Genesis 1:26. Rushdoony's opening move is blunt: every society has a god, and that god is whoever writes its laws. Courts, kings, "the people," the party whoever is the ultimate lawgiver is the deity. Change the law and you've changed the religion. Biblical law isn't rules bolted onto grace it IS grace: God's covenant treaty calling His people to exercise dominion under Him. Trade it for "natural law" and humanism takes the throne. That's not neutrality. That's a new religion, established by default.
