That's pure automotive joy. I'm Peter, the owner of Muscle Car Junior. It started as a hobby, then I started posting about it. Before I knew it, I built a business for storing muscle cars on Facebook Marketplace, and the community of car lovers on Instagram. Today, new customers send me what's that message is from all over. Not bad for a hobby. Learn how meta helps over 35 million American businesses, like Peter's Grow, at meta.com slash community. This is Live Bet Saturday on V-San, the sports bedding network. Live Bet Saturday rolls on, I'm Dustin Sweetles, and he's Ben Stevens. It's V-San, the sports bedding network. You know, he's checking out our programming series, XM channel 158, YouTube TV, the V-SanWanch app, radio affiliates across the United States of God bless America, and God bless the Toronto blue Jays, who are not in America, but we're still fans of them, because Ben is on the game total over with Toronto and the athletics. I'm on Toronto's team total over four and a half. Look, they, they've played it a run already off of Jeffrey Springs. They're leading one. Nothing. We're in the fourth. Then fortunately, with the bases loaded, Alejandro Kirk to end the third inning grounded to first base. But I like that they're putting the ball in play. I like that. They're threatening. So I do believe we are going to get there. Even though it's only one nothing, there's a lot of time left. I don't really love that A's bullpen with Mason Miller out of the equation now. You can

get the blue jays at minus 357, but I would not do that. The in game total, though, five and a half. That's where I'd consider going over five and a half at minus one 33 as Dylan Cease is on the hill. And he has six strikeouts in this game. Why is that relevant? Well, we have a new player prop projections tool over at Vison.com. You go to Vison.com slash MLB props. You can see pitching hitting props. And where Opta AI has that player's number projected at. So you'll see Dylan Cease was set at seven plus strikeouts for this game. And in fact, Opta AI, despite a high number, had him going over by 1.7%. So you see the edge. You see the analysis. You see the hit rate for Dylan Cease recently. And you see the projection from Opta AI. It's all up at Vison.com slash props. And as we're in the fourth inning, with him having his six strikeout and at 50 pitches, it does feel like he's going to get one more and clear his pitching prop there, Ben. So just something I wanted to bring up as that game is currently going on. And we have a slew of games about to get started and I have a million plays on them. Did anything tickle your fancy looking at this next

slated games about to get started? Not necessarily, except just from the broader picture that already scratching Jacob to Graham is not a great sign for a rangers team that is going to rely on its injury prone vets and best players to lead the way this year. We saw Nathan E of Aldi get roughed up in his start against Christopher Sanchez and MLB opening day and to not have to grow them out there for the second game of the year for Texas, not a great sign. I won't just say this. It is why live betting shows. It is why live bet Saturday, which we will do throughout these months and certainly into the summer is very front from a baseball perspective. I'm on the over of a game that had a pregame total of eight there in Toronto between the J's and the A's. We are three innings through in the fourth right now with the athletics. Need them to pick up the offense. Of course, Dylan C is wheeling and dealing in his blue J's debut, but that total is dropped to five and a half. I still think there is some value of betting that live over. You are going to see large live shifts and major league baseball where you can take advantage all throughout

the day and kudos to my co-host, Industin, sweetlson, that has so many things going on in his life, including a move. And we all know that moving absolutely sucks. He forgot that he posted on the website on visin.com slash picks Chicago Cubs team total over five and a half. They had six. It cash. They just added a three run home run from a and a half at the friendly confines to make it a nine to lead for the cup. There's nothing better than not remembering a punch to bet up there. Well, also, it wasn't a game we were previewing on the show right because it was already in progress when we joined. So I'm just looking at it. I'm like, Oh, yeah, I bet that. Oh, cool. We're at six. Well, now we're at nine, nine, two. Thanks to that e and half home run. We have more games coming up. You mentioned the ranger situation. Jacob DeGrom has been scratched. Next stiffness, really not optimal if you're the rangers. You're relying on DeGrom who's 37 years old. Nate of all he was injured for a big stint last year. Two guys who I love when they're healthy, but they're not quite reliable anymore. And his stead will be Jacob Latz. The left he was competing for the fifth spot in the rotation with Kumar Rocker. Ultimately lost it was moved to the

bullpen, facing the Phillies and Aaron Ola. This game was close to a pick them earlier when DeGrom was pitching. Now it's minus one 54 with the fills. I believe I sent you guys that I went minus one 45 with Philly as soon as DeGrom was ruled out of this game. And that's because Latz is a lefty and the Phillies have a lot of guys who kill South Paws. Sixth in OPS the season ago, Schwarber, despite being left handed, kills lefties, Harper's good against South Paws. Alec Balm hits about 300 against lefties and Turner is a 323 hundred year ago against lefties because of that. I think they knock him around and Aaron Ola who's coming off his worst year of his career. 601 ERA look pretty good in the world baseball classic. I'll take a flyer that he could be serviceable and the Phillies will put up some runs. So I went and laid the minus one 45 with the Phillies in that game. We've got the twins and the Orioles about to get going as well at Camden Yards, my favorite stadium to visit in person. And right now that number is where did it go? Minus one 71 with the O's Minnesota throwing Taj Bradley. He's plus $1.41 the total in the game seven

and a half. Did you think about anything here, Ben? It will be interesting at Camden, which is often a hitter's ballpark to see if we can get some runs seven and a half that number today on opening day when we have it in 11 game slate. We saw so much offense yesterday, Dustin, weirdly only an eight game slate on the first Friday, the major league baseball season today are first full slate in this MLB campaign in 2026. Of those eight games, none of them had a combined double digit total 10 runs between the two teams. We did not get to those double digits anywhere. Are we going to see the offense pick up a little bit here on this third or I guess fourth because of MLB opening night on Wednesday day of the 2026 season? That will be interesting, including in the spot that you highlighted earlier, taking a flyer on the buckos as the underdog at city field in Queens. Of course, we saw a ton of offense, 11 runs out of the mets on Thursday afternoon and roughing up Paul Skins and only two thirds of innings pitch. I do want to mention what you said about Philadelphia. A lot of really great bats in this lineup and

some really good speed as well with the addition of the rookie Carl Crawford son Justin Crawford, who had a great debut for Philadelphia. We have seen the rooks show out. How about Kevin McGonacle for this Detroit Tigers team for ribbies, including a two RBI single yesterday. That was the go ahead runs for Detroit. They never look back. The Tigers have won both of their opening two games this year in San Diego. That's been very impressive. Chase the lotter, not exactly a rookie at seven ABs last year in the postseason, but officially a rookie already three home runs. We have seen some really strong starts from the youngsters that are on the rise in Major League Baseball. That will be a fun storyline to follow throughout this opening. We can then of course, about the entirety of 162. It's really a good American league and nationally rookie of the year raised from a betting perspective. One of my favorite plays actually, let's go back to the Baltimore game. San Pacayo, the catcher D.H. He's got a ton of power. I like the Orioles in this spot against the twins. I went first five minus a half run just because Taj Bradley is a guy who actually

I think I'm higher on than most people, but he doesn't have a great numbers against Orioles lifetime. Last year, one good game against them, but then two horrific ones where he allowed five earned runs, six earned runs respectively. The fences have come in in left center field at Camden yards, which could add to some of the right-handed pop. Peter Lonzo, good numbers against him. Cousers for 10 with a home or gunner. Henderson, eight for 20 with a home or a double and a triple mount castle who normally crushes lefties, has great stats against Taj Bradley. So I went with the Orioles first five year with Kyle Brady's back on the hill and Kyle Brady is a guy that has ace Si Young stuff if he could stay healthy. I also, for plus money, going over six and a half strikeouts on British in this matchup, I just thought it was too low of a number to get plus 117 on him. In six starts last year, he had 47 punchouts and 32 innings against Tampa Bay back in 2024, nine Ks in six innings. And another start allowed five earned runs so he only went two and two thirds still had six strikeouts and two and two thirds. So we can get a little over three

innings from Brady. I think we're capable of going over that six and a half strikeouts at a plus price. I love him at 30 to one, by the way, for a L site young as well. But I really like the Orioles in this spot against Taj Bradley. So those are the two games that are about to get started. We have a few more in a few minutes as well. Just a player prop for me with the Red Sox at the Cincinnati Reds. And history is probably not on my side in this matchup. But he got sunny gray on the road minus 136 Cincinnati and Brady singer plus $1.13 total in the game is seven and a half. I'm going to just go over on the out recording on sunny gray at, I believe it was 16 and a half. I just felt the number was a little bit low, where if we're looking at him potentially pitching into the sixth inning, which I think he can against the Reds, he'll clear this number. So I went over sunny gray. A guy who gets a ton of strikeouts, but more importantly, he's really good in the opening months of the season. April March, his second best months over at baseball reference, a 304 ERA where they combine it. 2025 March and April, he went over this number of four of six

starts, 2024 March and April over this in three of four. I think he's a guy who gets off to a good start. He'll go a little bit deeper into the game, where pictures are ahead of hitters early in the season. So I'm on the over for sunny gray total out recorded. And then one last play for me, Ben, I'm on the pirates plus 143 against the Met. I don't understand this number. This feels like an overreaction to opening day, where I'm a met fan. Let me be very clear. And I loved what I saw. The Met's put the ball in play. They made contact. They looked more athletic. It's everything I was looking for from the Met, but the pirates are much improved. And David Peterson struggled with this pirate's lineup the last couple of times he's faced him. Four and two thirds, five earned runs. He was good to start before that six innings, five hits to earn, but in 2024, four and a third only goes that deep into the game to earn. And I'm not sure of that Met's middle relief yet, where they're at this year. If they're good enough to get it to weaver and Williams in the back end, if Peterson doesn't have some length in his game today, I think Pittsburgh's live because Mitch Keller is a stud and he's a stud against the Met's

historically. Last time he saw them five and a third, one earned prior to that seven innings, five hits to earn eight strikeouts. And the last two before that two earned over eight, one earned over seven. Mitch Keller steps up when he takes on these Met's. I think that that number is disrespectful. So I took the plus price with the pirates. I agree with you, man. Maybe I'm drinking the cool aid in the steel city, but I'm on the pirates this year over 78 and a half wins for that preseason win total. I think they get to 80. I think there's a chance they are in contention for a wild card spot down the stretch of this regular season in the National League. And one of the reasons is because of the additions offensively, namely guys like Ryan O'Hern who I expect to provide some pop for this Pittsburgh side throughout this season. So I kind of like Pittsburgh in this spot. It feels like a big plus money price. It's not exactly like David Peterson is an ace. I'm not exactly sure the Met's have that bona fide ace this year in their starting staff as things stand. Dustin, the only other win total. I'm on Cardinals under 69 and a half St. Louis leading to Zip in the Lou right now

on the bottom of the eighth. They might start 2 and 0 against the Tampa Bay race. How about that? This is live fed Saturday. I'll be sent these sports betting and work. Keep your head on a swivel kid. Welcome back into live fed Saturday. He's been Stevens. I'm Dustin Swedleson. We've got a slew of baseball games starting up right now. All of our picks, picks from every show available. Visin.com slash picks. And before we went to break, our old Ben Stevens here was saying, you know, I think that in game over with the raise and the Cardinals might be live. Well, he was correct because the second we went to commercial break, we had a double by the Cardinals, which played it an additional run with one out the eighth. It is now three nothing St. Louis. And by the way, there's still threatening. There's runners on second and third with one out. And the heart of the order up in Alec Burleson, who's got plenty of pop in in that back. He just fouled one away. Your in game number right now. It just went off the board. In game top was still three and a half by the way, Ben. So they must have gotten out of this inning. No, how did they get

out? There's less than double play happens. If this pop pops back up and it just went completely off my board. Now it's back up. I'm waiting to see if we could bet it because if that number sits at three and a half, I would consider the over here. I don't love either bullpen. Remember, Ryan Hellsley is gone for St. Louis this season. And Tampa Bay, while I like Griffin jacks on the back end, Fairbanks has exited. They do a pretty good job of finding bullpen arms. But Burleson just flew out to center and that should play to run here. So that's one more for nothing. Cardinals with the lead. The runner on second does not advance. But now we've gone over that three and a half in game total. And we're waiting for the new number to repopulate a good call by Ben Stevens. Again, it's just the beauty of live betting. I think in baseball, this game entering the top of the eighth with the raise trying to threaten St. Louis to come back and not start their season over Oh, and two against St. Louis on the road. It was a two nothing game. The raise had a few runners on live total was two and a half again, two nothing game live total two and a half for the

game overall. And we had the top of the eighth at least for Tampa, bottom of the eighth at least for St. Louis, top of the ninth for the raise. And if this game got anywhere even close to being tied home half of the ninth for the redbirds as well. So you had three more hitting opportunities for either of these two teams and all you needed was a run either Tampa to make a competitive or St. Louis to add the insurance as St. Louis has in this spot. It's just kind of some of those things that you see and you're like, well, I'm looking at this game. I'm looking at the game itself. I'm watching the broadcast. I'm watching GameCast and I'm seeing these odds update where you can find those fluctuations from a live weight-during perspective in Major League Baseball. Dustin, quickly here, just another spot, right? You talked about how Jacob DeGron was scratched it. Let you do the Phillies at minus one 45 closed at minus one 54 money line. Well, the Rangers plate a run. I believe see the top half of the first. And because Texas leads one nothing before Philly has even stepped up to the plate yet, the Rangers are a minus one 38 live favorite plus one oh six on the other

side for a Philadelphia team. That was just more than a dollar and a half without Jacob DeGron starting against them. The whole reason for it. And they're about to see Jacob Lats on the other side. So there's all those numbers in Major League Baseball that if you wait a moment, if you didn't get something in pregame, you can get some of those live weight-during perspectives. Just how quickly these odds move, even just based on a single run or a couple of runners on base. Corey Seeger took Erinola deep in the first so that led to that run. And Seeger came into the game two for five lifetime against Erinola. So saw the ball pretty well in a small sample size, takes him yard. And the Rangers lineup fascinates me this year, Ben, because Brandon Nimo at the top of the order going back to hitting lead off where I really like his approach as a lead off guy. He sees a ton of pitches. He really doesn't start thinking about hitting till there's two strikes on him already. He believes in his capability to fight pitches off. And I think because of that, there's an extension in what's going to happen for White Langford down the road where he is going to see more fastballs. And then that trickles down to Corey Seeger. And by the time it gets to Seeger one, he's seen a ton of pitches from this pitcher, especially early in the game. But more

importantly, he should have more runners on base to drive in as long as Seeger stays healthy. He could have a really good year. And I love that one, two, three lefty, righty lefty for the Texas Rangers coming into this season. But as you mentioned, one, nothing. We are in the bottom of the first inning, two outs there with the Phillies trying to play to run and tie that thing up early on in the game. St. Louis is still threatening. Two outs in the eighth up for nothing on the raise. And nope, that's over. Mason win just struck out on a change up a nice little change up to the outside. And Sponson will come in to try and close this thing out here for the St. Louis Cardinals up for nothing on the Tampa Bay raise. It remains 10 to it wriggly field in the 7th inning. The Nationals with a runner on though, hoping to, you know, chip away here, Phil Mayton. One of the setup guys for the Cubs. I'm blown away at how bad he was for the met's a few years ago. But he's been a very reliable starting pitcher throughout the last few seasons. And then also in the other games currently going on, Toronto won nothing. We need

runs Ben. We need runs badly because we're starting to run out of time. As Jeffrey Springs worked out of that bases loaded jam. And since then, not a lot doing offensively for the Toronto Blue J's here. No, not at all. We need runs. We definitely need some runs live total down to four and a half pregame number was eight. I am on the over Dustin on the over of the Blue J's team total of four and a hook two outs and a home half of the fifth. Maybe here is we get to the relievers. We start to open it up ever so slightly up in the six the game yesterday. The first between these two only saw three two that final being five. I'm looking at the athletics this year. Hopefully as an over team, a lot of that will change when they get back to sacked down, of course, where we are going to be playing any minor league baseball park. But there's a lot of pop. There's a lot of juice in this lineup up and down the lineup. I think for the athletics hasn't necessarily come to fruition just yet here in Toronto. And what a debut for Dylan Seas in his first game as a J five innings of work 11 strikeouts. Not a single earned run. Of course,

allowed only two base knocks 67 pitches through five innings, Dustin 48 of them in the strike zone. I like that you refer to it as sacked town. That was also the nickname for my freshman dorm room back in the day there at Valdosta State update with the spurs and the bucks third quarter is underway. San Antonio leading Milwaukee 67 51. They're now down to 21 and a half point in game favorites. Totals 223 and a half. And we need a bucket for Stefan Castle to go over his 16 and a half points. He's currently at 15 right now. Why did we say, uh-oh, is it a bad uh-oh? No, I was joking. Like, oh, here we go. I'm 21 and a half points. Probably going to touch the peak at 27 and a half. We got a ball game now. That's the second half begins in a walk. Yeah, you could have had 27 and a half, which God bless you. If you're looking for those big numbers to bet in game on the NBA, God, God bless you. I respect your style. I will never join you, but I respect your style for hunting the best possible numbers here. A non sports betting note. The New York Mets are wearing the ugliest city connect uniforms. I can't stand them and they

make no sense to me. They wear a gray top with black. Oh, yeah, black pen stripes and white pants with a little bit of purple outline. Here's the problem with a purple. The team that are facing in Pittsburgh is wearing all gray, but the Mets are wearing gray and white. It's just very confusing. I'm big on like, I need a good aesthetic uniform matchup. And I think the Mets did a really bad job with their city connects. It just doesn't make any sense to me. I don't love a lot of the city connects that we have across Major League Baseball. I really like the giants. That's about the only one that really stands out to me from a city connect perspective. Of course, we have seen the Red Sox and theirs that honor the Boston marathon. I don't love the ones for the New York Mets. Is the purple and reference to grimace or was that just I know it's good to know. I think it was because of the train. By the way, we have a situation developing with the Orioles and Twins bases loaded first inning. And Dylan Bevers is at the plate. Rookie, they really like him a long line of those guys that they've drafted and developed.

And right now against Taj Bradley, he could do a little bit of damage. I should note, I put this out on X before the show Ben. I really haven't messed with home run props all that off into my life, but I decided every live bet Saturday since Ron the Air. I'm betting guys who are alive in our window. I bet on two guys in this Orioles Twins game. I went Peter Lonzo, and I also went with Gunnar Henderson to hit a home or in this game. The other bet I have is Ellie Dela Cruz at five to one for Cincinnati against Sonny Gray. So those are the plays that I went with for my home run bet. We're also on the Orioles first five minus a half run. Be really nice if they could touch up Taj Bradley in the first, but he's up to 30 pitches. You'd have to anticipate this is not going to be a very deep game for him after after 30 pitches here in the first. And more importantly, Durran is gone from the Twins bullpen. Griffin jacks is with the raises we touched on earlier. I don't trust their arms in that bullpen leading into Rogers, who's their closer this season. They don't have a lot of good bridge guys that you trust because of that, that in game total of

seven and a half, I lean over and the Orioles honestly at minus one and a half at plus. Oh, just went to one on one. I don't hate that and I don't love you're never really supposed to lay the run line with a home team. But if they can play some runs here in the first, I think the twins are in for a really long day at Camden yards. Again, the O's have runners on every base right now, bases are juiced for Baltimore in this moment in the home half of the first against Minnesota. That pregame total was seven and a half. It remains at seven and a half. It just got a little bit gray as I'm looking at the live draft Kings numbers. Can you see this game? Do you see it anywhere? I'm watching you at Mark Canada. I think they got out of it. Yep, they got out of it. The sportsbook says we're in the second. I'm on a delay. This is the problem. Everyone's gone to streaming. You have no idea how far behind you are. That's where the danger of live betting is to where you gotta be careful and make sure the sportsbook is not a few pitches ahead of you, which for the most part, it's going to be here. Right. And that's a critical component

because we see odds change. Money line, run line, overrunner, that total based on just a pitch or a runner on like these things can change drastically based on even just a few balls in strike. So to Dustin's point, that's the danger in live betting baseball. Bradley got the strike out of Evers. So we remain scoreless at Camden yards. We've got more as far as baseball is concerned. Live sweats and live vets coming your way on the other side of live vets Saturday. This is live vets Saturday on V-San. These sports betting in work. Live Vets Saturday rolls on from the Dehotel and Casino in downtown Las Vegas. I'm Dustin Sweetleson. He's Ben Stevens. Give us a give us a follow on X at V-San Live at Dustin, Sweetleson at Ben Scott Stevens as we've got you covered all afternoon window long here

on Sirius XM 158 YouTube TV and the V-San watch app. So Ben, we've got a lot of baseball going on some great conversation. We'll keep everyone updated on where we stand with these games. But I'm just curious when we look at the elite eight from your perspective, someone who lives and dies with college sports and college basketball specifically, the story tonight of Ben McCollum getting here to this match up and taking on Illinois. If he somehow pulls this off and goes to a final four, when you factor in, that offense for most of the season was literally just Bennett starts dependent. Now all the sudden, Volgeris has emerged. Coach has gone off for a game or two here. Like they've had guys show up off the bench and add to that offense. But essentially, you have the story of Ben McCollum going from Northwest Missouri State in the M.I. AA in division two college sports all the way up to Drake now at Iowa. And he's brought his Louis. He's brought Bennett's turt with them each stop. And oh, by the way, Bennett starts his on a heater. He has played every single minute of the NCAA tournament. And my man has one turnover

or one foul. And I don't believe any turnovers in the NCAA tournament. That is almost impossible to do. When you watch McCollum, what stands out to you about him as a coach? Everything. I have been a fan of Ben McCollum for quite some time. I started my professional career in Omaha. A lot of people from the great state in Nebraska make their way to Northwest Missouri State. They let me know of the division two basketball powerhouse that was happening there for Northwest Missouri State. Once a bear cat always a bear cat. I know that phrase very, very well. And for a guy that won four national championships at the D2 level, as Seth Greenberg told us in the opening hour, as I am sure you have heard all across the place, you don't just win at that high of a clip. And it fades because you step up in competition. There is something that you are doing, regardless of who your opposition is that is working so tremendously successfully, that is going to carry the day. And this wasn't a guy that won 70% of games, which is already a ridiculous clip. His win percentage at the D2 level was about 85% of

the games. One of those four national championships in 2019, capping off a perfect, unblemished 38 in O season. He carried that over to Drake program record 31 wins a season ago first non four and see first four NCAA tournament wins since 1971. And of course, we have seen what he has done here with the Iowa Hawkeyes, limited number of the sweet 16 for the first time this century, first time since 1999. And now he birthed in the elite eight for the first time since 1987. And I think what is surprised me most perhaps, Dustin, is how they have reached this point. I thought they were going to beat Clemson. I laid two and a half with Iowa. Pretty similar game, mirroring in styles. Iowa just slightly better offensively. Boom. They got that win. They got that cover. I did not think the Hawkeyes had a chance against Florida. I thought it was a brutal match up for Iowa. And for those reasons, because of how good Florida was in on the interior, how good they were on the glass. In some of the height restrictions the Hawkeyes have, they're

not exactly the longest or most physical team down low. They, I thought they would have to shoot the three and Bennett Sturts was going to have to go berserk against UF to even stay within the nine and a half point spread. Bennett Sturts was O of nine from three. Iowa as a team was seven of 24 from deep. They were 19 of 27 on their two point shots against one of the best interior defenses in the sport. And again, out rebounded on the offensive glass, the reigning national champs. Blue me away. They took the fight. They took the physicality literally to Florida against the Nebraska. I thought they were going to have some issues because of how bad they have been at shooting the three in the last 10 games, even prior to the NCAA tournament. They were shooting the three at a 32% quip entering the game against the Huskers in their last 10 Nebraska lets you shoot the three. It's how their defense is constructed. Despite being efficient, they will give you three point looks. Ben McCollum recognized that they utilize the weak side like crazy. So many corner three balls going in for Iowa. They shot 33s in that game and they made 13 triples. He has impressed me immensely by taking what the other team does poorly or even in Florida's case,

taking what they do well and still finding an advantage for the Hawks. So in this matchup against Illinois, I think it's going to be difficult to slow down one of the best offenses we have seen in this sport in the last 30 years and as Seth Greenberg alluded to, and a line I defense that in the big dance is playing incredibly efficiently as well. But I'm done doubting Ben McCollum. I'm done down into the Hawkeyes can at least keep this game close and competitive. I think it's going to be an awesome game tonight in Houston to decide the winner of the South region. The only thing I'd ever doubt when it comes to Ben McCollum is that he'd ever leave Iowa. Like really, I know people think he might be interested in North Carolina. He's not that dude. He grew up going to Iowa basketball camps. This has always been the dream job and here's the beauty. Iowa, like Indiana with Kurt Signetti, will let him do whatever he wants, however he wants, if he wins. And now he's in the elite eight. He's gotten further to frame. The referee got as the head coach of the Hawkeyes and he was there for a long time. You mentioned Bennett Sturz. And he only had 12 points last time these two teams

played Iowa and Illinois. And because that, Iowa lost that game. Illinois has all the depth. Illinois is a team that you know I was in love with and bet them 16 to 1 to win the title. Oh, by the way, Tampa Bay has come all the way back to tie it up with St. Louis in the ninth with two outs. Carson Williams just drove in a couple runs. The Nick Fortes, the catcher just hit a double. I believe a two run double or an RBI double. It was a hit and run. Oh my goodness. Hit and run with two outs. The second baseman running to cover. The ball was hit to his position. And because the runner Williams, the rookie shortstop was in motion. He scored from first and we have a four four game, Ben. My good. Oh, yeah, he's in. He's in at the plate. They're just showing the replay. What was this at the start? It was a four to one at the start of this inning. And it's now four to four. Zip. It was for Zip. Cardinals added two insurance of the home half of the eighth. That's what I was going to say again, just for the idea of live betting baseball and how funny these numbers are. The rays were getting three and a half runs on the run line. Basically could Tampa even score one

before this game came to a conclusion under the arch. And it was plus three and a half run line for Tampa at plus three 10 plus three 10 if you thought the rays could even cover at three and a half run line underdog. Again, these live numbers are wacky. You can't really necessarily say that's a great bet. Here is why, but there is some common sense that goes with it. And again, some big splashes in this game between the cards and the rays just based on some of these live betting opportunities. I'm so annoyed. I think you heard me in the break. I didn't actually look it up. I go, ooh, the the rays played at a run here. I wonder what they are in the money line. I didn't actually look it up to bed. I pulled my phone out and I got distracted. Oh, I wish I would have bet that number. I'm sure it was north of 15 to 20 to one somewhere in that range. By the way, Dylan Cease's day is done in Toronto, one one top of the sixth. The A's have runners on first and third with one out, but Dylan Cease, five and a third. One earned Ronnie is on the hook for the two runners on base three hits, 12 strikeouts in his debut for the Toronto Blue Jays. And that's why that guy is going to be in the mix for Saiyong. If he can keep his ERA down, he will always have

the dominant strikeout numbers. The question is, can he avoid the walks? Can he avoid some of the hard hits that end up in runs? But Dylan Cease with the 12 strikeouts, that's quite a way to begin your career as a Toronto Blue Jay back to Ben McCollum and this situation against Illinois. I'm on the under in this game, Ben. It's pretty simple. I just think that Ben McCollum is the better coach between him and Brad Underwood. I like Brad Underwood. I bet them, as I mentioned, 16 to one to win the title, but Ben McCollum and Iowa's only chance to win this game is to control it. And we just saw Illinois against Houston. They can be controlled into that style of fight as that game was 24-22 at halftime and ended up going way under the total. I think because it's on a neutral, Iowa has a chance to really slow this thing down. So I went under 139 and a half this morning with Illinois and Iowa, if I was going to bet the spread though, I'd have to think about Iowa, but I don't want to. I don't want to touch that instead of the under the way to go. So I looked at Iowa's team total to the over of 66 and a half because with Illinois's

propensity defensively, they held VCU to 55.83 points per possession. That's really damn good. They held Houston to 55.94 points per possession for the Cougs. That's also really damn good. I don't think Iowa necessarily can slow things down enough for Illinois. It was not a fast team, by the way, 285 in terms of tempo. I don't think Iowa can slow things down enough defensively to make this game a 65-62 rock fight in Iowa stays within the number or even wins outright as the underdog. Again, Illinois is just far too efficient on the offensive side of the four. For most of this year, the most efficient offense we had ever seen in the history of the Ken Palm era that dates back to 1996-97. Purdue has overtaken them. So the best two offences we have seen in the last 30 years in college basketball playing on this elite eight Saturday. Illinois and Iowa is a bitter basketball rivalry, and I mean bitter. These two sides hate each other, especially in college hoops. Illinois has 110 of 11, including a top 20 road game in Iowa

city earlier in the year. In Dustin, in that game, the tallest team in college basketball, which is Illinois 62 percent on their 2-point field goal attempts 18 of 29. Again, Iowa is going to have to score if they want to stay in the game, of which I think the Hawks can do. So I'm on Iowa's team total to the over 66 and a half. Update in Toronto, they bring in a reliever, double play, 1-1, middle of the sixth right now. This is LiveBets Saturday on VeeScent, VeeSports betting network. Oh baby, a lot going on here. Welcome back into LiveBets Saturday. Alongside Ben Stevens, I'm Dustin Sweetleson. We've got the Elite 8 tonight. Two games that we will preview all day long. We've got baseball all over the place. As Ben and I need some runs in this Blue Jays' game, we've got a runner on first though, a lead off runner with Toronto. I'm on the Toronto team total over four and a half. You're on the game total over eight. I don't think we're totally dead yet. It's the sixth inning, but we could use them to start chipping away and adding some runs. The one positive is the one run game. It's a one one game. So both teams are going to have to do something here and be aggressive at the dish to put the ball in play. We've got an extra innings in St. Louis, where Tampa Bay came all the way back in the ninth to tie things up at fours and oh, by the way, they just took the lead in the 10th. A single the other way by Yandhi Diaz. And the raise now lead five to four. Nobody out in the 10th inning. You're in game

totals 11 and a half. Tampa's a minus 317 favorite and the Cardinals are plus 222 the other way. There's some value, I think, on having the team that is batting in the home spot. Of course, St. Louis under the arch with a big plus money price in Major League Baseball in extra innings. Remind me of I'm incorrect. We are still starting with a runner on second and regular season extra innings. Right. So in those extra frames, you always have a great chance. You literally start with a runner in scoring position. And we have seen some wild swings here. Now Tampa could not be done in the top of the 10th. Five four total 11 and a half. The odds makers expecting some more runs plus money on that over. By the way, just drop the 10 and a half. Now, you've kind of plus money on the under rip plus 180. Interesting numbers, though, in terms of the money line perspective at minus 252. In terms of the game that we both need some more offense from. If we could get like an extra innings game in Toronto, that would be great for the play game total of eight to the over and for the blue jays team total over four and a half. The only thing I will say Dylan Cease is

now done. He was sensational. One on run today, 12Ks in his blue jays debut, Jeffrey Springs, the starter for the a's still out there. He has been great now in his second season and his first start of that second year as an athletic as we get into the bullpen. If this game stays close and competitive and we go back and forth a little bit, I still think we could potentially be in play. The odds don't agree. Live total is four and a half for a game that already features two total runs. The over has some hefty juice at least at minus 174. But I'm not exactly giving up all hope just yet for this game up in the six. Now you have to also factor in bullpen usage. These two teams played on Friday. So it is a back to back for them. We're not every team did that with the staggered schedule to begin the season. And they used a few other key guys. Now they didn't use Harris. They didn't use lighter. They did use Barlow though in the game yesterday did the a's. So something worked under their bar. Oh, they did use Harris. Barlow Harris and Sterner were used for the a's in the end there. So yeah, you know what? Lighters the only one who wasn't used mark lighter junior

of their key guys. So there's a chance we could get some runs here from a susceptible bullpenks. I highly doubt we're going to see them back to back days. Now in St. Louis and Tampa Bay, the one thing that would concern me about backing the cards at a plus price is who's due up for them the following inning because it's the bottom of the order. That is the problem. It looks like it's Jordan Walker who I thought was going to be a superstar and really none of it's come to fruition. And then it's Victor Scott who's all speed. And then it's top of the order with weather hole to who's one for four today. The rookie another guy that's going to be in the mix for and a rookie of the year. That would be my only concern. However, here's what I'll say. You begin with the runner on second. If Walker puts the ball on play and Victor Scott maybe there's an infield hit aspect with his legs there. If he can turn it over to the top, I don't hate the idea of the top of the order driving in a run. But I'm just a big concern about them bridging the gap and getting back to flip this thing over. JJ weather hole home run in his major league baseball

debut for St. Louis on Thursday. So a little bit of pop there if we can get back to that top of the lineup. And again, you just have a runner in scoring position if St. Louis can piece some things together. They were leading four zip and during the ninth in Tampa has now taken a lead in extras. By the way, your Orioles today leading one zip top of the third against Minnesota in Camden yards. Now minus 313 on that money line ranger still in front one zip pirates and the bets still tied at zero zero. The reds two runs. Did Ellie know the crews helping that run production at all in the way to American small park. That's a good call. Let me check you on that game. I've got a lot of tabs open right now. It's kind of like I was 17 years old discovered over the internet. My parents went out for a few hours. It's like that all over again over here. So let's see how did that go? It was south Stewart the rookie drove in a run here and then Suarez drove in another. My my sonny Gray bet does not look great from being fully transparent. Second

inning. He's at 48 pitches. I don't think we're going over that 16 and a half total outs for one sunny gray. So that is a bit concerning there. And I look up and they flip that game over to the Orioles and Kyle Bradish gets me my third strike out. We're on over six and a half punchouts at plus $1.17. He has three through three. We also laid a half run first five with the O's against Minnesota. As we go to the middle of the third inning there, they lead one to nothing minus 351 favorites

and plus 249 the other way with the Twinkies. Uh oh, the Texas Rangers. They lead three nothing on the fight and fills. Yeah. Aranola, perhaps what we saw last year. That may be what Aranola has become, unfortunately, a guy who was an ace who a few years ago pitched like a sad young candidate. He did not look good last year. He looked a little bit better in the world baseball classic, but this is not a good start to the season for him as he's gotten tagged. Oh, you know what? Yeah, three earned runs, two and two thirds, three hits for him, two home runs. Jake Berger with the other bomb as seeker homer to the first Berger homer here in the second. And it's now three run three nothing, Texas. Yeah, Jacob DeGron scratched. It is one of the reasons that we were looking a little bit at could the Phillies get to Jacob Lats who was battling maybe for a rotational spot or at least was in spring training. The Phillies were still a minus 154 pregame favorite. It is still early. It is still the third inning. Two and a half runs live

run line is what Philadelphia is now catching as the underdog minus one 15 live total also eight and a half. The over has the juice at minus 123 not saying it's a great bet, but if you are of the belief that the Phillies will eventually get to Lats and you've already got three runs out of the Rangers, maybe looking at that live total to the over minus 123 that juice on the over three four spot four Texas today. Really good. Corey seeker the solo shot friend and M O a base hit to start this third inning and then Jake Berger takes advantage with a two run home run as well. A little bit concerning if you are Philadelphia and aeronol is in this spot. Of course, we'll be without Zach Wheeler for some time. A Christmas for Sanchez. Looked incredible. In the opening day debut for him this year and the Phillies are going to be a very formidable side in the N L East. I've got my eye on that over of eight and a half if the Phillies offense can pick it up a little bit here. They still have not come to bat in the third inning. End of the sixth and Toronto and the Blue Jays did just take the lead, Ben. It's two to one. Toronto with the lead Dalton Varsho drove in Vlad Guerrero Jr. So now they're up. I still need

three more runs to go over the four and a half team total there, but current in game number is Toronto minus 439. Three to one with the A's in the total is five and a hook. If you're wondering why things got a little bit loud here, I believe there's a bachelor party next to me at the tee as there's a group about to get after it here at Bar Canada, which is the most underrated place to get a drink and hang out, watch games and all of Las Vegas back. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that sounds like a great time. I'm sure they are going to enjoy elite eight Saturday night that needs to start sooner rather than later. Just quickly wanted to bring this up Dustin Cardinals about to come to bat in the home half of the 10th now in extras. That line is dropped to just minus one 65 money line in favor of the race plus one 26. If you want to back the red roof with a chance, we have nine total runs Tampa up five four to go over nine and a half minus one 42. Of course, it is extra innings in the regular season, a runner starts in scoring position on second four St. Louis. Yeah, so the over nine and a half would be minus one 56 or

you can take the Cardinals at plus one 15. You'd have to think about the Cardinals at plus one 15 if you think a run is going to be scored because one, they could walk it off too. If they tie it back up and you know Tampa Bay comes a bat again, you could still get a plus price the other way potentially if things work out in your favor. So Jordan Walker at the dish. And here's the thing is, I don't know who's pitching right now for Oh, it's Griffin jacks. They brought in the closure Griffin jacks. I don't know if I be willing to go there and take St. Louis, although that number did just move. It's minus one 14 both ways as jacks looks like Oh, two pitches haven't struck, uh, struggle commanding the strike zone right now.
