I do want to let you know that don't forget about y'all are in competition with everybody else and don't forget we're about to get ready to open up the National Spoken Word Awards. So make sure y'all ready for it because y'all know everybody that's on port radio is going to be competing. And individually so make sure that y'all ready to submit you all's videos and stuff. Yeah, so let's get on and pop it. We're going to have to figure out what intimate conversation is going to do for us who's going to go live because it seems like we got two shows that somebody need to go live on some kind of platform. And so I know my life, I know black eyes, he goes live on YouTube and tip top with his Bible study.

I go live on tip top when I do my Sunday shows. I know Dasha goes live on tip top. So we got figure out three shows we got three shows that we got to go live the other ones are going live. So we need to find out who's going to go live on you all show, even if it's just. I can do the live I can do the live for intimate conversation. So all you got to do is just go live on your show on your page. Oh, like you're doing the radio show and you're just live. So when somebody call me calling me calling like we're not talking on the live they're just seeing us on live, but we're talking on show. If I want to, I don't know who all on friends went on tip top, but I know not this Sunday, but the next Sunday I'll be going live for my show because you know I do two speeds on Sunday.

Okay. Okay. I'm going to have to catch a show. Yeah, we had a show last but we talked about the phenomenal woman. I got a chance to, um, I got a chance to listen to listen in on day lyrics show and it was pretty good. It was good actually. Okay. It was real good. Yeah. We talked about the phenomenal woman Sunday because you know it's women history month. So I was asking questions of, you know, on my collars of what woman inspired the man life, who helped, who helped him bring bigger. What lessons did you take from that woman growing up, do you still use it in your household today. Um, then before that I did love and relationship and then I did freedom. Okay. Sounds like some good topic. Yeah.

So just wanted to give y'all that information before any college called in tonight and before y'all got a show of don't forget we got national spoken word awards coming up. And, um, yeah, we got a lot of topics and stuff coming up this year and I'm looking for it. Whenever whoever's going to go live, make sure you go just are you doing is just for live post or we got posts. He posted posted posted send out your text messages as normal. We're not talking to the live people, but we're just doing the radio show while we live that way people could start calling in. So I noticed we don't got some new collars on some of the shows just by doing that. So even if you want to go on your platform or Facebook live, that's fine. Can somebody tell me the college. The number for the color the get.

Hold on, I'm getting that phone now. I just. I know she's in a folder. She got a folder area code. Okay. So I did tell her to call in if you make it early. All right. I just want to say on jay layer again to the team that once I get my friend to fix my laptop to put my face. Facebook and all my other platforms on my laptop, I'll be able to go live. I'm still in the process of going on it. That's fine. We just want everybody on a show, even if two people do it. I mean, we're not asking for two people right now.

We're just asking one. If it's more than one host. If it's four of y'all, like we'll be asking later for two of y'all to go live on two different platforms. So somebody might go on Facebook. Somebody might talk somebody might even be on Instagram. Yeah. Yeah. Maybe I could jump in and be on one of the platforms too. Yeah. I think I'd be more ready when it's when it's like my turn for my guest and stuff. Because that's going to be my busiest month. So I think that's when I'm going to be alive. It's trying to go live everywhere because that's my birthday month as well. So yeah. That's right. One more Friday. One more Friday. One more Friday. Five is eight plus six. Five is eight plus six. I thought you had to go get one for this little women's month. But you know, yes. I thought it was four three months.

Yeah. Right. This is four months. That's why I always say my favorite month of the year. Okay. So I got a speaking of. I got I got a little homework assignment for you. Asian, you have May, right? Yes, I have May. You will be the lead host, that day. You will be the lead host, that month. Age of success. You have this month, right? I mean, next month, right? Yes. You will be the lead. I am going to put myself in the cold fire of speech. And y'all will be the lead host. So it's March. I'm ready. I'm just all I need, all I need to know is what to say. Right. If you could send us that, you know, eight times.

If you could send us, if you could send us a eight-time award, if you could send us that. And I will be the lead host. So I'm going to be the lead host. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. If the lead host meet me, me, me, a voice break. I got to get my voice back together, because I am starting with my voice. I think this is your special guest, the 904. I'm going to show the text to the chat right quick. Please, thank you. Please.

Oh, wait, never mind. I think it's the one that has her right away. Is that the same one? I think so. Yeah, I got it out here. You know, okay, yeah. That's all I was waiting for. Okay, before I start the show, give me one second. Let me make sure. Hi. Hi. Hey, lady. How are you doing? Hey. Okay. Thank you. There's some, there's some static going on with your phone to the special guest. That might be special. It might be because we all lost my friends. You got some static going on to now. Who's that spitfire? Probably. I can't say my phone. I can't say where I live in the area because I ain't got no bars right now. Like so. No, I heard you find the what don't have to happen with fire.

Hold on before I spit fire. Adrian say something real quick. Hey. Uh, I need a mat. Here. Okay, the special guest. Can you say something one more time? say something. Say something. That's okay. I'll just keep on holding on one second. We got to get started. Say, okay. You say something else real quick. Yeah. Can you all hear me? OK. OK. It's a concert. So what's going to happen? It's. Uh. What's going to happen. Uh-huh. What's going to happen? Uh-huh. You're going to have to mute why you're not talking. Why are you not talking? Okay. Now say something, Spitfire. Okay, you hear me better now.

You feel a little low, but that's fine. It was just the echo. I noticed what you were in. I'm mad at you. I just knew it. I'm feeling new. I'm feeling new again, so she could say something. Okay, say something, Spitfire. Okay, I'll hear me back. Can you hear me better now? Yeah, I hear you better now. So mad at me. You're going to have to go, when you're not talking, you're going to have to go on mute and unmute yourself because you and Spitfire is in a frame with each other. Okay. Okay, so y'all on it five, four, three, two, one. You're like that. Good evening, good evening, everyone. Ladies and gentlemen, you are toned in for the incident conversation. On the eight-time National Sports and World of War winning core radio, both to buy, Vitamix, APS for less,

and of course myself, Spitfire to pull it. Hey, we got some things going on. First off, let me say, happy matching the women's months or all the women all around the world as you are not celebrating yourself today. We've got a special guest who we're going today, y'all. They were not tell y'all this plan is phenomenal. He got the bars for the long yards. I'm just saying, we're going to get into all that today. But right now, what we got going on today is not a mix. Here's some of what you got going on with it. Yeah, his girl, Malamix, and basically what I'm trying to focus on right now, is still looking for someone to do my book cover. I got two books, they're still in rotation. Just pretty much ready to go. I'm just trying to figure out how to design the book covers for my two next books become.

And I'm going to be featured on one of the online poetry groups. I think it's, I want to say it's amazing sometimes. So yeah, I'm going to be featured there. And there's a body. That's about all I got going on for is the book and poetry world. Adrian Celeste, what you got going on? It's Adrian Celeste here. So I am working on getting my second book published as a children's book. I'm working on that. And I did enter a poetry contest. And I'll hear back and see, you know, the results in May sometimes. But my birthday is coming up March 30th. So that's right after spring break me and my family, we're planning on maybe going out of town for that. And, you know, just trying to relax and kick back for the week of spring break and my birthday and stick by what do you have going on?

You know me always keeping the pants off. I'm actually working on my first book, getting that together, working on these pieces. I got a feature coming up. I think it's April 9th. And you know, I got a feature coming up on for National Poetry Month and 19 magazine. And I'm just, you know, doing, doing, doing, doing little things that, doing big things and little portions. So with that, you can say, job, you know, we're going to go and kick this week. We're going to go and kick this speed ground up. We got to move something special tonight. But y'all, we got, we got a collab going on, you know, with a queen tonight. So, so what to do, Madamette? Let's go. With the voice of Maya and Andrew.

It's still running. Still, I ride, rising above this old nation like Harriet Tubman did during the underground railroad. I leave. I embrace her resilience and strength to march forward. I dreamed big because she told me that every great dream begins with a dreamer. He reminded me that strength, patience and passion is within me. She said, I can reach the stars to change the world. I am that woman who would not move to the back of the bus because Mr. says so. I paid my way like everyone else who has walked in my shoes. Rose apart was the start. No, sir, I would not be moving. They say I'm stubborn. I call it determination to win.

Like Shakira Roberts Richardson and be proud and unapologetic of who I am. I snatched my crown like charisma fields undefeated in the ring yet maintained my femininism. I'm such a lucky lady, like a delgiven, who make people laugh with those big old lips and my big old lips. I get funked as fire like the breath and go to solitude like Erica Badu. I am a black woman carrying the traits of destiny and determination in my DNA. So I am who I say I am and God himself made me this way. I see you, sis. Slide for us ain't always been bliss. As a black woman in America, opportunities we miss due to our skin,

due to our hair, due to our demeanor and tone, they always find what's wrong. And they never do what's right. But we keep coming. Resilience is our weight. How do we claim what's already in our name? Our idea, our creation. Anything good has a dark persuasion. When it's our turn, we speak without hesitation. Waiting for the right moment, the right time and space. We who are diamonds, beautiful brown skinned face. Leaders who set the bar, never to be replaced. We wear many hats. Ain't nothing wrong with that. We are the first teachers, lawyers, doctors and healers. Fearless leaders, righteous preachers. Saying prayers, Lord bless our souls, who keep us. We are grinders, hustlers, millmakers, millbreakers, and time allowing lawmakers.

Give us our flowers, give us our praise. We are strong black women built for the change. We've replaced the gentrified villains. No matter the color, a woman's voice in unity is very much stronger. No longer holding those chains, broken of brokenness. Now our crowns have eyes, they fear it. The unexplained will always turn the other teeth. But we walk and thrive, resilient our pride. And I no longer hide the woman I am. So please, please accept me for who I am and the grace that I carry. Because I'm lifting our voices singing their harmony, and harmony, let our voices range. We song to the mountain top. We've made mountains move miraculously. Our voices shall repeat to make somebody fit.

But this ain't the old days. We ain't sent in the old ways. And in this new day and age, we've taken away just like Maya, just like Phyllis and I to be, just like me and you and the other. We are strong women standing in our power and in agreement that we are equal. So in this world, that we can do whatever we believe in. Or with that being said, we're going to take this show off again, Happy National Women as much. So all my queens on this platform, White Neds, it's a lyric, Madame Egg, Agenus, the lessons of my special guest host, my little sister, Ciel and Nicole, Y'all. We back at Don't Kick It All. We got any call of them, McEw Y'all. We ain't got no numbers right now, Y'all. So with that being said, we're going to turn it over.

Let me, before we do that, let me do this first. I'm getting ahead of myself. Our special guest, Ciel and Nicole, is a poet out of Jacksonfield, Florida. And she was caught how to write poetry at the age of nine by her grandmother. Her first open might experience was at the age of 17 with the black on black wine forgery. If y'all like never heard them, go check them out. You go kind of on Instagram. It's a troupe in Tyler Hasse, Florida. She performed at Sam Wu, same Wu, I'm sorry, for the BET college tour at 19. And has recently become a recipient of the I'll be J.C. Portico, Golden Ford, Ryder and Star Awards. Ciel and Nicole expressed her social activism and mental health advocacy through her poetry. And if y'all ain't heard her, her bars, and we about to hand him in the minutes. But before we do that, y'all, we got a collar on the mat.

We got collar six on one, two, two, seven on the mat. Caller six on one, two, two, seven, what's that again? Well, we've got no collar six on one. Happy National poetry, my y'all, to all the points around the world. Can I get a poet, Salute? Oh, it's Salute. Oh, righty, y'all, righty, y'all. We got collar six on one on the mat. Yes. Is Janice going to call it from Cuba, Alabama? Oh, God, it's just about states on me. I'm doing, how you doing? Yes, I'm happy and blessed to be here. And you are very happy for Happy National poetry, my sorry, one of the month till you six, you are ready to move to that. Thank you. Thank you so much for making me do what you do. All right, let's see.

I'm going to title this one today. Think about yesterday, often, things from my past, cross my mind, but I have to pause and say, it's gone, so I have to focus on today. I look to the future sometimes, so I'm excited for tomorrow while I live, I mean to live, thrive in today, because I'm not going to be today old for this one day. So every day, I try to make the best of that day. I've been a beautiful day. I started my morning on the porch drinking coffee, I've been my granola bar with fruit. Just a smell of fresh air, because there's not a lot of traffic over here. Why it?

The population is now a raving, 307, now that I'm here. It was 306 before my arrival, so today I realized that it's something special. See, I have added to the population of this time town in Alabama, which I now hail from. I was so excited to have an opportunity to share women's history month with all of the queens this evening. So on this Thursday, it's a great day. It's a great day to be a woman. It's a great day to be a poet. It's a great day to make a great day. Every day is my dream, my goal, my inspiration comes from all of the queens that have come before me. So if I'm going to look at yesterday, I look at the inspiration that they lay down the tracks because as a matter of fact, it's a necessity for us to know where we came from so that we can live righteously in each new day that we're given. See, I understand and I open my eyes every morning

and I tell myself that this is the gift from God because it's the present. So I open my eyes and enjoy every moment of each day as it arrives. I'm just showing that's my piece. You know, zone, zone, zone. I know you just did that off the top of your head. That was freestyle, girl. That was good. Happy women's life. Yeah. That was so dope. I like the way, I like the poet. I like the way you just, you're talking about your moves to Alabama and you did it so effortlessly. I really enjoy listening to your poems because they'd be so authentic and I can tell that you just kind of freestyle and that was beautiful. I like that. I really like that. Adrian Celeste, you guys are on the table. I heard a poem.

Brad, yes. Yes. Happy, you are. Happy, yeah, happy one this month to you and congratulations on moving to Alabama and you make 307 residents. So that's good. It's things like it's a quieter pace, peaceful, you were able to enjoy your coffee, which are granola and your fruit and you're living in the moment. And that's all y'all have to do. We just need to live in the moment. Don't worry about what happened yesterday. Don't worry about the future, but just live in the moment and just breathe and enjoy the fresh air. So thank you for sharing that piece. And Spitfire, do you have anything to say for Gina Storm? Now, you think you know what I'm talking about for this coin? First off, I know the fact that you just flow so freely out the top of your dome and to say the way you just made Jewish feel,

I'm talking about making my second home just listening to this piece. I definitely appreciate you coming through watching what it's again. Happy National Women's Month for you, sis. Keep doing what you're doing. Keep fostering what it says always. Love you to death, sis. Love you to death, y'all. Y'all, we don't keep it moving. Keep it moving. Gotta make sure we ain't got no colors on the line. We ain't got no colors right now. So with that being said, y'all, we gon' bump it down. We gon' go get into an offensive death, y'all. My name is Tiela Nicole. My little sister from that Florida space, y'all. Man, if y'all ain't heard of, get back for a look at the seatbelt because she's definitely gonna take you on the ride. Tiela, you there? I am. Thank y'all so much for having me. I'm excited. Thank you. And happy National Women's Day. And as always. So, if you want right now, if you want to,

you can give us a little bit about your film. You know, and what to do. And you know, the bottom point you've got over there that it's holding your voice. I got you. I got you. So as my mother goes to say, my name is Tiela Nicole. I am a poet out of debt to the Florida. Fortunately, it's like my therapy. This is how I write out my frustrations or if I just really just need to clear my head. And when I get on stage, it's like, I just channel this energy. And I try to reach the message. So if one person comes up to me and be like, hey, your poems are set to me like, that's everything for me right now. So I'm just a vessel. I hear just pouring full time right now. And healing while doing it. Yeah, see that, that, that's what I'm learning. Yeah, man, when I tell y'all,

and it's valuable, I'ma gonna sit up real quick so y'all can go and see if what you got to see it, y'all. If that being a CFT, you're in the cold of Florida, you are. Well, definitely. All right. So I'm gonna start off with this one. This is called No Surrender. I built a home inside my name. Constructed a poem that's abstracting inside my turn around freedom became my foundation. Focusing word with my salvation and poetry is the agriculture to the once-bearing world cultivated inside my head that I had gone accustomed to. I guess I acquired enough tears to water my own roots. And April shower, bring me flowers, so watch me bloom. No surrender. You can see my face with a flicker before I made it fire. So becoming a better me has always been a burn desire. I just like the fuel to the night it. And my trauma has always been a trigger before I turn it in the flames. But once I'm asked for my peace with you, get the hands on, mold myself into a metaphorical savage with a fiery passion and slip out any horn for distraction to an excellent marksmanship.

Sniffing out any demons to devil may have sense. She got my back and now I don't miss. And I found my reasons to live so now I can't quit. And with him fan the flames in my face, I know. I got this no surrender. Because see my crown is made up for the same hands of the people that tried to break me. But it was God who saved me. So I don't want no roots. I'm from regret. Because I wouldn't have no testimony fighting. I know test this is bigger than myself. Because before I saw my worth, the rest was meant to be taxed. So it didn't make no sense. Study become more costly. It almost cost me so I had to change. Because I was gave up. But I remember what my God is. So he did this big one and hit the jackpot when he created this guy. So call me y'all it's contender. Because I still got some sense. And I'm going to say, I'm going to say, y'all it's contender. Because I still got some fight left within me. No surrender. My peace say for sale. Because I had a bit of too much healing at that time. Chaos for my currency. That became too high of a price to pay. Because the kept taking away from me, flashing away at myself was saying, Thomas didn't feel seen. And I became a fraction who I was supposed to be. Was led to my depression. My mental balance was so deep in the red that I ended up being a special debt. Never retarded myself.

And I felt empty of life. Once I had advice in my life, I became priceless. No surrender. Yes, that peace. That was so. This is portraits not a mix. Happy women's month. And what I take on your form, I feel like I'm fired. I feel like you're on fire. And then the main thing that I got out of that is how you use your mental state and how you use portrait for your mental and how you express yourself through your portrait and how you are using metaphors about God, how you use the metaphors about your spirit, how you use the metaphors about the devil and just being resilient.

I really like that peace. Thank you for sharing. Thank you so much, Queen. I'm glad to get that method out of you. That's exactly what that was. I appreciate you. Agency list. Yes. So happy women's month here in Nicole. And I really enjoyed your point. It seems like you're a strong black woman woman. And that is what we have to be. And today's time we have a lot of obstacles that come against us. But you have faith in God. You have courage. And you have the support of I suppose you're a family. And there's something that keeps you moving forward. And you have a positive outlook. So thank you for sharing. And big fire. Do you have anything to end?

And you know what I do? Of course, I do. Because this Queen right there. Oh my gosh. When I tell you how 10. It's fantastic. It starts playing between you. You don't even know it's this. Man, it's me out here. And for instance, it's like hearing her now. Oh my God. She got bars for babies. It's bar six. You know, they're one of my favorite pieces. Yes, I definitely love this piece. Definitely love this piece. If you want to, we could either hold your conversation. Or you can go on to the next piece. Whichever you choose, as low as you. Oh, definitely. Again, I just thank you all for having me. This is such a dope experience. I love being introduced to new platforms where, you know, this being around like minded people. So thank you all, Queen. I appreciate it. Yeah. Yeah. And actually, you know, every first and third Thursday.

You can call land just the highest voice heard. You know what I'm saying? We would love to hear your voice. Not just today. But any other day, you feel free to call land. If we are working on the first and third Thursday. Do we need any of the intimate conversations? Most definitely. Yeah, I definitely send the vlog. This is fire. The fact I spit poetry and have my body don't. Yes, I love it. I don't feel bad. I don't feel bad. Yes. That be a clear kiss for my consumers. All right. So since it is black history. I'm sorry. This is a women's history month. We are celebrating black and being a woman. woman. So this next piece that I'm going to do is called Black Betty. Black Betty. Black

Betty. Have you ever heard the story of Baby Esther Jones, a black jazz singer for the 1920s Harlem Renaissance? Her sketching in style, the boop boop boop and the jazz aid Harlem Cotton Club with a dim turn golden goose because they took her attributes and put it to their own personal use because they hated the fact that she was melanated. So the Caucasians saw this as a cast cow and what they cast in on her black excellence. Milked it for all that was worth to read the benefits of success, then they do what but they do best twisting, turning and pulling just to show how far they could push our buttons like it was a game of pop it. The nature of history and flux it. Ultimately creating a baby boop in their own image like they did Lady Liberty once again rewriting history and presenting it as something new. But Black Betty was already beautiful. So the same for how America could be so pitiful when it comes to telling the real truth and take no pity on the people that they persecute. I mean, they went in suffice displaying lies and cartoons how they depicted a Caucasian flapper girl from such food but overlooking a black woman who was used as a blueprint because they knew an animated

version of Elsa Jones was the one that was supposed to be on the tube. But Black Betty was treated like America's big oops. So I'm 14 baby S was the one who got due and the lieu of all this caring I mean came who perpetrated her has a nerve to try and sue even though she knew then well she wasn't the original. It wasn't as poor to tell. The baby S was like that so Helen raised Hill so her name, image and likeness like it was backed by a contract song for the NIL sadly even after there was proof in court that Jones was the original and came with the imitative support for Elsa still feels short and unfortunately controversy and culture appropriations around this origin story. Betty Booth became white, white and praise and poor Elsa didn't receive compensation for the history she made let alone the glory. This is just one of the prime examples of how Black Entertainment can get exploited and the corrupt society just sits there and enjoys it. It sends me deeply how people can put the whole being into their craft yet still have nothing to show for. So I apologize for society pile of lies and as a vessel and a grill goddess is my

time to tell the truth. So Black Betty, Black Betty, Black Betty, I see you queen, absolute. Yeah, I see you there in the cold. Yeah, so much history and oh my god that was dope. I really like the way you use Black Betty because we all you know how we was taught on the history. Betty showed Black Betty is being white, Betty Booth. You know we all thought she was white on the cartoon but because you brought it out, I mean you didn't bring it out. I mean I'm just saying the way you brought that history back into us to the Black women that was our Biblical girlfriend. I love that queen. Keep it going. I really love, I feel your energy. I can feel your energy right now. Adrian Celeste, you have anything to say about that piece? You're welcome queen. Yes, Betty Booth is one of my favorite characters and

I'm glad you brought to light that she wasn't a white woman. She was a black woman and it just seems like our talent is always stolen and they'll put a white face on it because they think that a film, the records, they'll film movie ticket sales but our talent still comes through and it's good. Her story is coming out now and people need to learn the history of Black people, Black entertainers, celebrities and Spitfire do you have anything to say for a tear in the cold? Of course, that's one of my favorite pieces. I love the fact that she's so her character and basically they're the fourth truth of who she really is and honor and heart as you know, especially own and women's history. For those that don't know, Betty Booth

was not a white woman but they portrayed her as a white character but the whole time there's a black queen standing behind the voice. So definitely thank you for bringing this platform on this very much needed and very well outspoken to us. Definitely appreciate that. So with that said, we're going to sit you on the couch for a little bit for a few minutes. We're going to get this color out the way we're going to get back to you. Maybe if you can do a little bit of that. Hello, her name is Devana. Hello, Devana. Devana. Yeah, we can hear you. Okay, so I really like that piece. I'm doing well. I'm happy that the women's mark for you. It's your work. You too. Thank you. So kind of in the vein of doing pieces about like womanhood and being a black woman, I wanted to share a piece as well. It's called Old to Black Women.

We are in the media circuits with President Peach as the ringleader. Y'all didn't deserve Kamala because you acted like you didn't need her. The black woman, you bleed her, beat her, weed her out, asking about her credentials. Like he ain't just a failed businessman. In turn, reality starts her in dictator. America was never greater than it was today. It was always worse than the way they portrayed it. He can say it directly and unequivocally. Y'all will be giving me hell when I tell you it's misogyny art. It got to be because how do we come so far just to fall victim to a sight off? Yes, she was a cop. I did not undermine nor negate that. But you take that as an indictment of her whole record. She puts effort into her appearance and she's bougie. She drinks some wine, she's a drunk. She aligns with the leader of the free world who happens to be her boss and y'all call her a Zionist. But none of this smoked for Trump. Who said let that garbage known finish the job? Y'all lots so hard and liberals and Democrats. But the fact that you voted for a four-time failed candidate says a lot about

her lack of political education. There is nuance to this conversation. So please don't take this as a slight. I do not identify with the left or the right. I'm like somewhere in the middle, but not a center either. I'm either black or a woman. If I'm speaking about the state of politics, it's through the lens that all this could burn. As a black woman, when is it going to be my turn? Sizzle voice. As Megan the Stallion said, my body, my choice. I'm thinking of Adriana Smith because she'll be, because she'll miss her living child's life all because they wanted to put her corpse under a knife and poke and pry. You know what the Bible said about sparing the ride? We've moved with so much grace and they're playing in our face. Everything is about race. I think you can trace every modern problem back to some race's law. ICE enforces the law in order of a carceral state that only condones the rapists who sit upon their iron throne. They denied us loans to buy homes and then jitters when we grew up in slum. They hate what we've become militant, disobedient and woke.

They take us for a joke. I remember my white classmate saying he was stoked. I got myself African trip paid for. I prayed for a way to reconnect with my ancestors and the motherland. And all he could see was entitlement. Like I went to that school with any type of silver spoon. I was always the poorest and the darkest in every single room. And the hardest part is realizing I wouldn't be where I was today if it wasn't for my own sacrifice. Northwestern, Northwestern, at least a rebel from the ridges of her inhibitions gave me a mission that felt impossible. But in that where it's fit, I'm possible. I'm here. I exist not as the clown in your circus, but a mirror in the house of cars. Can take cars to be exact. I published chaos and magic at the exact time it was needed. Divine intervention completed a journey. I have battle for seven years and maybe the sequel will come in another seven. But I'm taking a page from George R.R. Martin and writing one at a time. There's so many layers in that line that I find myself in all of my own skill.

I know that there's a hasn't still. I know my God is real because she will build castles and the sand for my cleanliness can live. Cleanliness is next to Godliness. If a conscious choice, they're black women. Don't let them drown out your voice. And that's that piece. It was a really good diviner. I like the way that you put politics into your own poetry because a lot of people don't. Some people play attention to politics and then some people don't. I like the way you say you're not with the left or the right. You're kind of like in the middle. That's a good stance to stand, I believe. So yeah, thank you for sharing that piece clean. That was very beautiful. Thank you. Thank you. So yes, Javana, as usual, your point there.

It was dope. I like how you bring in politics. You talked about Kamala. You talked about Guantas South Africa. You talked about your time as a student at Northwestern. I know you felt like a minority at mostly white university. And you still succeeded. You graduated. You got good grades. I know you enjoyed yourself as South Africa. You reconnected to your roots. And you are always politically minded and socially conscious. So I'm glad it must be in your roots. So spitfire, do you have anything to say for Javana? Man, I'm loving how again, the way you incorporate the politics with the Black Women's Month, but the fact that you spoke on Kamala Kamala, can you give me that line one more time?

Let me go back to it because it's a long piece. I said, um, I said, where's Kamala? Oh, I said, she puts effort into her appearance and she bulls you. She enjoys some wine. She's a drunk. She aligns with the leader of the free world who happens to be her boss. And she's a Zionist. But none of this smoke for Trump. Yeah, that's right. That's that's the whole double entendre period. Yeah, you definitely killed that. I would definitely appreciate you coming here and sharing your voice and acknowledging when it's marked with us today. Definitely appreciate you. You know, saying keep coming back. Keep that hands up there. Definitely keep that hands up. I'm loving it. I'm loving it every time I hear it. Every time I hear it. Would that be the thing? Thank you. Of course. Thank you. Oh, no problem. You don't start off with lady, then gentlemen.

You are told to enter into the conversation. On the eight time. That was both a word award. When it pulled the video posted by. My girl, poet is madamex. Adrian Celeste. Of course, me myself. You're leaving post. It fired a poet again. Yeah, we just sitting back here. You know, we end. You're in. I can't see. I mean, I. I survived just today. This year in the cold. So again, we got a few little questions for you. There's a few of this. You don't matter. I asked for it. So madamex don't. I'll take your question off it. So I'm going to finish it. It's kind of like I have the time for my head. We said, you use your your mint. You writing poetry was your therapy. What did you go through?

To to make you choose poetry as your therapy? By what? I've gone through periods of depression, anxiety, suicidal ideologies, and a low self-esteem. And then recently I went through a divorce and I went three days without eating, drinking, and the only thing that I turned to was poetry. And I literally wrote myself out of that. So poetry has saved my life on many occasions. Yeah, I want to apply to you because that was that was so dope. A lot of us poets use poetry for therapy. And the fact that you can still stand on that stage and spit the way that you do.

I haven't gotten a chance to look you up. But trust me, I'm going to look you up. And I'm going to be looking and watching and following you because I just feel your energy. I feel it seems like it seems like your story is similar to my story. I don't I don't know, but there's something about you that I really like. And I'm definitely going to be looking you up and following you and supporting you. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. You're welcome. Yes, my question is did your grandmother or were there any experiences that influence you to express social activism in your poetry? Or absolutely. So first it was my grandmother. She lived through that Jim Crow era. So she experienced being segregated. And she actually was like in the million man march. She brought my mom and then they experienced it too.

Like with schools and things like that. So the things that they didn't teach us in school, she taught me. And so I actually started off with Porti writing about social justice and justice. And then I also grew up watching Death's Porti Jam. And so listening to Black Ice and DMX, he had on talking about the industry and things that's going on on the society that really just kind of molded the poet that I am. And then of course hip-hop. Yes, I would say I became a hip-hop fan in the 90s and always loved poetry. And it was fight the power back then. It started off with social conscious, political, yes. So I understand that's good. And uh, bit fire? Yeah, bit fire.

Did you have any questions for Pierre Nicholson? Of course. No one just found out what you're saying. How old were you first picked up your penis? Nine. And one of those. Wow, you're older than me. I was eight when I picked up my first thing. At that age, what inspired you to keep life? Woo! Hmm. What inspired me? I felt a lot of it came from being bullied in going to school and I felt like there were times where I would turn to an adult and they didn't want to hear it. So I'm like, I felt like I couldn't really, you know, talk to anybody. So I was like, you know what? I'm just right. And my parents were already dysfunctional much with the job.

And my mom, she actually had to quit her job because she had to help me and my brother to school. Like that's just how bad it was. So poetry really just kind of became something that really just allowed me to get all my thoughts up that I felt like I couldn't share. And some, I was too scared to share. So poetry became my voice and I just fell in love with it. Okay, so I'm just going to say this here. I just found my poetry point fine. So literally, you found exactly like me at that age. I did not excel fluently out loud because they always end up getting my stuff worse and all that. So yeah, I'm more able to express myself on paper than I am out loud. And some of my reasons, emotions come out better on paper than what I would like to do.

So yeah, I definitely, definitely, definitely hear you on the back. So that's it. We're going to put you back on the couch for us. I think that we, as the really host and the co-host, have a slight little surprise for you. Let it make you ready. Yeah, yeah, I'm going to say, you know, I worked with two phones. Oh, one phone, one phone. You remember next one, all two phones. Okay, here you are. I keep rising. Playing words like I'm on fire, born with the sun and has begun. Rearranged insults is my desire. Daily, I'm breaking pain. I came here to inspire. My messages are real.

I am a diamond. Born to lead and not to follow. Stand alone at will. No time to borrow. Every time they knock me down, I rise even higher. Every time they shut me out, I expand my empire. For those who took me for granted, I'm never faded. Looking back from where I came, I really made it. When I think I'm asleep, my mind, my eyes are wide open. Sorry, I was strong. Oh, my God. I'm so scared. So, just because he's over here. For those who took me for granted, I'm never faded.

Looking back from where I came, I really made it. When they think I'm asleep, my eyes are open. I see their attention. I feel their deceit. I've already left. I'm never weak. No longer can they hold me back. I'm so much stronger. I can't be cracked, but never broken. My endurance is longer as the world keeps hurting. And all it takes, and all the face keeps flying. I'm elevating to the extreme. I keep rising. And that's it, please. I'm sorry, y'all. I had technical difficulties there. All right. Baby, they're all moved. All right. This one is called Women, One in All. It takes courage to stand alone to lead the way.

After hearing a little bird's song, the song gives you the strength and courage. Putting aside fear, you move all obstacles and foliage. You carry the burden of your father, and your eyes is the audacity of your mother. She never tolerated any mess. She could outthink the rest. God put her through many a text. The things she had seen came to her in many a dream. God's victory kept her face of a mustard seed. With her example, can lead the way her simple act of not taking it anymore. Story told in folklore, with quiet dignity holding her head high, in her mind, she was always free. Seizing an opportunity, walking the path led by the Almighty, she knows that she is going no need for bags to slow down her journey, where she is going. There's plenty. Let us say homage to great women who have married and raised their children,

who have worked and vented and discovered, who have taught mixed and tested, who have marched, walked out and protested, who have ran in an election, whether they won or lost. We are so proud, who have written dance and sang, who modeled, sold, and designed the damn thing, who have acted on TV in a movie or play, who have been a comedian, bringing joy and laughter your way, for the women who are poets, do spoken words, encouragement is what they heard. For all the female athletes, who never fall in defeat, only came back stronger to win a champion feat. We owe you so much, we will continue to a good fight. There's simple acts greater, small, it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of it all. It's in God's hands. She was having sent, and she created the blueprint, and that's that piece.

I just want to title Fresh Prince Old Change. My life ain't scripted. No land, fracks, there's no commercial breaks to face me. I'm pretty polished in some cases, same-lancing, with different mental problems. Reality TV is still in my trauma, produced as being called the drama. The retakes of my triggers, life, camera, touched. Now my triggers are triggered for the triggering of being a trigger. This fake smile holds in its fake ass crown, anything to keep the family proud. But I'm finally screaming out loud. Yet somehow I see getting acquired, the sign contracts and looks, and appreciating my work. They wanted a wall, a womb, and a witness, and never asked one, if I was still women. It came background noise in my own thoughts,

originally on the originator, the creator of my own sitcom. I've been polished and grown, while they checked my tone, been royalty before a zip code, before a title, even when I learned to follow myself politely. Suffering and silent, adult teeth grown, growth don't mean heal. See, I've watched peer pressure pop bottles, with peer-reviewed trauma. Drugs don't keep doors. They are victims. Pharmacy release, they rewrite the end and end, and turn over to the side. They've seen addiction where charisma, why demons did dress and confidence. For my friends, is their survival with silent zeal. So all they stand for, they're going to keep taking from me. But I'm proud of being in the spine with no support. The bridge that everybody calls their birthed up. No. No. No. I'm seeing it as a network cancellation, and if I didn't have to, if I didn't have to disappear,

all of these yeses I gave away, as they were displayed, being played in my face, being throttly with the re-runs of regrets, but emotional, late season spirits were dead. Life is editing me out after my body was used for pop. For all my dreams, try to create another version of me. But this passion in me never expired. It just waited a while since she could evolve. She's been a minute meaner and speaking out loud. After I stepped back into myself, the floor collapsed. My past is protesting, and my spirit's been acting. Remembering that my field called history, built for bare memory and broken promises. Air loud and loaded with lessons. Ain't the current accuracy. But in all cameras, when I've had enough, knowing my words, given less day life interrupted the heritins of hurt. The fuel is the way it references of my pain.

Learning luxury is peace, crushing old things. The piece of my self mentally from this mental contract. The piece of my crowd through the consolation. This is my mission statement. I'm flipping tables, fully curtains taken, talking in the camera, like it owes me something. It just needs a support of support. Not the one that criticizes me. I need real ones. One who understand my struggle that see me loud and all cried out. I see me broken. But finally see me choosing myself from this day forward. All happy National Women's Month, ladies. With that being said, y'all beautiful round, beautiful round to my co-host. Thank y'all. Thank you. A good way to kick off National Women's Month. And with the city, y'all, we're going to jump into the TV. We're quick, we're quick, we're quick. Ladies and gentlemen,

you are told in to enter the conversation. Women and power, man, y'all. On the eight-time National Spoken Word Award, Winni-Core Video. Hosted by my co-host, Mattel's ex, Adrienne Phyllas, and of course, your lead host gets fired up for it. Y'all, we're getting down to the mid-degree. Are we going to go on that? I suspect, yes. The Queen herself, Miss Tierra's home, blows us on out, y'all. Absolutely. Thank you. I feel like this is my signature piece, and I feel like this is the perfect way to close this out. This is called No That Sof. I am a Queen. And it took me a long time to realize this because I suffered from loads of the things. It was the roughest past of years for me. I would get used verbally abuse,

ostracized, criticized, and ridiculed. I felt like I had no one to talk to. Every night I cried, my feelings I would hide. I was so deep down to the person that no one knew that I was on the verge of committing suicide. I felt alone. And I thought to myself that maybe this would be a much better place if I was gone, because I was sick of it. I was sick of my life being constantly done, but not being a little bit pretty and perfect. No life at all seemed much more worth it. But one day, God came before me, and had this to say, it hurts me to put my heart to see a child with my suffering this way. And words, you're thinking about throwing your life away. If nothing else, remember this. Nothing is more precious than your life, so cherish it. And I thought about this. And I said, you know what, God's the right. This method more troubling than taking one's life, once this is realized, God placed an angel before me. And His angel didn't need any halo or wings, just a pen and paper to express my feelings. God gave me a savior, which was a gift or poetry. Portia was the way to testify to vent. It was the way to free myself from a darkest thought so I can be released for my self-recentment, because no one should ever have to feel this way.

So I have this to say, ladies, know you worth. We come from royalty. It's not DNA. We worth more than diamond, which is considered to be the hardest material known to man, but not as hard as breaking on the walls of bears that have been put up by a girl who's been through more hills than she can withstand. Diamond, our precious jewel is meted by the four thieves. Carrot, clarity, color, and cuts. Yes, cut. Like the split from the wrist, which is something that a girl might turn to, which is just about ready to get up, self inflict the pain, the reflection being flipped, the pain caused by her peers. Bloodstained tears is the only thing that she could think to do the soul to torment the soul, because it feels like her life has been spun out of control. Diamond, greater as the hardest on the scale of one to ten, which is how we're graded time and time again on the scale of one to ten with one being the so-called ugliest and ten being the most good looking. You see, life for me, this felt like one big beauty contest, like a shell covering a pearl. Only thing was on the outside, but I was given a contest on the inside of ten to manifest

and a ruby with a fine piece of jewelry, with the equipment to how we could be looked at in the street, like a piece of meat or a piece taught to be seen and not speak. Well, I say enough is enough. It is time for us to come together, ladies, and step up. No longer will we tolerate being seen in that thick slab of meat to send our way to be eaten. No, we are women who are tired of being physically, mentally, and emotionally beaten. Let our stories be heard around the world, that we are queen's girls. We are worth way more than any amount of diamonds, rubies or pearls. We are children of God who deserve nothing less, but the best. And we demand respect. We are blessed. We are strong. And we are beautiful. And we are God's gift to this earth. And I'm telling you right now, that there's nothing more remarkable than a woman who knows her worth. That piece was dope, that was dope. And I can relate to the low self-esteem, being a groin up as a dodge-round skin girl,

whose hair was crickly. It was not straight in a wavy. And I wasn't a light skin. I thought I understand that. And I was petite and skinny. And, you know, you're judged by society. You judge by your fears. And even sometimes your family. So I felt that piece. And I say, right on. Yeah. And it's been, yeah, it's been quite a little too long to say. So, I heard from you. I think we should make the best more than to say that we beyond real nation. We're going to cut them up at this year. I think we all felt that throughout the world. Because I definitely, you know, can relate. I have a fervour of smile. Because I really have no teeth in my mouth. But I don't like smile in my eyes. But I'm learning to build my confidence. And we beard my feet. But I see a smile every day. So I definitely think that.

And I have no one has heard that that right there all the way around the world that that that that was heard all the way around the world. But definitely hard to go right there. Definitely hard to deal with that. Right. We got a puller. We should be able to do a form in the building. Free that from the platform. Now I'm going to go and see a piece. I'm here, lady. How you doing, Corey? How you doing? I'm happy. This has been an amazing show. The feature is tremendously powerful. And the poetry is necessary. And my mom is a baseball fan. So I'm glad that you spit that. And she was able to hear it. Thank you, Corey. But the best thing is she went flying people. Even from the car. Even from the car. She's being here all over. Because you're going to be on the house right now. And now she's talking about their booths, their booths, their booths, their booths. Yeah, but she's going to do the house now. That's great.

It's fun to get the youth. All right, this radio station. I think it's part of flying. And with my grandson. And he's only here. He already told me his name don't be a theater poet. So even though he said he's my mini-main now. So he won't be good like me. So anyway, I'm in the world. I'm in the world. But I definitely got to say first off. That's a good shout out to our special guest here. Thank you so much for accepting the offer. Thank you for blessing this stage. It's not the old words of empowerment. It was women's empowerment night. And he definitely gave us some words of wisdom. So I definitely appreciate you for showing up and showing out and just doing your things. Any words you would like to say,

bless the stage, be connected. Thank you so much. I, this has been a powerful night. I got chills right now. And I just thank you, Queen, for giving me this opportunity. And I will gladly be back for sure. This was this was a blessing that I didn't even know I needed. So thank you. I'm so glad everybody got inspired by it too. That that means the world to me. Hey, personally, you definitely been inspired from some plans. And you already know my kids in the growth and air. So I'm just going to hang on. I'm going to have to have been a fair job. Ladies and gentlemen, you are soon being to intimate conversation on the eight-pound national spoken word award report radio hosted by my co-host, poet's madamek, Adrian Celeste, and of course,

myself did fire to pull it. Tonight was definitely a night to the perfect night to kick off women's national match and a month y'all. And as always, my special guest here in the code came in and did her thing. Y'all for definitely hit y'all hats to her. With that being said, I want to thank my co-hosts, you know, for always being in my corner. I want to thank the special guest for showing up and showing out. I definitely want to thank the college they called in, even if you didn't speak, for just listening greatly appreciated. You could have been anywhere, but you all chose to spend this night with us tonight. And we have greatly, greatly appreciate it. Definitely got to thank our radio receptionist, Mick J. Lewis, y'all. Because without her, we wouldn't be able to do another big thing. And so we definitely get to the next day, we're going to play it on the walls and tunes. And so the most and foremost, to the key to himself,

Mr. King, Black Ice, y'all, we got to get it up to the founder of What? Oh, with that being said, y'all have a wonderful night. So all the women out there happy, matching the women's month, they keep striving, and keep doing what she's doing shown that we are appreciated and needed. And with that being said, y'all, everybody have a good night. Stay blessed. And continue to sound bright like a diamond. Good night, y'all. Good night. Good night. Good night. Good night. Good night, everyone.
