Hi, tumval listeners. Season 8 starts next Friday, September 16th. And we've got a big surprise for you that we've been waiting all summer to tell you about. Can't wait for a surprise, a special surprise. What could it be? Well, it's something we've never done before on the show. Oh, Otter co-host, I've been waiting for this. It's not an Otter co-hosting our podcast. But it is the most ambitious thing we've ever done. Oh my gosh, iguana co-hosts. None an iguana, Marshall. None an iguana. Dinosaurs coming back from extinction to host our show. Dinosaurs are birds. Keep guessing. All right, just tell me. It's a special series called LifeLab. So should we share just like a little bit of it? Do you think we should? Yeah, of course. Okay, let's do it. LifeLab will explore the incredible power of a new technology you probably haven't heard of.
What if technology looked more like cheese than it looks like iPhones? Is kind of the question that we were asking. To solve some of the biggest challenges on the planet. It's definitely possible that we can play a huge role in solving climate change, yes. And beyond. Imagine sending a small village of eight astronauts to Mars. But with great power comes great responsibility. Have you ever been bitten by a spider? Yes, and I do not have superpowers yet. We'll be asking important questions about how this technology could or should change our future. Should we do this or should we not do this? Or I'm kind of in the middle. I don't know which one they should do. Join us for LifeLab. A five-part series about how tiny life can change everything. I have to say I'm super intrigued.
You should be. And what's even more exciting is that LifeLab episodes will be released every Friday starting September 16th. And after LifeLab will return to our regular schedule of awesomeness, telling incredible stories of science discovery. Do you think our listeners could help us spread the word? Absolutely. If you can't wait for all new episodes of Tumble, tell your friends, your family, and your teachers to listen along with you. Subscribe or follow wherever you get. Tumble Science Podcast for Kids. And we'll see you September 16th.
