1:00Right. You know what? Die. You missed the story I did. It's going to be hot again tomorrow. I heard. I heard. I turned off all local news channels in here. I can't. I can't look anymore. All right. So last time we're talking about Tim Virtua is calling Karen Bass before a congressional subcommittee on all the stolen homelessness money. But she won't come. She doesn't want to talk about that. So she's going to subpoena her and he expects that she'll probably end up taking. She'll be doing a Fauci because she's not going to admit to everything she knows or everything. She's done. But she got billions missing. And she was accosted on a podcast about why don't you do what the San Ana mayor does? Not by the way, the San Ana mayor is a middle-aged Hispanic woman, Democrat.

2:00Okay. It's not some not some right wing, not from Idaho. Valerie and Mesquite. And she simply says we're not tolerating this anymore. Period. You go to mental health treatment. You got a drug treatment. We send you back to your family or you go to jail. So Bass was confronted about this on a podcast. God forbid one of the local TV reporters would do this. And she invoked, she tried to hide behind Sheriff Luna saying, well, Sheriff Luna says they're they don't have any room in the jails. You can always make new jail space. You can always stop spending money and enriching your friends with the homeless gift and start converting some of the empty buildings into you don't have to turn them into full blown prisons. Just a place to put people until they spend a few days in jail.

3:05And maybe they'll slowly get tired of being rounded up and put into jail and rounded up and put into jail. You could certainly build one of those places. 10 of those places you, that's what you should do with our tax money. Rather than make people step over dead bodies, deal with rats, fleas, typhus, needles, faceys, crazy people waving bats, crazy people waving machetes, spend a few bucks and come up with some kind of detention cell for them till they get the message. And I will say this Sheriff Luna apparently is not handling his jails very well. Because bail is sale. He just issued a press release from the Department of Justice, the Civil Rights Division. And they wrote a letter to Sheriff Luna that's been publicized. We write to inform you that the US Department of Justice is commencing an investigation into the men's central jail operated by the LA County Sheriff's Department. The department will conduct this investigation under the Civil Rights of Institutionalized

4:09Persons Act. During this investigation, the department will determine whether the county violates the eighth and 14th amendments, the Constitution by failing to provide environmentally safe, humane, and habitable conditions for prisoners incarcerated at the men's county jail. We have not reached any conclusions about this subject. And during the investigation, we will consider all relevant information. And if there are no constitutional violations, we'll notify you that we're closing the investigation. So Sheriff Luna and his jail system is now officially under a federal investigation. As is Gavin Newsom, by the way, and his wife, as is Karen Bass now with the homelessness situation. And Deborah mentioned this in her newscast, Rick Scott, who we've had on the show, a couple of times is the Republican Senator from Florida. And he went off on Bass and Newsom. They have for almost a year were fused to turn over documents relating to the Palisades fire.

5:14These people are unbelievable. She hasn't show up for her hearing and she won't give up documents related to the fire. Mayor Bass, Governor Newsom, see more interested in advancing their political ambitions than serving the Americans that elected them. Yes, if only the people here in California figured this out, but they haven't. The public deserves answers. We're going to get them. One request to the LA Fire Department wanted records concerning the department's preparation for the fire. I could send in a record. There was none. The deployment of firefighters and equipment ahead of the wind event. There was none as well as communications with Bass and Newsom's office. There was none. Senator Johnson and I have been requesting documents for a year. Maybe there aren't documents because they didn't prepare for anything. There weren't any meetings. There weren't any phone calls. There weren't any plans. Maybe there is nothing there because they didn't do anything.

6:16They didn't care. Scott's office said Bass and Newsom have stonewalled the investigation. That is the play now. Because nobody in the media makes a big enough ruckus to force them. This stuff didn't used to happen on every single issue. Where you just refuse to testify. You refuse to be interviewed. You refuse to speak. You refuse to hand over documents. You stonewall everything. You deny everything. No, no, this is the new age. Because they've realized people are busy scrolling and they're not paying attention. And they've lost interest. Here's another one. Newsom threatened by the feds with an audit over campaign travel records. People I didn't know where he's getting the money for all these,

7:17yeah, because he's running for president, but he's pretending he's not running for president. And he's spending money in order to go to South Carolina. 8:18I need to be entertained on Friday. And you're not going to believe this one. This is another special from Christopher Rufo and Madeline Rally from the city journal. Another investigative piece. Oh, we're all familiar with the, it's been around for decades. All the Nigerian scams on the internet, the Nigerian tribal chiefs, who will make you millions of dollars if you just contact them and give them over. Give them your bank account information. And then he'll give you a million dollars. And people fall for it all the time. I know somebody's fallen for two scams, not a Nigerian scam, but two. This happens a lot. Well, there's a chief. The Christopher Rufo wrote about named Nathan Agabattu.

9:20And he is the head of a tribe or some kind of special community in Nigeria called the Abatee tribe. And he's very wealthy. And he's got a company called California Home Health Agency. He's the CEO. He gets all his revenue from California taxpayers, providing in-home medical care and specialty treatments. You may see where this is going. Well, according to Christopher Rufo's story, he has gotten really wealthy by siphoning them off tax money into his California Home Health Agency. And I guess, I mean, he's a real chief. He's got this weird red hat and a white feather sticking up from the hat. And he's wearing like these long necklaces,

10:23some kind of white robe outfit. Listen to the story from Christopher Rufo. This is Abatee Nigeria and chief Nathan Agabattu, a arriving in a motorcade to his newly built palace. The locals call him the Oedle and believe he's half man, half God. But Agabattu, a didn't make his fortune in Nigeria. He struck it rich by building California's Medicaid system more than $36 million. And the experts tell us it has all the red flags for fraud. Let's start at the beginning. In 2013, Nathan Agabattu, a founded a company called California Home Health Agency. According to Medicaid data, the California government paid the chief modest amounts between 2018 and 2021. Then his fortunes changed. In 2022, his billing suddenly went up to $4 million. In 2023, up to $17 million.

11:24And in 2024, another $13 million. After hitting it rich, chief Nathan and his wife snapped up luxury properties in California. They bought this $2.7 million mansion in Riverside. This $2 million house near the beach and this $1.4 million commercial property. Most of it in cash. He also sent massive sums of money back to Abatete in Nigeria. He built this palace, hosted lavish ceremonies, and even constructed these golden statues of himself and his wife. The place, the interest of Abatete has expressed in all my credit and official transaction. We wanted to figure out if any of this was real. We knew that California is riddled with Medicaid fraud. And the experts told us his billing patterns are extremely suspicious. So we went to the company's office in Riverside and asked to meet the chief.

12:24Yeah, but he's not available though. He's been solved here. After that, we went to the chief's mansion at Riverside to give him a final chance to explain himself. He refused to come to the door, but we got him on the phone and he told us that looking into his business was racist. After hanging up the phone, the chief told us to call his lawyer, Wilfred Acha. Acha has been disbarred by the federal U.S. tax court suspended by the California state bar multiple times and is currently at risk of losing his law license. He never returned our calls. Oh, there's more. Let's see. Oh, the names knows Nathan Ogbato. By the way, they speak IGBO. That is the local language, i.e. GBO. And they call them half man, half God.

13:26Well, half man, half God, oh, oh, Gbato bought a Riverside home for $330,000. They purchased a $2.7 million mansion in Riverside, a $2 million beach house, a million half dollar third Riverside property. And in two years, they bought $7 million worth of homes. They have a home in Redondo Beach that was tied to another Nigerian family. And this home was used as collateral for the bail bond of Tamara Motley sentenced to prison three years ago for submitting $24 million worth of fraudulent Medicare claims. Motley was married to former Nigerian Senator Ahmed Ogbato, whom the Ohbagati's named as a defendant in a lawsuit. We drove to the California Home Health agency location in a Strip Mall in Riverside, Rufo writes, the blinds were shut tight as we knocked on the door after a

14:30while a woman answered and told us to call Nathan. We showed her a photo of the chief Nathan Ogbato in Abatete standing in front of a gold statue of himself at his wife Agnes. She said, yes, that is Ogbato in the photo. Then we drove to the Ogbato's six bedrooms, six bathroom mansion. The gates were closed. We called, asked to talk, but Nathan himself brushed us off saying he didn't have the time. He claims he wasn't the chief of Abatete and the investigation will go nowhere. He was crowned chief in 2012. There's a YouTube video showing the ceremony and the acceptance speech. And he paid for a palace for himself roads and renovations in the town. So the people there love him. It's all with your Medicare, Medicaid, tax dollars, Nathan Ogbato just the latest and a long, long line of Nigerian scams.

15:31And Newsom is cool with it. So is Rob Bonta, the attorney general. So vote for Bonta, vote for Biserra and you'll get more of this. They don't care and they don't think you care. There is a endeavor. I'm going to say something that some women may take offense at, but there's something wrong with an increasing percentage of women in this country. There really is. And it's exemplified. They are among the the

18:39most important. The most important. They're the ones who are voting for people like Gavin Newsom. And we saw an example here where there were nine jurors that were on the line female jurors on the Lindsey Clancy case, the woman who strangled her three kids. And all nine women wanted wanted to let her go to clear her not guilty by reason of insanity. And they did a, they didn't interview with an NBC station channel 10. And I'm going to get their names because these people should be known by what's going on here. They're the four person is Ronnie Carlson, Paula Devlin and Kelly Farina. So you're going to hear these three women. You haven't heard this yet. They talked about their anger and frustration with the only juror, a male who said that Lindsey Clancy was guilty. And the thing is these, these women, first of all,

19:43the three women look like they wear masks much of the time. It was those kinds of women, all right. And there's a mask come back on the left side. There's a lot of people getting COVID now. I'm serious. I'm not, I'm not saying that people should or should not wear masks, but COVID is back. I went to a veterinarian the other day to pick up some special food for my cat. And I went to the pet store to get some crickets for the lizard. All right. That was my pet run on Sunday afternoon. You know how many people wear masks at veterinary clinic and how many people wear masks at pet co, including the employees? It's weird. I walk into those places regularly. Lots of masks. Is there something about dog owners? I don't see masks. So when I take my dogs to the vet, you're not in like the semi-final. I'm not in your hoity-toity area. They're crazy. Anyway, listen to these three Lindsey Clancy jurors and listen to their frustration. The last woman is

20:46particularly insane. Roll this. He was very arrogant. He really did not take anything that anybody said. The nurses, he tried to ask a question about the medications and we went back to the report from social hospital. We had the toxicology report. We could see exactly the amounts. The nurses in the road spoke. That was a very recent event. I'm not sure if the road is the right word. So I spoke to that specific thing. That was a question that he had. And he just completely disregarded the information that we gave him. I mean, he had reasonable doubt. He admitted he had reasonable doubt. After we watched that video of the interview, I think that's what it was. He admitted he had reasonable doubt. And I started filling out the forms. I was so excited. I actually did with three forms. I had a fill out. And I started filling the mouth. I was so excited. The woman strangled her three kids and this woman is so

21:54excited to let her off. Place some more. Place some more. I did with three forms. I had a fill out. And I started filling the mouth. I wrote my signature on each one. And then he said, but I'm still not going to say that she's not guilty by reason of incident. I'm not sure if the road is the right word. So but every one of us in the hours of a frustration would get up and walk the room. Because you just couldn't say the wrong. And would all go into the cart with the exhibits. He he I think got up to the cart once very quickly and went back to a seat. He would not he would not interact with us and and try to understand we read him on numerous occasions the definition of a reasonable doubt. He drank Jackson's instruction.

22:56He actually said one day in the end, well, we have the judge come in and read it again. And we were like, no, we have it in front of us. We don't need that. And we would highlight it. And you know, so and so this is the definition of reason of doubt. But he had the hardest time getting off the fact that Lindsey viciously killed her children. He had the hardest time dealing with the fact that Lindsey viciously killed her children. Was she aware of what she was saying there? Of course, he did. Most people feel that way. I don't know what was going on in this little witch's covering with these with these ladies. But they believe in a child sacrifice. Katie Grimes wrote a piece today, California Globe. And she's talking about these women and the

23:56women, the female supporters, the people who are cheering on the road sides. I watched some of that video video again today. And Katie said, it's a psychological disease. She quotes a headline, clancy supporters empathize with Lindsey and blame the husband. Blame the husband. This is like TikTok nonsense. She sent the husband out of the house so that he wouldn't stop her from killing the kids. And then she quotes some statistics here. Women today are taking more prescription meds than ever before, especially mental health medication. 25% of women report taking mental health pills in the past year, prescription pills. Anti-depressant use among women has risen over the last 15 years while remaining flat for men.

24:5756% of white women ages 18 to 29 who identified as liberal or very liberal said a doctor had diagnosed them with a mental health condition. I got more on this when we come back. And I got more audio to play about these Lindsey Clancy jurors because we got a fourth juror that's weighed in who's just as nuts as the first three. So it looks like child sacrifice is back as part of our culture now. Here's, let's say a crazy, these women are they absolutely fell in love with the with the attorney for for for Clancy that old white haired guy play play the clip here cut to his whole demeanor. Yeah, it was funny. And there was one time, whatever he said, I don't know, but I went listen to that. He was entertaining, which was good because we needed some about and arrogant. Wait, stop. We needed some of that. We needed some jokes. It's a downer to have to look at the photos of the three strangled kids. Oh, that's depressing. And I didn't

He would go back and forth between that. Yeah, like compassionate. Yes. And his with his arrogance, his compassion for the hold on. How entertaining and arrogant, but he had compassion with his arrogance. Kevin Reddington is the guy. You believe these these these cooks. I never want to hear a lecture about the jury system ever again for the rest of my life. I had the prosecution let this crowd on. You need to find more men on the jury. All right, I'm going to cut them off. I want you to hear a fourth juror who kind of wobbled. She thought she was guilty, but then changed her mind. Play cut

29:12three. I think that this was a woman who knew she was not mentally healthy. She was someone that was in the smiles of a significant mental health crisis. I really just felt like she was so deep in it that she couldn't see her way out. And so you kind of like describe, sorry, just tell me a little more about like the the evolution for you because I'm I'm interested because you mentioned how there were so many strong personalities in there, but then tell me how you kind of you know, you you change a little bit. Because at the end of the day, there was so much doubt. You know, the prosecution had a figure of, you know, smoking gun. There was not a single moment to go that presentation or that case. Hold on, hold on. Stop, stop, stop. The prosecution didn't have a smoking gun. The children were dead and the mom admitted this. What do they smoking gun? They were saying she

30:16did it. The out was she's insane. But they never they never argued they never argued that she didn't kill the kids. What was this girl smoking? There was no smoking gun? Oh my there was no gun. It was her exercise bands. Play some more. You know, the prosecution had a figure of, you know, smoking gun. There was a moment to go that presentation or that case that you could say, oh, yeah, 100% uncertainty did it or that she didn't do it. There was too much gray area. Too much gray area. I just felt like the only way to get justice for work for Korra Dawson and Callan and Patrick and her parents and everyone else that was closest was to get her the help that she never really needed.

31:18So she wanted justice for the three kids and the husband. So I guess she thought well, the husband didn't do it. So she was a gray area as to whether she did. That makes none of that makes sense. Total total gibberish. No more jury system. When we come back, we're having we're having the mayor satan on. All right, you got to hear this.
