a foul out for Illinois. So we're waiting right now as we're seeing a sub come in from Illinois, six point margin here. Live betting line five and a half Illinois, one thirty two and a half your total and that money line now down 50 cents just in the last couple of minutes here down to plus nine 50 as Iowa goes to the line to cut this to four. Tate sage it's got to make both. What's that?

20:24Got to make both. You can't be points on the table here. You got to make both. Got to make both of the first one is up and it is good. So we're sitting at 63, 58, two minutes to go here in this one. We will see what Iowa does. You got to think Illinois is definitely the deep freeze. Milking at least 15, 20 seconds off this shot clock with this next possession, right? Yeah, and they did that the last time, which I have no problem with you always getting that thing of, hey, maybe just run your offense. Don't take yourself out of rhythm. You've been scoring well. You do want to run some clock. The clock is your friend now, but they did that well. Then they got a perfect scenario where they miss. They get an offensive rebound and they jacked it up right away. I'm sure Underwood was furious with that second shot. They could have ran a lot more time off the clock and they just jacked that shot up. They didn't need it. You're much better off burdened the clock because Iowa makes both free throws, but Illinois is going to answer here with a bucket to make it 65, 59, a minute and a half left. Any hope will win in the game. You absolutely need a score here if you're Iowa. They don't go for the three. They go for a bucket.

21:25And they miss a couple point blank shots. Boy, they had every opportunity to score there and make it for. Let's see here if they play defense. A minute 20 left. They're pressuring. They're not fouling yet. Nope. Boy, I think about fouling. You can't just let Illinois burn this clock under a minute down six. King just did. I think we finally get a foul and they're going to start to play the free throw game. Illinois is going to win. Illinois is going to go to the final four. We'll see here who covers the number, but Iowa is not winning this game as we've known here for a couple minutes, Brad. Minus 1,000. If you would like to lay the chalk here, you can get plus 4,000 with Iowa to win this game. Minus said this not 1,000. That's 100,000, excuse me. I couldn't get too old to read this many zeros. In fact, now it's like your bank account with all those zeros. Let's take the bread. Too many, yeah, too many zeros. That's why I'm out here in the desert today. Exactly. So yeah, they take the money line down. So that should tell you where this game is right now. Both these free throws are good. Illinois by eight with a minute 12 to go.

22:2667, 59 live betting line with 72 seconds left. Minus eight and a half for Illinois. 134 and a half your total. So yeah, that will he'll in game total looking decent right now. Pretty good looking at these the live lines here. So we'll see what Iowa does with the ball here with a minute 12 to go down by eight. And Illinois looking to finish this one off. If you're your Iowa, you have to foul immediately now. Even though there's over a minute to go, right? Because we see a time out here. Yeah, score just found no matter what. Yeah. Yeah, you're you're found. I'll be interested to see if they don't make shots, which is always the concern when you have these laid overs. At what point do they give up? Do they just say, man, we're dejected. We were up, you know, most of this game now we're down 10 or 12. We just kind of give up. You see that sometimes the teams used to do that the other night again, Illinois where they had this great comeback. It was clear as falling short and they just stopped fouling eventually. But my hope is at least for the over and for the Iowa bet here that we just get a couple layups foul play the foul game and add some cheap points here.

23:28And we don't just, you know, miss a three foul once and then give up, which is always a possibility here. So yeah, there's a lot of randomness with the fouling at the end, but you figure chance to go to the final four. There are scrappy team. You think they would foul until the bitter end and hopefully they can do their part on offense to to drive up the scoring here. They will foul the bitter end and Jeffrey Benson and the guys, the odds makers down here, they see it your way. They just flash this total up from 132 and a half now to 134 and a half. So they see what you're seeing. Well, is that it's going to be some fouling here toward the end. And especially if Iowa gets a bucket here, it's going to be the last, you know, minute of this game is going to be nothing but shots and fouling for Iowa. So yeah, they can see the writing on the wall as well. That pre flop of 138 and a half. Yeah, it may be a little bit, a little bit of jeopardy if they it happens down the stretch. So yeah, we'll see what happens. It's what a shocker. The odds makers are right on the money as we're sitting in the elite eight games here. And we see the last time it's hard to believe that Illinois has not been in the final four 21 years since the year they lost to North Carolina

My mother called because she was worried about her brackets because we had North Carolina air ball from Iowa on a three pointer. That's not good. And here's Illinois just holding the ball. We're inside a minute now and why aren't they fouling as we're now? It's not a foul. What are we doing now? What are you doing? Fowling? There's the foul with 50.8 seconds to go wasted way too much time. Yeah, they let 10 seconds right off. Not that it matters now, but it matters for our total. Will your thoughts on this game as Illinois going to the final four? Yeah, I just had some concerns Iowa with the way the game was going with how well they were shooting how poorly Illinois was shooting. Eventually that the run would come and the run did come. That's always easy to look back and say I could have gotten off of it. Should have gotten off of all of those things.

26:36But we thought we had the right side with Iowa plus seven for a lot of the game. Just couldn't hang on. And if you jumped in on that late over boy, that was a tough one because Illinois kept going on the foul on and making their free throws. Iowa probably missed their last seven or eight shots. They had a bunch of threes off into rebounds. They just stopped scoring the last couple minutes, which we said before, the break, you need just a little help, a little participation from Iowa to help get that number over. And I couldn't quite get it Illinois wins by 12 kind of a misleading final. But tell that to your bookie Illinois gets the cash. Illinois gets the cover of the game stays under favorites, continue to win at just a ridiculous rate in this tournament and Illinois is going to the final four where they will take on either Duke or they will face Yukon. Once again, who they face the elite eight a couple of years ago, that famous 30 oh run by Yukon and they played earlier. I think the day after Thanksgiving, that Black Friday, they played at Madison Square Garden against Yukon. Tell that to your bookie. That's got to go right under the list of the 2001 Western conference finals

27:38as future topics for myself and Will Hill on this show. That was a great series at Lakers King series. But anyway, so yes, Illinois is in the final four. Is it time to finally put to rest this conceived notion? Actually, the numbers back it up that defensive teams don't that offensive teams that don't play defense of the Ken Palm numbers that those teams don't make the final four because Illinois. That's what we were saying before this started. They don't play enough defense. What was their number in Ken Palm? Because I don't think they were that low. I know their offense is better than their defense. And for a while, their offense was the number one in the country, terms of efficiency. Purdue, I think may have surpassed them, but their defense. I think their defense while it's not great. It's not a lead. I think it was better than most people think you have those numbers. It was to start the tournament. It was 28 right now. It's 21. That's before that's not terrible. You're right. But other than that 2014 Yukon team. That's the outlier for all these little numbers and systems. This is there has been no team win the whole thing that has been outside the top

28:4120 and offense and defense of the Ken Pops. So maybe it is time that we can put the rest. Maybe this this team because yeah, Illinois probably after today, they probably will be in the top 20, but the defense. But we don't know that before the tournament starts. So Illinois to win this national championship now, current odds. They still had the fourth best odds plus five 50. They are already in the final four and all these other big boys. They still got to play to get in the final four. Any value on Illinois to win this whole thing right now, Will. What's the number plus five 50. They had the fourth best odds to win it all right now. Although they're already in the final four, unlike the three teams out of them. Yeah. I mean, you're going to probably, I don't say probably. If you have to play Duke, what's that one? And then you're going to either play Arizona or Michigan most likely. That's about right. I don't know that there's any great value there. I could understand taking a shot on them. But I would probably favor whoever wins Duke Yukon over Illinois.

29:44And I still don't think they're winning the national championship. Would you bet that a plus five 50? No, but I do know I've got a game in hand. That's why you see it a plus five 50 because if it once the other four teams qualify, other three teams qualify for the final four, that five 50s go to drops. So you're not going to get the same odds. You should, you're definitely should be wait, unless you think that it's going to be Purdue Yukon and Tennessee that make the final four along with them. By the way, Yukon, the sixth best odds out of 17s right now to win this national championship at 15 to one. You mean to tell me you're going to give me early and 15 to one odds to win this national championship when the next game might be the hardest game. They have the rest of the way six out of seventh best odds for Yukon. Say it ain't so well. Is that something maybe to look a little pizza money kind of future odds there? Yeah, it's funny. That was the one future I took before the season was Yukon 15 to one to win the whole thing. And here they are in the elite eight where they're halfway there. Well, you need a six wins to win the whole thing.

30:45They've gotten three of them. And I still got the same number, which is frustrating for my tickets value standpoint. Look, if you tell me right now, Hey, I'm taking a shot. Yukon 15 to one to win the whole thing. I got a bonus bet. I got a boost. It's early. There's only three games. If I get to the championship, I can hedge. It's not the worst bet I've ever heard. I do think I like that one much more than Illinois plus the five 50. There you go. Yukon and Duke. That's probably that's the biggest game left. I think in this final four, although Purdue and Arizona will be starting in about they say 559. We'll see the over under we like to play props with game times when they are actually scheduled to start when they actually start here on this show. So we'll see what goes on with Purdue, Arizona. And because the live betting lines here, depending on where you look at it, we see some places I see six and a half here. I see five and a half here with Purdue getting five and a half here, Arizona. And the total one 52 and a half, this total is gone up now from one 51 and a half. Anyway, you're looking to play this game here because like we talked

31:46about earlier, I want to take Purdue and these five and a half points here. And I'm looking to go under this total as well. Five and a half here at Circa is your number 152 and a half here at Circa as well. Yeah. And we just moved to six and a half at draft King minus one 15 on the dog here. So Arizona minus six and a half minus 105 Purdue plus six and a half minus one 15. Obviously more recreational book draft Kings, but I wonder if that's a reaction to all these favorites keep winning. All these money line partly favorites keep coming in. I'm sure like you talked about the beginning of the show, plenty of money line partly is with Illinois tied with Arizona. And they're just going to say, you know what? We're going to dare you to bet the underdog. We're going to jack this up a little higher than it should be. So if you like Purdue, you're getting a decent bargain. They're getting the six and a half. I lead towards Arizona. I played Arizona in the contest, which boy has a tough loss with Iowa in the contest. A lot of people had it, so maybe it cancels out. But I just think it eventually Arizona pulls away with their offense and Purdue is going to have a hard time getting stopped. So lean towards the over this one.

32:46I'm more of an under guy than an over as you know, especially this deep into the tournament, but I actually think both teams can have some success on offense. And boy, that Arizona team on offense is just a machine. They've been good. They've got NBA guys everywhere. I know you can knock them and say they don't make the three. You could also use that as a way to praise them as a positive where they're not relying on the three and their game against the Arkansas against Arkansas the other day. That was about as much of a layup line as you're going to see an NCAA tournament game at this stage of the tournament. They absolutely look like it was five on four or five on three. They are so good and they just destroyed Arkansas on the offensive end. So I think our Arizona will score enough to pull away here. But I can understand the sentiment for Purdue here. It does do a good job of not fouling. Do a pretty good job defending the rim. I get the case for Purdue, but I like it. The Arizona silo more bread, knowing that Cala Perry was coaching Arkansas. I'm surprised it wasn't five on four. He forgot to put certain guys out there or something. That's that's Cal for you. Don't get me started on that guy. So I will ask you the question we asked.

33:47We talked about before the show started in terms of the money line parlays. Would you pair Arizona, who's now sitting most places about a minus two 50 ish on the money line? Would you pair them with a whole lot of it? Maybe if you're playing baseball games, we'll talk a little baseball during this break between games next segment. Would you maybe pair Arizona with a lot of your other bets here tonight? Just with the money line and then pair with some other maybe totals or something like that tonight. All right. How about this one? This will be a popular one. Arizona money line, parlay, Michigan money line tomorrow, minus one 35. That is good enough. Is that enough for us? Do you have any confidence in laying anything with with Rick Barnes? I don't think I do. But yeah, that's that's a good one. The two big money line parlays, you wouldn't put Yukon in there. Would you will you wouldn't put little plus one 80 in there? Because I know you're Yukon guy, you wouldn't do that. No, I mean, that's the feeding the purpose of the whole purpose. The whole appeal of these money line parlays is people say, all right. I don't want to lay the points, but I think they're going to win. And I don't want to lay the points with this team, but I think they're going to win. And it's just so simple and you get action on both games.

34:49So again, it's not really my cup of tea, my style, necessarily, but I could understand here. A money line, parlay, Arizona, Michigan, minus one 35. I can understand why it would be popular and I ultimately think it's going to win. I think Arizona, Michigan, I'd be surprised if you did one of them all. So you know what, knock yourself out, have fun. I think that one does get home. By the way, real quick, is it, does it surprise you? You've seen that total in Duke and Yukon drop from one 34 and a half to 133 and a half? No, not really. Yukon played a rock fight last night. Pearl rough rough people the wrong way. Kenny Smith's not a college guy, Barkley as much as we love him. He's not a college guy. So this is not not the best, not the best little panel of, you know, on TBS here. But that's why you got visa. 39:02My guess what are we 10 15 minutes away here from from the second game. I would say that first game and it had a lot of promise to that a lot of hope. Lee changes, the underdog was winning and the game just kind of fizzled the last five or six minutes. It looked like Illinois was going to pull away. And once they got a four or five point lead, it's like the damn broke Brad and, you know, and Iowa just couldn't get that second win and get back in the game. Yeah, we are I think 12 minutes away from game time and game number two. They said 559 will be your tip, which means probably about 10 after six local time here in Las Vegas. But before we kind of we've kind of already delved into this Purdue Arizona game quite a bit. Let's talk just a little bit of major league baseball. Have you seen anything maybe these first three or four days that's kind of caught your interest. I know you're a big Yankee home or will. So I know we're going to have to push that aside from you and maybe not count everything you say about the Yankees. But is there anything you've noticed because with this new ABS thing where you can just tap your head and get balls and strikes calls.

40:06Have we seen maybe the way you've maybe handicapped totals here because those first few days, a lot of oversit, but the others making a comeback. How are you looking at baseball right now, Will? Yeah, I mean, every game is different. Going game by game. No, no grand takeaways here after a couple games came into the season high on the Orioles. I saw they lost to the twins today. Wasn't happy about that. I believe they lost the twins. So it's 4109 Toronto's had a couple of nice comebacks against the A's. I believe they won today in a game where they were, they were down pretty big late. They came back in one. So they put a couple exciting games, tough, tough, tough losses for the A's. But it's so early. I saw the Mets. How about this that the Mets did not win a game last year in a game where they trailed after eight innings. And it took until the second game of this year to finally break that streak is Luis Robert. The addition from the White Sox who came over and got a new start fresh start here with the Mets. He hit a three run walkoff homer with the Mets trailing to one in the ninth to give the Mets a win. So the Pirates team a lot of people were high on. They lose schemes first start and schemes wasn't as awful as his numbers indicate, but he was not sharp either.

41:09And now the Mets 2 and 0 Pirates on to, but not just taking it all in, watching the Yankees right now. They are up three, one looking to go to three and 0. So if you're drawing any conclusions from the first two or three baseball games, you're probably doing it wrong. But it is nice to have it back. It's just so much action all day every day. And there's so much to bet on. So happy baseball is back. Well, then I'm doing it wrong, Will, because I've made all kinds of assumptions based on the first couple of days. When I saw Paul Skied's get rocked down, we were at the stadium swim on Thursday. When Paul Skied's was getting rocked in that first inning, and O'Neill Cruz made that bad play. I think that might be a little bit more than that was him more little. Don't get me started on that. But yeah, Skied's is dark now. Just like what we saw scuba in the world baseball class and get that that first home run. Yeah, it's done for him as well. So yeah, making assumptions early in baseball, you make a good point as much as I hate to admit it. That's a good point that maybe you shouldn't make assumptions based on less than 1% of the season being over so far. So yeah, we're three or four days in.

42:09So yeah, slow your roll when it comes to a lot of these teams. I love playing unders in these early games. I played the younger, the under in the Yankees Giants game. We're at the bottom of the fifth there, three to one. Although Aaron Judge did hit his second home run of the year already. And the Giants finally scored though. Does this mean your Yankees have a great pitching staff? They've only allowed one run in what? 23 innings so far. Is this the old school Yankees coming back now? They have a good pitching staff. Schli, it looks like the real deal freed is a is a really good pitcher. And they've got reinforcements coming to Rodano get back at some point and Cole get back. It has the makings of a really strong rotation. A worn through the ball pretty well tonight, but only went four and a third innings gave up a run. He's okay. He's not bad. So they have a good rotation. I wouldn't say great. I say good. One of the better rotations in baseball if they can keep these guys healthy and get Rodan and Cole healthy. It's probably one of the three or four best rotations in baseball. But got to see a lot more. I'm still skeptical of the Yankees.

43:10There should be a playoff team as long as Judge is healthy with that pitching. They should be a playoff team. But as far as like, you know, a lead team holding up the trophy at the end. I got to see it to believe it with this team. Last baseball question for this segment. 91 and a half wins for the Yankees over under Will, Mr Yankees fan. I'll say over just because they've already got two in the bank. There you go. It's like taking Illinois to win the national championship. They've got a game in hand already. So there you go. So we're about, we're about eight minutes away from tip off here with the next elite eight game. And it is Purdue and Arizona. Purdue was the number one team in the AP preseason pole. And our lord savior, our lord savior of basketball analytics. Ken Pomeroy, who I go to that site literally every day for about five months every year. Before the tournament started, he said the numbers say Duke, but I say take the, but I say take Purdue to win the national championship based on the preseason kind of outlooks.

44:10Yeah, he wrote a little substack substack column on that. And I read it all and like, is this really Ken Pomp? It was really Ken Pomp. So for this game tonight, Purdue, Ken, they keep it close. We do see a little juice now on Purdue. Some places now I do see now. Fan dual has this that four and a half with a lot of juice now on Arizona. But the consensus betting line here, here at circuit, it's five and a half. But most places it is five and a half, some four and a half's out there. Your thoughts on this late action as we see 58% of the tickets, 55% of the money on Purdue to cover this spread total 152 and a half. Yeah, and we were looking at Jeff King's just what 15, 20 minutes ago, not even it was six and a half. Yeah, minus one 15 for Purdue. That has come down. We're now it's five and a half minus one and five. So little little tug and pull here in terms of the market, a little battle in the market. We'll see here, you know, if this is, I wonder if it's like two different groups or it's just some people. They see the six and a half and they say, boom, I got to take it.

45:12And then when it gets to five and a half, they got to lay it interesting. There's a four and a half out there. I like Arizona. I just think they eventually pull away with their offense. I don't know that Purdue, even though they don't foul, which is an issue. Arizona shot a million free throws in this tournament, 115 free throw. Basically 40 free throws a game in this tournament, which is hard to believe. Yeah, some of that's Long Island and you know, some lesser teams Utah State is not a terrible team. And then we saw what they did to Arkansas. I just think eventually they pull away with their offense. I want to say similar to what we saw within Illinois, Iowa where I could see it being a close game, a close game. And then Arizona hits them with that run and eventually wins the game by, you know, eight to 10 points, something like that. So that's how the first game went. Unfortunately is a couple of us that had the dog will see here. If the favorites and the chalk continue to roll, I do think Arizona wins. I'd be pretty surprised if Purdue won the game outright. But hey, it's a one game sample Purdue gets hot from three. Arizona has a cold night. Anything can happen, but I do think Arizona wins the game and I lean towards them covering.

46:12You've been bringing this up. I'll bring it up to you. The race to 10 Arizona minus 155 Purdue plus 130. Does that interest you at all? Oh, absolutely. I'll take the dog of that one every time. But like you said, Bill Crackenberger yesterday or this week on Gillette Alexander show said there's value with taking the favorites now. So that's the kind of thing where you listen, you hear sharp advice like that. Yeah, you want to maybe want to pull back. But I can promise you with when Iowa hit 10, when they hit a three pointer in this game, the first game here, you heard the crowd very loudly react to that one behind the scenes. So yeah, I'm still of dogs to first to 10 guy. But as you know, sometimes the sharps, you kind of want to be on their side. So maybe the play of the dogs, but when you get to kind of like crack telling you something like that, that is something to kind of look out for. Also, when you're kind of this, when you got to stop and buy gas, I got to drive all the way home to Kentucky will.
