Welcome to Investing in Regeneration. What Regenerative Design poses is a complete game changer in economic development worldwide. These podcasts is about changing how we understand, plan, and finance projects, so that finance becomes a driver for better decisions. That is where the future investments are going to be. In each episode, we unpack a real deal or initiative to three lenses, understanding, planning, and financing. You can't keep rebuilding communities after disasters and claim you're being sustainable. Those same states, so same regions, same communities, were really suffering from extreme weather patterns. The frequency of the above $2 billion was enormous. We started realizing that it was very similar to how we would model investment targets and private equity. The real bottleneck is not capital. It is how investments are originated, structured, and brought to bank ability. You will make ten times the money you were making last year if you only listen to what all of us collectively in regenerative design are saying and act on it.

Our financial systems can do more than financing changes. They can help shape it.
