And hello there, and welcome to another podcast. It's great being with you as we enjoy the joy of Jesus that comes from walking with Him and having faith in Him and doing what He says as we read it here in the Bible. And listen to what it says in Proverbs 35 and 6. Every word of God is pure. He is a shield unto them that put their trust in Him, and thou not unto his words less he and thou be found a liar. Proverbs 35 and 6. So his word is so pure like refreshing crystal clear streamwater, and we come to it today, and we read our Bibles, and we are refreshed. He, of course, is a shield to those who put their trust in Him. We are so blessed. It says in Psalm 12, 6, speaking of the Word of God, the words of the Lord are pure words as silver tried in a furnace of the earth, purified seven times. Psalm 19, 8, the statutes of the Lord are right rejoicing the
heart. And boy, isn't that how it is? We get into God's Word, no matter what the season is, if it's a tough trial, or if we're dealing with sickness, or with great anxiety, whatever it is, we get into God's Word, and all of a sudden it starts working into our heart, and it rejoices our heart. So thank God for this wonderful blessing that we have. Let's encourage each other to continue to get to God's book, the Bible, and remember that Jesus loves you, and He is just a prayer away.
