少年时代起，萧语富就对古生物化石非常着迷，他花上所有的时间和金钱参观国内外博物馆的古生物展览，也因此结识德国古生物修复世家，并破例获得认可到德国，跟着团队学习这项家传技术。1996年他回到台湾成立石尚企业，全球各地博物馆、古生物研究单位大大小小珍贵的化石标本，从暴龙、长毛象，都在石尚清修室内完工。“对于一个专业的古生物展陈来讲，从空间的展示，到物件的装架，必须要面面俱到去考量。所以我们在做古生物装架时用什么样的体态，它是飞，是奔，是跑，或坐，或卧，都要结合空间去装架。在很多博物馆看到的恐龙装架，它就只是直挺挺地站在那边，那是因为一般的古生物的修复和装架师是技工，对古生物的动态学不是很了解。”
