🏋🏽‍♀️ This week marks a new chapter in my body recomposition chapter. After training with my friend and coach, Emma Storey-Gordon of The EC Method fame, I decided it was time to hit 'diesel mode' and join a gym. I've achieved LOADS with dumbbells in my living room, but to really see and feel those gains, I felt it was time to get to the gym, use the machines and start lifting more with a wider selection of weights. Who's with me?!

👹 I knew discussing diet, fitness and weight loss would invite criticism and nastiness but this episode marks the last time we'll talk about it. From now on, it's block, delete and move on.

🏊🏽 I went on the most incredible trip with OSKIA last week and, among other things, went wild swimming, which was an absolute revelation.
