EVIL B*TCH Steals Elderly Patient's Home & Has Daughter Arrested

0:00This woman says she came to visit her father and found him missing his house inhabited by total strangers. The walls have been painted orange. Her family photos were placed by these portraits. What are these children? This is my house. I couldn't believe it. It was so bizarre because... Nora Rollin says she hadn't heard from her father in weeks. So she drove from her home in Baltimore to his house in South Carolina. Her kid didn't work so she rang the ring doorbell and the woman who answered gave her upsetting news. Her father had died three days earlier. I was like, what do you mean he's dead? What happened? One of the scariest things about the aging American population where you have tens of thousands of baby boomers retiring each and every day from now until what seems like the end of time is the fact that a lot of these elderly people need people to take care of them. And the fact is those people are not necessarily trustworthy.

1:00And a perfect example of this is what we saw in this South Carolina story where you had a woman the daughter of an elderly man about age 75 and she was living in Maryland so she hired a stay at home nurse in order to watch her father in order to take care of him, make sure he gets his meds. Only to discover after not being in contact with her own father for months trying to get a hold of him that this man had passed away and crazily enough the woman that was hired to take care of him, the woman that was hired just to give him his medication was living in his house which she somehow secured the deed to after conning this old man into giving her power of attorney. And in fact what we end up finding out through these various local news segments is that she ended up making this guy sell his home one of his biggest assets to her for just five dollars and three days after he passed away the house was completely empty from all of his things, it was replaced repainted and by the way tackly so and the woman who was trying to go to the house that she would

2:04have inherited trying to see her father trying to figure out what was going on ended up being arrested for being on a property that by all rights should be hers. This is because the nurse at the center of this is in fact pure evil she deserves to be condemned and each and every one of us need to make an effort to contact the proper authorities in South Carolina to make sure she can't get away with this. Berlin daughter says that the Ori County nurse she hired to care for her father ended up with his house and she only found out he died through doorbell ring camera video. 3:09she found back in June 2024 after she drove from Maryland to Conway to check on her 75-year-old father Robert. She hadn't heard from him in months something she says was highly unusual. My dad was always like you know daddy's girl type thing so it was always me and him like throughout my whole life and you know we would FaceTime like every week. When she pulled into his driveway she noticed the front door was different and a ring doorbell camera she'd never seen she pressed it and Sarah Smalls the nurse looking after her father answered. So the woman at the center of this is called a nor roll ended obviously she's looking for her father Robert Nolan who she hadn't heard from in a long time and what you saw spurs throughout this local news segment is footage that she shot on her own cell phone inside the house and as you can see despite the fact that this woman is and her father is white there are a bunch of black children on the walls and as if you wanted to mark that this home was taken over by black person for some reason it is painted orange highlighter

4:15all over the entire house which if you know you know black people for whatever reason tend to on average more than any other people especially in the south in places like Florida all the way through South Carolina paint their homes to be that bright orange in fact I remember one of my relatives ended up buying a home from a black family and the bathroom in said home was painted orange this exact color and black so it looked like a Halloween theme bathroom. Rowan says she didn't wait and used a window they kept unlocked for emergencies to get inside oh my god I go in there and I see everything is different like she had put up like all of these random photographs of people who we I had never seen before the walls were painted this like god awful like highlighter or in and although we have some very serious criminal charges to go over although we have a lot of things to talk about in relation to this I do not want to underscore the fact that that paint color in

5:18it of itself is in fact a crime on its own and it should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of get your color theory in order what are you even doing that is not a good color you just need to cut it out document show just how quickly things change for Rowlan's dad she says all without her knowledge in March 2024 smalls began caring for him through Griswald home care by the end of that month he was moved into a senior living facility in April papers named smalls his power of attorney now no a Rowlan is the person who was victimized along with her father in this case but the perpetrator is a woman called Sarah smalls and she was the stay at home nurse the person that was supposed to be taking care of her father that of course decided to take advantage of this elderly man and rip him off and what we end up finding out through this segment is that her scam started almost immediately again after she was hired three months prior to this incident that ended up happening where this woman showed up to check on her father she immediately ended up putting this man in a nursing home now of course that's rather curious that's rather suspicious

6:23I hire a stay at home nurse in order to take care of his needs while he's in his own home so he can enjoy all the things that he accumulated throughout his life and immediately you end up shuffling him off to a nursing home but to make matters worse and I mean significantly worse she also ended up tricking this man into giving her power of attorney so essentially all of his assets that again were to be left to his family were being left to this woman to manage and again it was unquestionable whatever she wanted to do with it and obviously what ended up happening in this scenario is that she started transferring money into her own account and I want to take note of the fact that she was doing those transfers for a little bit later because while it is an over convoluted mess and incredibly difficult to prosecute this woman the fact is she made a critical error in my opinion that could lead to her prosecution at least for some of the crimes that she committed against this man and his family but included in those transfers was the home that was his that

7:24is supposed to be left to his daughter and that was transferred for a total of five dollars on April 17th a quick claim D transferred his con way home to her for five dollars still recording roll and says smalls returned to the house shortly after but instead of getting answers her phone captured this confrontation as you just saw right there the transfer was for five dollars like I described but also very notable is that Sarah Smalls the nurse is angry she's screaming at him she's like I got everything right here I got all the paperwork I got all the documents related to this and it just shows you what an absolutely horrific evil bitch this woman actually is because she knows in her heart what she did was wrong she knows what she did was evil she knows that she stole this home from an elderly man who did not have his wits about him and now she's screaming yelling at the top of her lungs at the

8:28daughter who dared to come check up on her father you know the daughter that originally hired her that was actually paying her salary she's screaming at her and this just goes to show you the level of entitlement that this woman has and how absolutely she needs to go to prison and honestly I'm gonna be on to present clear I would give her life in prison if not a little bit more for this crime because it's so disgusting and reprehensible but of course Sarah Smalls ended up calling the police she tried to get this woman charged with trespassing that did in fact happen she was arrested on the spot when she showed the documentation that of course she had at the ready she was definitely ready to display this for the officers the moment a situation that she totally didn't expect like this ended up occurring because she did expect it it was a part of the scam and this woman was arrested along with her husband he's described as a partner could be a boyfriend doesn't really matter and they were held in jail for two days again as the police were trying to assess this whole situation. Rowan says when calmly police arrived officers saw the deed showing

9:32the house in Smalls's name and treated her and her partner as the ones trespassing inside a home that still held her family memories. I'm like walking out of the house like expecting them to come and like you know help and they put me and my partner in handcuffs immediately I just kept saying like I don't know what's going on like I don't know like this is my dad's house. Now of course the police ended up making this arrest because of the documentation issue and we've seen similar things whenever we cover squatting stories where the person who's obviously the criminal obviously the thug obviously the monster ends up getting away with it in the short term because they have the paperwork but what's interesting is they actually ended up interviewing the neighbors of this guy and all of the neighbors were like yeah this is incredibly suspicious this woman was supposed to be taking care of him and all of a sudden she's moving in her entire family into this area. Police body camera footage shows a neighbor telling officers he'd been worried for weeks about what

10:33he was seeing next door. It was allegedly coming here to take care of him during the day whatever I got to and one day she just started moving furniture out and this and that and he disappeared seems on the end there for a very short time. Obviously they knew that she wasn't related to the 75 year old man who they were actually supposed to serve because for those you listening via podcasts the family is a white family the family that moved in the nurses family Sarah Swolz family is obviously a black family so yeah the connection between them didn't make any sense to the neighbors and they tell this to the police however of course they have to do the initial arrest. In March 2024 Smolz began caring for him through Gritzwald home cares. Bank statements also show money transfers from Roberts account to Smolz's even after he died. We went to Smolz's home to ask about the deed and the power of attorney.

11:33Hi Miss Smolz. How can I hear from you honey? I'm Michaela Evans with WNBF News. I have a question about Mr. Rowland your former patient. Why did you take ownership of his house without telling his only daughter? After that brief exchange Smolz called police on our crew and officers told us she did not want us on her property. Ori County's register of deed says his office doesn't investigate people's motives only whether a deed meets South Carolina's basic legal requirements. Rowland says she finally got the criminal charges dismissed but she's still fighting to challenge the deed that gave her father's house to his nurse. The company where this woman Sarah Smolz who is assigned to care for Robert Conway actually worked was called Gritzwald home care and I don't know which one of these it is on Google I tried searching it and South Carolina and there's one with 1.7 stars in terms of their reviews but obviously this company needs to have the pants suit off of them. They need to be held accountable as well but of course Sarah Smolz needs to be put in jail.

12:38She needs to be sent to prison and that entitled attitude that she had when she was confronted with the crimes that she definitely 100% 1000% committed in this instance. She needs to be held accountable for now. Of course I told you that this is a complicated kind of situation. According to South Carolina they don't really verify the mental status of people with these quick deed changes or anything of the sort. They just check whether or not the paperwork is in order. So obviously we need some kind of review process in South Carolina especially since we have an aging population but this woman Sarah Smolz may have made a mistake that she can't recover from which is transferring money from this man from Robert's account after he was already dead. Now typically this is definitely a big red flag and even if you have power of attorney although it could work differently than I think in the state of South Carolina you wouldn't be able to do this but hopefully the fact that she ended up doing this would be a federal wire for a charge or something of the sort or some kind of state level crime that she's prosecutable for because her
