And hello there, greetings from the farmland of Missouri, it's great thing with you. I was reading here in John 131 and it says, now before the feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that his hour had come to depart out of this world to the Father, having get this loved his own, who were in the world, he loved them to the end. And I was reflecting on this earlier today and thinking about the wonderful love of God for you and me, that he does that for us, he loves us to the end. He loved Peter even when Peter denied him, because he told Peter, I'm going to pray for you that you will be restored. And if you denied Christ, he loves you and he is great for you, come back to him right now. But this is so wonderful that he loved them to the end. The love of God, thank God for that today. What a joy it is to have this love in our lives.
Romans A37, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. Romans 8 and verse 31, thank God for his loving love. I don't know if that's a theological term, but I just made it up. It's constant love, steadfast love. John 1334, Jesus says, a new commandment, I give you that you love one another just as I have loved you. You also are to love one another. Think about that here and think about his great love for you and for me. And he's saying, okay, the commandment I'm giving to you right now is you love one another just as I have loved you. You also love one another. That's a whole lot of love. That's a lot of mercy and forgiveness and compassion. Oh, the love of God, God help us to exhibit that today. And I like what he says here in John 159 and 10, as the father has loved me. So have I loved you abided my love? If you keep my commandments, you will abided my love just as I have kept my father's commandments
and abide in his love. And the last scripture portion here, John 1513 and 14, greater love has no one than this. And so would lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command you. John 1513 and 14, well, we get the message loud and clear of Jesus. So thank you and thank you for loving us to the end and help us to walk in your love. Well, that's it for this podcast. Go in the joy of Jesus.
