Is government serving the people—or pressuring them into submission?

Yet they, it seems that government has been replaced by bribery and intimidation. I've talked about the use of bribery and intimidation before but I have several loose stories that will just kind of co-lust around that idea and we're going to go back to

1:01Congress. Now again, Congress is doing their unconstitutional attempt to investigate Jeff Yepstein. I'm not sure what theoretical legislative purpose they have behind this, it seems more like a political witch hunt because they're not getting the type of investigation they want from the executive branch, they're going to create their own political hit job and of course this brings to mind the well the kangaroo court that subpoenaed Anthony Fauci and well his infamous pleading the fifth and I pointed out that I'm no fan of Fauci. I think he did some not only terrible things, some criminal things, doesn't mean he doesn't have rights, doesn't mean the Congress gets the authority to hold these kangaroo courts. Now this one, again, again Jeffery Epstein, very interesting. They, well they're getting some pushback by a billionaire by the name of Leon Black.

2:02Never heard of this guy before but apparently Congress is attempting to, well, made do some unreasonable searches and seizures, least according to Mr. Black. You see, he filed a federal lawsuit on September 3rd against the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and his chairman James Comer. He wants a declaratory and injunctive relief over congressional subpoenas. According to documents or filed, one subpoena demands that Mr. Black produce private nondisclosure agreements. While another orders him to sit for compelled testimony before the committee. Mr. Black claims that the demands go far beyond Congress's stated investigation to M. Steen and the Fordham Adam Gisley and Max Well. I claim that both of those go far beyond Congress's authority vested them by the Constitution of the United States.

3:02See remember, the Constitution does not best in Congress, investigative authority. They have legislative power. They can write laws. Now, if they want to hold some hearings and to help them write a law, that's one thing. This is not an investigation, this is not a hearing in order to write a law. This is an investigation of criminal activity, which is a power vested in the executive branch. Furthermore, if Congress wants these documents and then testimony, they need a warrant. Remember, a subpoena is not a warrant. It does not require probable cause. It does not require someone to provide testimony under author affirmation to support that probable cause. It simply is the Congress trying to bully people into giving them what they want. Mr. Black apparently he's got the resources to push back.

4:04Now, according to Mr. Black's attorney, Congress is pursuing him for purely political gain, and that the lawmakers are attempting to pry into private matters with no legitimate connection to Jeffrey Epstein. Now, Mr. Black appeared voluntarily before the committee back on June 26th. And well, after discussions with Congressional staff about the expected scope of questioning, I mean, as they asked him to come, he discussed what is a good discussion going to be, and he agreed to show up and talk with them. Now, according to the lawsuit complaint, Black believes that lawmakers are focusing on his professional relationship with Epstein, including money paid to the disgraced finance here for tax and estate planning services. This has nothing to do with what was going on.

5:05Now, Black says that suddenly the Congress is looking at his non-disclosure agreements. Now listen, I've signed non-disclosure agreements in the past. Pretty much every corporate company I worked for, I signed a agreement that said I would not disclose private company information to outsiders. I've had other business interactions where I had to sign an NDA before they would reveal certain information to me. I'm trying to figure out again, where is Congress's legislative authority in these investigations? There isn't one. This is Congress trying to play Sherlock Holmes, right? They're trying to play private investigator, and again, they're not good at it. It's not their job. They don't have the legal authority. These subpoenas are not, they can't be legally binding. Why? Because in this case, they're trying to deprive Mr. Black of his property, his papers and

6:06these NDAs without due process of law, right? They're trying to deprive him of his liberty without due process of law. They're trying to search this information without a good, without a constitutionally sound reason. They're trying to seize him and make him testify, which not only violates his right to be secure for under-season seizures, but violates the first amendment by compelling speech, which is a violation of his freedom of speech. Congress is nothing but intimidation and bullying by Congress. As long as they keep getting away with it, they're going to keep doing it. It's not just Congress, right? Now we have the Department of Justice is planning a sitting out election monitors. Why? Well, according to the DOJ, it's to make sure that people follow the law, federal law,

7:08including the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Of course, a lot of the voting rights, that particular voting rights act is actually unconstitutional. But again, there are parts that are making sure people are not denied the right to vote based on their race or their sex or their paying of attacks or anything like that. Again, this is the DOJ's attempting, or I should say, it appears the DOJ's once again attempting to use its 800 pound gorilla to intimidate states into following rules, some of which are not actually constitutional. Remember, Congress only has the authority to deal with the time, place, and manner of elections for US House and Senate. That's it. They have no say, well, there's no presidential elections this year. They have no say over any state or local elections, right? In general, now, again, the right to vote is protected under those circumstances. But again, if they're putting out these monitors, what is the logic behind where these monitors

8:13go? Have there been complaints? Have there been issues? Or is this more of a political targeting? For example, monitors have already been working on primary elections in Arizona, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Virginia. You notice something that these haven't come. These are not, let's say, mostly red states. These are mostly blue states, or maybe a purple state or two. So I have to wonder, is this being done based on, again, reasonable, probable cause of problems? Or is this more of a political intimidation tactic to try to keep the current political opponents of the president? Well, keep them from acting and for doing things, again, allegedly to keep them from committing

9:15crimes. But again, is there evidence of this crime or is this being a political targeting of these particular locations? Makes me wonder. Now don't get me wrong. Montering the elections, I think, is important. I'm just not sure that a politicized body like the U.S. Department of Justice is the best entity to do this. I much more have local citizens be those that are keeping an eye on what's going on. They're less likely in my mind to have a purely political or partisan justification in their doing. They want a fair election. And of course, you're going to have partisans from both political, major political parties, so that, you know, you're not completely one sided. And as long as that's done, right, it should be free, fair and transparent. I want the voting and the counting transparent. I want people from all sides be able to observe what's going on, possibly part of some

10:16shenanigans and provide ways of mitigating those. Yeah, you know, I'm just not sure that the U.S. Department of Justice is the correct entity to be doing this. Because let's face it, I mean, the DOJ does have a bit of a hit and miss history when it comes to these types of investigations. I mean, how many of you remember Fang Fang? Also known as Christine Fang, the suspected member of the Communist Chinese Ministry of State Security. She's a, was a Chinese spy who back, what, 14, 15 years ago. Well, let's just say, placed a honey pot for then Congressman Eric Swalwell. Yeah. Well, not only did, I mean, she went back to China because well, she was about to get arrested, I believe. But she has this nonprofit in the States that's been used to place interns with a different

11:17political offices all across the country. And, yeah, apparently, that's still going on. Her nonprofit still places interns into the offices of politicians at all levels. It still donates two campaigns. And you remember Mr. Swalwell? Yeah, he never really was held to account for his relations with a Chinese spy. Even though there's apparently plenty of documentation of him doing so. So I asked you, if you look at this, is this a government of the people by the people and for the people or is this more a government of, well, bribery, well, we got out of the bribery. Let's look at the intimidation, right? The Congress trying to intimidate people to come and testify something that not legally authorized to do something to exizing the power of the Congress.

12:18The Constitution doesn't give to them, but they still go ahead and do it often back by the courts. You've got a Department of Justice with us, let's just say a hit and miss record apparently, at least in the primaries targeting democratic strongholds for their monitoring. I didn't see a lot of Republican strongholds in that list. Maybe they're going to change it for the general election. So personally, I'm not holding my breath. This is the same DOJ that, well, not only did they not, but then I was able to, I don't say they didn't investigate, but let's just say their investigation didn't come to us when it came to Fangfang, Eric Swalwell, and the actions of her organization to, well, let's just say, sell influence in our political systems at all levels, state, local, federal.

13:18Makes me wonder. I mean, why is Congress investigating what the executive branch should and why the American people standing for it? Why is the DOJ set on monitoring these elections? Why aren't they satisfied with the American people monitoring these elections? Why is it the American people are okay? All right, so Fangfang's not in the country anymore, but she still has an organization that apparently is selling influence into the political realms of this country, and that keeps going on. Why is the government not apparently doing something about that? Could it be that there are political influences that are superseding the will of the people? I don't know. I got many more questions that I have answers for some of these, but these are questions I think it's important to ask because, you know, me, I, questions are important.

14:20Asking questions is how we learn. Answering questions is how we, we, we verify what we believe to be true, and exposing questions is how we show more people the rightness of what we're talking about, how we engage in, in our lives. So maybe we should be asking more questions. Maybe if we want a government of buying for the people, maybe the people should be a bit more engaged in how they decide who to vote for and how they hold them accountable for what they do. And well, for what our future you should look like. In other words, maybe the government should be more of buying for the people. That only works if the people are engaged and the people are involved before we get the government can be for us. Now, I have some other examples I want to take a look at, but before that, I have to take a break, but I want to remind you, you know, a good night's sleep is important.

15:21Now, thankfully, I generally sleep pretty well. I don't have much of them, but even I have day and night's when, you know, I just can't fall asleep. 20:35It's always been full of nut jobs, Marxist socialists. But the direction that gone so far, they just take into the next level with the election of an about Marxist, a democratic soldier. My name is Zoran Nandami and there's some interesting things here. Now listen, politicians have played spin and influence peddling pretty much as long as they've been politicians. It's nothing new. What Mayor Nandami is doing is interesting. He's got about 200 social media influencers, right? People that for some reason other people pay attention to on social media. I haven't figured out really why in many cases, but they do. And he's created his own sort of press pool of these social media influencers, people who, again, they post on social media, a lot of it on TikTok and Instagram. And he's using this to, we'll just say promote his agenda.

21:37In fact, according to the Columbia Journal Review, he's using them to remind New Yorkers to vote, to participate in budget talks, including things that go into the doctors and compose their food waste. Now what's interesting to me is how he's going about doing this. He has a signal group. A signal is a, it's a chat app, right? And he's got a group just for his influencers. It's called Creators for Zoran. And they support, they support his election campaign. They support his agenda. And they're getting this nice insider information about what's going on. Now let's face this is nothing new. Again, as long as we've had politicians and media, politicians had their favorites. People that they go to when they want to share information, when they want their spin put on something. And they've got people they don't talk to, people they avoid because they don't like the way

22:38their, their stories are spun. This is nothing new. I just found it interesting that now in the digital age, we've got this group that is online is, is their spin campaign. And again, there's nothing illegal about it. There's, you know, I don't even know there's anything immoral about it. But it goes to show that, you know, politicians will always try to find people who agree with them, people who will promote their ideas to help them shape the narrative. And in some cases, even to, I don't know how to put this, even to make it look like there's a lot of public support for something when it's really just this feedback loop of influencers talking other influencers. And, you know, people are talking about this because we say they're talking about this. It's, it's nothing new. The question I always have is, are the American people actually influenced by these quote-unquote

23:39influencers? And again, it's not just the young, it's not just the Marxist, right? Think about it. How many people were influenced by what Rush Limbaugh used to say, right? Or now maybe say a Joe Rogan. And you, you, you want them to be talking about your stuff because a lot of people listen and are influenced by their opinion. And to me, I understand the human nature of it. I just never understood the logic of it. You know, it's this idea because if I'm letting other people decide for me, if I'm, if I'm influenced, not by the facts and data they bring, but just by what they say, I'm kind of enslaved to their ideas. And that's not the scenario I want to follow, especially when, well, let's just say some of the examples I don't think are worth following, you know, like President Obama crying about climate change, then buying a, you know, the oceans are going to

24:43rise. We're all going to die. And then he buys a multi-million dollar mansion on an island that he claims is going to be underwater in a decade or two. Or, or our goal at his is influenced movie an inconvenient truth, which should not be an inconvenient lie. And he's claimed that you, you just use too much power while he, you know, too much fossil fuels are dangerous. Well, he flies around in private planes and has a mansion that just sucks up more power than anyone else in the neighborhood. If the inconsistency here, some, for example, again, members of the Democrats, socialists of America, the claim they want, everybody needs to be the same. Every, you know, capitalism is bad and we need to go to this whole socialist mindset. And then we find out that at least in New York City, two members of the socialist, Democrat socialist America, yet they both live in these really nice upscale homes in Brooklyn, you know, apartments in Brooklyn,

25:44you know, the thing that the the average working class American could never possibly afford, but they're up there. They're in bed. They, they, they, one of them lives in a, you know, 1.5 million dollar townhouse in, in Bedstuy, a really posh neighborhood. But it's funny that he wants other people to sacrifice for the good. What about him? You know, it's always been that thing with the with the Marxists and the socialists, they want everybody to live the live the same, as long as, well, they get to live better than everybody else. And of course, we're talking New York City. The other thing I need to talk about is rent control. Now, I've, I've understood, I have a family member that lives in Manhattan and a rent control department, one that he inherited from his father. So I've, I've been an observer of some of the fights about rent control. And the one thing I've noticed is that rent control doesn't so much control rent as destroy housing.

26:46John Stossel did a video recently where he talked about what happened in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Now, can people come in and say, oh, it's meant to prevent unfair profiteering. What is unfair profiteering? I mean, a profit is the reward you get for risking your capital or risking your work. You do something and you make money out of this called a profit. When you go to work, you work and you get paid, that's a profit. And you, when you buy something and sell it, it's a profit when you build a building and then you rent it, there's a profit. That's the incentive to build. So when they tell you what, unfair, what makes a profiteering unfair? If I make something that adds value and people are willing to pay for that value, how's that unfair? Now, if we forced people to make for that value, even if they didn't think it was worth it, that would be unfair, but that's not what the market does. That's what government does. So the politicians in

27:49Minneapolis say, Paul, and this is a very interesting because again, they're literally neighbors. They both decided to implement rent control. However, there were subtle differences about how strict they were. Now, same plow, they were very strict. Their rent control not only included new existing homes, new housing. There was no allowance for inflation. You were stuck. So you know what happened? Construction stopped. People stopped building homes and apartment buildings. Why? Because they were not going to be able to make any money. Now, Minneapolis, they voted for anchor, they were a little less strict about it. But when they saw what was happening in St. Paul, even they started rolling things back because rent control believes that you can create an arbitrary value for something regardless of what the market will bear. Forgetting that when you remove the profit motive, people have no motive to build stuff. This is what happened in New York City,

28:53right? Where rents went up because you had the rent control apartments, which landlords were losing money on. So they had to raise rent elsewhere to cover the losses on the rent control apartment. But even that shows it, not all the problems because according to Mr. Stossel's video, there are some 57,000 apartments in New York City under rent control that's simply empty. They said, you know why? Because people can't afford the owners, can't afford to bring them up to codes so they can rent them. It's actually cheaper for them to leave them vacant than it is for them to fix them up to meet current standards and then rent them under rent control. Rent control destroyed New York City's rental market apparently is destroying St. Paul's rental market. But it's all under this idea of government knows best and we're going to use intimidation to tell you how we what you are what we think your apartment or your home or anything is worth.

30:00But what I find interesting about again, Mandami, his DSA friends and even the idea of rent control is it all comes down to we know better so we want to get into government so we can compel you, we can intimidate you into doing things our way. And then they never start with the consequences when it's wrong and that to me has always been the issue. See in a market economy, capitalist economy, you can try whatever you want. If it works, you're awarded, it's called a profit. If it doesn't work, you suffer a loss. There's a feedback loop. There's a reaction to it which gets detached when we're talking about governments because no matter who implements this program, they don't suffer the consequences. But again, the people who put rent control in New York city, Minneapolis, St. Paul, they never suffer the consequences of that idea. The same way these

31:05DSA members, they're living in, they're living it up. They're high in the hog. I mean, it reminds me of in the Soviet Union where most people didn't own cars because you couldn't afford them. And even the people that own cars, you had the next level up where there were certain parts of the street that were limited to only the high officials. It's not that in communism or Marxism or socialism, everybody is communally the same. No. Everyone, you know, most people are made equally poor, but there's always a ruling elite that just seems to do better than everybody else. Why? They get to implement their ideas. They get to benefit from what works, but they don't suffer when things are wrong. They're not the ones that go hungry. They're not the ones standing in line for food. They're not the ones that do without certain things. They don't suffer the consequences of that. They get their way not by not by convincing other people, but by coercing other people, by intimidating other people to do things their way.

32:11That's why in America, we put up walls to keep illegal people out. But in these communist nations, they put up walls to keep their citizens in. The citizens want out. And this is what I do. We're going to government it. We know better and we're going to force you. It's so throughout our history, the Affordable Care Act. They still feel some people so-called Obamacare. But as face it, Obama never suffered the consequences for this abject failure of keeping allegedly keeping health care affordable. They never really suffered the consequences. Yeah, they suffer some minor political consequences. But the people who put this in place, Obama, Pelosi, Schumer, they never suffered the consequences of that. In fact, Congress exempted itself from the mandates the Affordable Care Act. So, people ask me, then why is socialism on the rise? Why are we seeing some because of the

33:12promise? It's the promise of free stuff without the consequences. Because the people making the promises don't plan on suffering the consequences. Even though it's quite logical, it's rational to understand the consequences. Whether you're talking about- whether you're talking about having, let's say, a foreign operative running an entity peddling influence, whether you're spinning your ideas through social media or corporate media, whether you're, again, claiming you want the democratic socialism, but people don't actually want to live that way. People want rent control for others. They want people who don't want to pay rent, want rent control. People who don't properly don't want rent control. These are always of using government to intimidate others, to influence them, to do what is not in their best interest because the government says so. And if you think about that, that is the fundamental

34:17difference between a socialist communist Marxist society and a capitalist free market society, in a Marxist society and in a centralized society, a central entity tells you what to do. In a market society, you do what you want. You have to persuade others that what you're doing is worth them coming along. And that's the fundamental difference. And it's one of the reasons why a government of the people says, you have rights, exercise those rights, suffer the consequences, we make sure there's a level playing field. A government that is centralized is no, we get to decide we're going to choose for you. And well, we're not going to suffer the consequences. You are. Americans, you rejoined the Constitution Study today. We're talking about governing by bribery and intimidation. Of course, the MAC daddy in this country is the federal government. They start with the bribe, right? We'll offer you money. We'll give you it's free money. We'll just give you money and then do what I say or we cut off the money. Let's take a look at a couple of examples. So of course, big deal in the second Trump administration has been illegal

40:40immigration. They've gone hard after illegal immigrants. They're enforcing federal law. I have issues with the federal law, but that's not what I'm pointing out here. What we're looking at now is some of the ways that the Department of Justice is going about enforcing that law. Under the 1996 Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act, welfare reform, right? State agencies, remember, you've got this whole welfare act. This idea that the federal government is paying for something. Congress is not legally authorized to spend money. This is embezzled money that they share with the states for their welfare program. Now part of this act was to say that state agencies, including those administered, the welfare bribe from the federal government, have a duty to report individuals who are unlawfully in the United States to the Department of Homeland Security. Now, then in 1998, the DOJ kind of, well, we're going to modify that.

41:42Is he in our opinion, there are only certain state agencies after report? Well, apparently, the DOJ is going back to the original understanding. According to the Office of Legal Counsel, they issued an opinion that said, if states do not report illegal immigrants, people unlawfully in the United States to DHS, they may lose their food stamps on. The 10th, right? Temporary assistance for needy families. They may lose some of that. They may also lose some of their supplemental, so sorry, supplemental security income programs if they don't comply with the government's desire to know about these people in the country illegally. Now, a system of three general T. Eliot Gaser, he's from the Department of the DOJ's Office of Legal Counsel. He said that Congress wrote this requirement plainly. When a state chooses to participate in TANF, it accepts the obligation to report illegal aliens in the United States. Do you see how that

42:44works? Here's the bribe. We're going to offer you money, oh, by the way, when you sign on the dotted line, you're also agreed to report illegal aliens. Now, steady, there are several states they don't want to report illegal, but they still want the money. So I'm expecting legal action to follow and expecting it to follow fairly quickly. But you see how the process works, right? This temporary assistance for needy families, understand, Article 1, Section 8 clause 1, Congress can only appropriate money to do three things. Pay the debts, comment defense, and general welfare of the United States, capital U capital S, proper noun. Now, this needy family money does not pay the debts. It actually incurs debts in the United States. It's not for the common defense of the states. And it's not for the general welfare of the United States. The United States, that's a proper noun. That is the entity whose government is in Washington, DC. This is about giving money to states to help them pay to support needy families. So it's not for the general welfare of the United

43:46States. It's for the welfare of the states. So it's not legally authorized to spend that money. Now, again, what about I'm crazy? I didn't go to law school. I actually read the Supreme Law of Land and use basic common sense in English and while I we come up with this. But it's how so much the federal government works. They embezzle money, Congress embezzles money from the American people. They use it to entice states and cities and schools to accept this money. And there are string, there are always strings attached. Even if there are strings attached at first, suddenly strings become attached. And this is how the federal government intimidates the state and local governments to actually do what the federal current administration wants them to do. It's rarely by law, right? It's usually by executive action using that law and the bribes and the strings in order to get what they want. Now, there are other ways that the federal government uses to try and get people to comply. For example, the Trump administration, you proposed new regulations to

44:54revoke the tax exempt status of private schools and colleges that use race-based administration, scholarships, and other school administered programs. Now, some people say, what was that really wrong, Paul? Well, let's stop and think about this for a minute. So the 15th amendment says the rights of a citizen to vote, shall not be denied based on their race. But that's pretty much it. We're talking about private schools and institutions. But go back to the opening saying, they're going to be denied tax exempt status. This is not federal funding. So this one's a little different, right? This is not we're going to take your federal funding away. This is going to, you're no longer going to be considered tax exempt under the IRS. That means these schools would have to pay income tax. And I'm sure that would be quite a hit on their pocketbook. Now, again, it's interesting because usually what we see is, well, you're not going to get your

45:54federal bribe money. This one we're saying, you're not going to get your tax exempt status. According to Treasury Secretary Besent, schools rebranding race-based preferences is equitable, inclusive, or diversity-enhancing does not change their discriminatory nature. And that's really the point is if you're going to be a discriminatory school, you're going to discriminate based on race, why should you get the benefit of a tax exemption from the federal government, from the IRS? Because remember that 501 tax exempts in 501st tax, it impacts so much. I mean, it's not simply income taxes. A lot of states use it for property tax stuff. So, you know, they may have to be proud. There may be a huge tax benefit to being a tax exempt school. But if you're going to be a racist tax exempt school, then maybe the federal government doesn't want to support what you're doing through a special tax exempt policy. Now, the Treasury Department estimates that there could be as many

46:58as 18,000 schools at the different, all different education levels who would be affected by this. And another 750,000 students whose scholarships may be affected. Now, again, there's going to be a saying, well, no, we were so racist for so many years, we have to compensate for that by using race in administration. And to me, all that really does is continue to perpetuate racism. You're just perpetuating the racism, the division, and in many ways, you're actually degrading the people who are being admitted because, well, did they get it on their merit, or did they get it on the color of their skin? There's a lot to this. And I have to admit, looking at this one, I'm usually I'm fairly outraged, right? That the federal government's just, you know, the 800 pound gorilla, and we're going to do this because they're using embezzled money to influence people. This one's not doing that. And I think I'm a little less

48:05concerned about this. I really, I have questioned about the entire tax exempt process, right? There's a lot of political history to all of that. But at least they're not, they're not using bribery in their leverage to change how these schools are doing this. They're saying if you're going to use race in your scholarship, your admission programs, then you don't get your taxes on status. It's kind of the same way that you know, a a church that says if you're going to be very, very political active, right? It's not the misunderstanding to the Johnson Amendment. But if you're going to be a church and you're just going to be overly political active, you don't get your, your taxes on, say, if you're a 501c3, you know, a taxes entity, but you politic, you become a person hack, a parts group, you lose that taxes. It's kind of the same scenario. So I'm not all, I'm not all bent out of shape about this one. Okay, here's one more scenario

49:09that I want to get to and this really gets to a, a question I ask a lot. So Speaker Mike Johnson and Republican conference chair, Lisa McLean, argued that this Congress has been the most successful Congress since 1949. Now how do they come up with that? Well, Chair McLean said this has been the most aggressive and productive Congress since Speaker Joseph Martin's 80th Congress in 1949. In terms of the number of bills passed, tax legislation, deregulation, this has been the most successful session than since then 77 years. John, Speaker Johnson said the current Congressman, the most productive, successful, and aggressive since 1949. What is this all based on? Well, here's the fundamental question I have to ask you because Congress's disapproval rating, disapproval is the highest in history

50:10and it's passed the fewest numbers of bill in a decade. Now again, this is, this is the daily caller and I'm looking at this going, well, how do you judge the success of Congress? Interest equation, how do you judge the success of Congress? Well, according to McLean's office, she said, well, they, over 900 pieces of legislation were passed by the House. The second highest amount in US history. Well, I hate to inform Ms McLean, but the House is only half of Congress. It doesn't matter how many bills the House passes. If it doesn't pass the Senate, Congress hasn't done anything. She also cited that her office cited that $4.6 trillion in tax cuts, 1.1 trillion in net spending reductions, and a reversal of 22 rules from the Congressional Review Act resolution.

51:10All right. Well, okay, you had 4.6 trillion in tax cuts and 1.1 trillion in net spending reductions. I'd love to see where they got that number because the deficit keeps going up and the debt keeps going up. So how are you getting to that? You've got 4.6 trillion in tax cuts, but you're still spending about $2 to $4 trillion, actually, probably $3 to $4 trillion in unconstitutionally appropriate money. You know, as you're spending enough things, the Constitution doesn't authorize. So apparently, she's judging a base on the number of legislations, at least get out of the House, not the Senate, and how much mythical tax cuts they've granted tax cuts maybe there, but net spending reductions. I want to see those net spending reductions because usually that's a trick word, right? It's not they actually spent less money if they spent less money than they thought they were going to spend, right? So if you have a $100 billion budget and you expect $120

52:16billion budget next year, but you only spend $110, they call that a $10 trillion, a $10 billion spending reduction. So I'm curious of that. But how do you judge the effectiveness of Congress, the productiveness of Congress? Now, people often think, well, Congress has jobless to write laws. They have the legislative power, but is that how we judge the productivity of Congress? Is it the number? Because they could just throw out all sorts of legislation. In fact, they've done that for generations and generally made a mess of our economy, our society, and politics in general. I look at the productivity of Congress as the quality of the bills they put out. And, well, I think most American people agree, Congress stinks. I mean, they're disapproval of our rating and so high, Congress generally stinks. And I think their fidelity to the growth of office has been an abomination. Or their lack of fidelity has been an abomination. And

53:20just because you can write more bills and spend more money doesn't mean you're productive. It means you're busy. And those ladies and gentlemen really are two different things. So we see a government that is run by bribery, by intimidation, that views itself by its own corruption. And really, I read all surprised. And why would you be surprised? I talked about the the all that every congressman takes to support the Constitution of the United States and how often they violate it, mainly because they don't know what the Constitution actually says. That's why I wrote my book, the Constitution study, Return of the Constitution to We The People. Because that's what's about. The Constitution was written so an 18th century farmer could understand it. I believe not only should a 20th century 21st century American understand it, I think it's imperative to our rights and our liberty that 21st century Americans understand it. So do me a favor.
