Karmelo Anthony Is WAY WORSE Than We Thought

0:00loves came off in a Colon County Courthouse today. Defense attorneys went first and they shared a disturbing history of violent behavior by Austin Metcalf. And it appears tomorrow is going to be no different. Our JD Miles tonight has a 75 page document that's going to be presented tomorrow taking a deep look into Carmelo Anthony's past. So on this channel, we've covered the Carmelo Anthony case from start to finish. We've been on it since we had the incident first reported that a 17 year old boy named Carmelo Anthony decided to stab Austin Metcalf in the chest at a track meet under intent after an argument. And as I told you from the jump from day one, it very much looked like based on the evidence that was put forward initially that Carmelo Anthony was in fact guilty of homicide. But of course, we had to go through the trial. Of course, we had to go through all the different conspiracy theories related to the whole case, trying to blame Austin Metcalf and his brother for supposedly jumping him and all the other different various things that a lot of

1:00black activists ended up making up about this case in order to make Carmelo Anthony seemed justified. And I had pointed out time and time again throughout this process that the people who support Carmelo Anthony don't support him because they actually believe that he's innocent. They support him because they know he's guilty, but they're happy at the fact that a black young man ended up murdering a white young man. And that was something that they took joy in. And this is something that we've seen across the internet from day one of these people are celebrating Austin Metcalf's death. They're AI photoshopping themselves pissing on his alleged grave and they're doing all sorts of nasty and reprehensible things as they push forward on this racial narrative. Now, of course, right now we're currently in the appeal stage and what they're doing in terms of an appeal strategy is they're trying to make the case that there was inadequate representation for Carmelo Anthony at trial. And the reason they're doing this is because in order to get a new trial, you have to argue one of two things. First and foremost, you have to argue that there's new evidence that wasn't available at the time of

2:01the trial or wasn't known at the time of the trial in order to make the case that that evidence would have changed the mind of the jury. But apps in that all you really have are constitutional or procedural violations. And this is what was being put forward by the new defense team for Carmelo Anthony alleging that there were some kind of bad representation shady dealings between the defense team and the prosecutor and all of this prevented Carmelo Anthony from being deemed by a jury to be an innocent, but the angel Aladdin who didn't do nothing wrong and actually stabbed Austin Metcalf in self defense. And one of the things that we discovered is that there was an agreement between the defense and the prosecution to essentially suppress the backgrounds of both Austin Metcalf and Carmelo Anthony, not presented before jury in order to make sure that the jury focus on the incident that actually happened rather than the prior bad acts of each individual. And the reason this was decided this way because it's actually up to the defense in the state of Texas is because

3:02despite the fact that you will hear from a lot of people on black social media that Austin Metcalf has this crazy destructive background. The fact is Carmelo Anthony's background is objectively worse. It's objectively a larger red flag. And this is what we're going to talk about today. Carmelo Anthony was dressed in a suit and tie for this morning's hearing, which began with the defense arguing that efforts by the trial judge and prosecutors to combat threats and deal with disruptions actually prevented Anthony from getting an open and fair trial. But bombshell testimony came this afternoon from Anthony's trial attorney, Mike Howard about Austin Metcalf's background report that was never presented to the jury. So since I've been gone, I've seen a lot of different people cover this story. And essentially what ends up happening in the overwhelming majority of cases is that people will only cover half

4:02the story. If you're somebody who thinks Carmelo Anthony is guilty, you're only going to cover the history of Carmelo Anthony. And if you're somebody who likes the fact that Carmelo Anthony murdered a white person, and you support him for that even though you know he's guilty, guess what you're only going to cover the Austin Metcalf history, which I find to be reprehensible. So what we're going to do on this channel is go over Austin Metcalf's past first. And the reason we're going to do this is because I believe that nothing in his past justifies Carmelo Anthony's murder. But it's important for you guys to get all of the information, get all of the facts. So that way you can make your assessment on whether or not it was a good idea for this information to be suppressed before a jury. And the reason I'm bringing this up is because it was up to the defense. And what they assess based on looking at the backgrounds of both Anthony and Metcalf was that it would come out worse in the wash for Carmelo Anthony if all this information was presented before jury. But without further ado, let us get into what we found out about Austin Metcalf because to be

5:03clear, it is quite troubling. Metcalf and his brother Hunter were once caught spray painting graffiti, including KKK, Kill all blacks and Hyl Hitler along with the inward and were sentenced to 12 months of juvenile probation. Records reveal they reportedly told authorities we did some dumb stuff. We did some vandalism. So right there from the jump in terms of the court of public opinion for black social media, Austin Metcalf is already guilty. He is deserving of murder. But the fact is what we have right here is a bad instance of vandalism. Obviously, it's racially tinge vandalism. And yeah, he was held accountable for this. But of course, this was years ago. This is why he got juvenile probation for this along with his brother. And to be clear, we need to understand that both of these individuals were 17 in 2025. So a lot of the information that we're talking about about their past goes back as far as age 10 years old for both of these individuals. So yeah, this is something that is out there. This is something that

6:04the defense says should have been presented before a jury. And obviously, if you have enough black jurors on the case in this particular case, then the defense probably should have presented this because they would have probably considered this mitigating factor. Although again, this has really nothing to do with the case. There are several documented instances of Austin using racial slurs in school. Now, we also have the reports of racial slurs. And again, this is all stuff that is fuel to the fire for the black activists that like the fact that Austin met, Kaffa was murdered. And again, are trying to work backwards and try to find a justification for this. We also have some instances of bullying one in 2023 and one in 2018. And in 2023, Austin was accused of bullying a black student in class in 2018, while still in elementary school, Austin and his brother were accused of bullying and assaulting a female, which led to his arrest. And again, while both of these instances are, in fact, a red flag, they are something to be concerned about, let us take note of the fact that

7:04Austin met, Kaffa was either 14 or 15 at the time of that 2023 instance. And he was likely 10 years old at the time of the 2018 one in 2018, while still in elementary school, Austin and his brother were accused of bullying and assaulting a female, which led to his arrest during an argument in 2024 with another female student, Austin allegedly knocked her to the ground and punched her in the stomach. He was also kicked out of a football game and texted someone later. I was about to beat the expletive out of those kids at a previous track meet when another student alerted Austin that someone not in their team quote behind our bench was talking wild Austin reportedly replied, kill that MF. Now if you're the defense, obviously right here, the background of four Austin Metcalf is pretty favorable to you right now at this moment in isolation. Here you have a kid with anger issues. Here you have a kid with violent instances, although I will point out that a lot of those violent instances date back to when he was 10 years old.

8:04During the 2023 2024 school year, he received in school suspension twice school disciplinary records from April 2022 to May 2024 revealed that Austin reportedly called a teacher the B word and used profanity. He told a school official that he couldn't control it and wasn't aware that it was coming out of his mouth. In 2024 on at least five occasions, Austin saw a counselor regarding his anger and rage during a football game. In 2021, he got banned from attending basketball games for a season after yelling profanity at a player. Metcalf also got suspended after he and another student were talking about bringing a gun to school the following day. But the fact is right now at this moment, if you just have this information and it's not being presented before a jury, you might be remiss to wonder why the defense didn't go in this direction, especially when you're trying to argue a self defense case. But the thing is in the state of Texas, they have rules that are a little bit different than what we've experienced

9:06before related to propensity evidence and for those you who are unaware, propensity evidence is prior bad acts that would indicate that because they did this before, that means they're guilty now. And it's something that is usually disallowed in courts of law in the United States of America because it's overwhelmingly biased to a jury. But in Texas, they have another rule, another layer to this, which essentially says that if the defense wants to go down this route and talk about the supposed victim or the alleged victim in a potential self defense case, then the prior bad acts of the actual defended can come into play. That is something that we can analyze as well. And we can compare and contrast the two. So if you're a defense attorney, you not only have to look at the background information of the person who's the alleged victim according to the state and try to go into their prior bad acts, but you also have to look into, of course, your own clients bad acts, your own clients history in order to determine whether or not that is going to outweigh what you have from the Metcalf boy. And unfortunately for Carmell

10:06Anthony's team and his defenders, his prior bad acts definitely 100% do outweigh Austin Metcalf. But the never before release details of Anthony's early years in Louisiana up to the day of his arrest for murder are also disturbing. On the day that Carmell O'Anthony would fatally stab Austin Metcalf, prosecutors say he sent this text message at 1 a.m., which said, quote, I'm low key on the verge and then emphasized it later in the morning on April 2nd, 2025. And hours before Anthony would kill Metcalf with a knife at a high school track meet. Prosecutors say Anthony's girlfriend reported to a Centennial high school staff member that Anthony was engaging in stalking behavior to include but not limited to driving by her home and refusing to allow her to end their relationship. So right now at this moment, you may not think that the Carmell Anthony background actually outweighs Austin Metcalf, but we will get into this a little bit further. But I also want to highlight for

11:07you guys out there in the audience, the difference in the dates of the information that was being presented because we have information related to Austin Metcalf that goes back to 2018 when he was around 10 years old. And he and his brother were pushing a girl that was in their class in their elementary school down onto the ground in an instance of bullying. You compare contrast that to what we have right here. And it's Carmello Anthony, the morning of the stabbing saying he's low key on the verge and of course, the girlfriend reporting that Carmello Anthony was engaged in stalking kind of behavior because she broke up with them. And of course, that was not something that Carmello Anthony wanted to accept. Now, one of the things that you guys might not remember from the trial, but I certainly do. But the one person who testified that he knew Carmello Anthony in the Memorial High School tent at the time of this incident, the one that Carl Anthony ended up greeting, he said that he wasn't really friends with Carmello Anthony. He was friends with Carmello Anthony's girlfriend. And I don't know how recent the breakup is or anything of the

12:08sword. I don't know if this is the other girl that's still supporting Carmello Anthony or what exactly is going on right there. But I would be very interested to know if the girl that reported Carmello Anthony from stalking is the same girl that made the connection with this individual, which might actually give some explanatory value on why Carmello Anthony was actually under that tent, possibly trying to harass and contact friends of her because again, he wasn't letting her out of the relationship. But wait, they're significantly more information. Also, in the 75 page filing, prosecutors say Anthony had previously been accused of stealing his girlfriend's phone. And in October 2024, wrote a to do list for his girlfriend about how to deal with quote weird oaks, which included the line say some slick like my boyfriend kill people. There are also text messages where he admits on at least two occasions to punching girls in the face. Now, look, I'm willing to dismiss the tell people your boyfriend kill people kind of thing as just talking crap back in the day.

13:10And I'm also willing to dismiss the idea that Carmello Anthony admitted to hitting two girls in the face because if you look at the dates, that's back in 2021. So we're talking about when Carmello Anthony was 13 years old. And if I'm going to say Austin Metcalf and his brother doing something at age 10 is not that big of a deal. I'm not going to hold Carmello Anthony to a higher standard. But again, we have him typing this stuff out and saying stuff like this on the day of that I think is more crucial. But just so you understand the backgrounds of these kids at this moment in time is actually quite similar. Prosecutors also found text messages from 2021 between Anthony and another student about robbing some one of $300. There are also text messages where Anthony talks about a fight and punching someone so hard he had to stop fighting. In 2023, prosecutors say Anthony told a friend he was going to vandalize someone's house in Austin saying, quote, I just feel like it. I got a grudge in 2021.

14:11Anthony told a friend he had been suspended from school for three days for fighting saying, quote, they said, next time I do some, I get recommended for expulsion. Now again, a lot of this is jumbled. We're going from 2021 to 2023 back to 2021. But what we're seeing right here is again, a similar pattern of fighting from Carbohydra. Anthony, we also have him admitting to committing robberies and whatnot and those go back to when he was around age 13. So yeah, this is a trouble kid. The painted picture of him as this swell student who never did anything wrong is absolutely false. But right now at this moment, you may not think that this is escalated beyond what we saw for Metcalf, although I will point out that we have a similar amount of suspensions. We have violent instances that we even have him admitting to hitting a girl, which you could say is worse because it sounds like he punched those two girls in Carmel Anthony's messages versus Austin Metcalf, getting in trouble for pushing a girl. The text conversation with the friend in 2023 prosecutors have

15:11messages from Anthony where he wrote, I'm going to shoot the school up tomorrow with my blick. But later since messages saying I would never actually do that in a 2024 text thread, prosecutors say Anthony admitted to carrying a firearm telling a friend before a party that he would have the gun in my pocket. There are other message threads where Anthony also mentions carrying a gun. Look, the school shooting joke is in fact no joke to a lot of people. Obviously, and it's interesting that we have this kind of threat of bringing a weapon to school from both individuals. However, we actually have photos of Carmel Anthony with a fire arm and this is an under 18. So this is illegal for him to possess. And it just gives you an idea of the kind of character that we're dealing with. And I will remind you that one of those last messages was from November of 2024. And this incident actually happened again, April 2nd of 2025. So we're not talking about that much of a distance between these two messages, which again, when you compare and contrast that to what we saw from Austin Metcalf, much

16:13of his history is way further in the past than a shoe for Carmelo Anthony. After numerous suspensions for fighting while attending school in Louisiana, there are messages between Anthony and his girlfriend after he moved to Frisco. In one message thread, she suggests he should sit for a while and he replied, yeah, and punch people maybe run sometimes. I have to. It's like a priority for me. I like punching people. When I get mad, I see red. When I get mad, I black out. When I get mad, I can't control myself. Prosecutors also produce messages where Anthony admits to getting high and drinking alcohol and even talking about selling drugs to get guns. Now again, none of this stuff is good in terms of the temperament of Carmelo Anthony that he's admitting when he gets mad, he sees red. He blacks out. He wants to punch people and run away. He just enjoys hurting people because obviously this is a poor reflection of his character. And while a lot of these messages are in 2023, age 15, remember that you compare and contrast that to

17:13some of the instances with Austin Metcalf. We're talking about in and around the same time. But by contrast, you had Austin Metcalf have to go to counseling, have to talk about and try to control his anger, but Carmelo Anthony seems to be embracing his anger. And by the way, again, you can understand based on these messages, then the much longer dossier from Carmelo Anthony, why his team decided that this information should not be shown to the jury. Now, of course, we have some information about him using drugs, which may just be marijuana and whatnot. And honestly, I don't really put much stock into that because their teenagers experimenting with marijuana is no big deal to me. But of course, the thing that everybody is highlighting is later on. And I think we should just jump into that. In 2024, prosecutors say Anthony even attempted to assault a teacher saying, I put my hands in face and everything. Also in 2024, messages obtained by prosecutors suggest Anthony tried to bring a weapon into the state fair of Texas, asking

18:14a friend if the state fair got metal detectors when he was told, yes, his friend responded, you got the poker? Yeah, I might have to toss it replied Anthony. Prosecutors say Anthony admitted to stealing a watch and ear buds in separate burglaries in Colin County. And also to bringing a weapon onto a Frisco school campus, saying this about his girlfriend. She went in my bag to get my computer and I said no. And she still went in it and grabbed it and my gun and my knife and some other stuff fell out. There are numerous unreleased photos and videos of Anthony holding firearms and making threats. And authorities found a note on Anthony's phone with a long list of disturbing racial tropes and slurs about black swites and Hispanics. Now again, that is a lot we have a comical Anthony threatening or talking about how he is ready to assault the teacher. We have him trying to bring a weapon into a state fair. We have him bringing a weapon onto a Frisco school campus. We have him talking about how his girlfriend went through his bag and his gun and his knife ended up falling out of that bag.

19:16And of course, we have multiple different photos of comical Anthony holding weapons. And of course, we have a whole host of messages and information from him where he's talking all this racial crap about all these different groups of people. Now notice again, depending on who's covering it, how little information you get about this about Carmelo Anthony. And this is because these people don't actually care about the facts. They don't care about the evidence. And they want to make it seem like Carmelo Anthony's defense attorney for no reason didn't go after Austin Metcalf, even though again, it just doesn't make a logical sense unless he thought this was significantly worse for them to not try to drag Austin Metcalf's name through the mud if you're trying to make a self defense case. Executors say Anthony repeatedly threatened to murder his girlfriend in text messages. Some of them saying, how many bullets you want coming out of your chest? And I'm going to get you expletive. He also threatened her with a knife in one message and told her in another. When I stab somebody, I'm going to lick their blood off the blade. Now, of course, obviously that is

20:18a total rat for Carmelo Anthony in terms of the prior bad acts because he's threatening to shoot his girlfriend. Again, this might be the same girlfriend that he didn't want to let break up with him. He's threatening to stab her. And then he's saying that after he stabs somebody, he wants to lick the blood off the blade. So obviously, we have some psychopath, the kid right here, not the innocent Bubba Angel that was presented to us. And yeah, you could see why the defense would look at this information and say, you know what, if it's up to me, which it is up to the defense in the state of Texas, I don't want this background information to be presented at trial because it looks significantly worse for Carmelo Anthony. But again, this case was never about what was presentable in court. You have all these different people making up things, making up facts about Austin Metcalf that were never even argued by the defense. What it is about for a lot of people is just race and the idea that a black person should be allowed to kill a white person because we need some kind of racial revenge. That is really the only reason why people are supporting Carmelo

21:19Anthony because as we get more information, what we see is that the evidence of his guilt is overwhelming. But you know what, those are just my thoughts. I presented you both sides of this case.
