Most of you probably don’t know that I trained one summer with Doug “The Thug” Smith, who the movie The Goon is based off of. Doug totally changed the way I fought and changed my perspective. Doug was kind enough to join us for an interview to talk about what he took away from training myself and Steve MacIntyre, stories from his playing days, training the Bruins to fight, making The Goon, and being a cop in the small town of Hanson, MA. He's a well-spoken and kind dude. Enjoy!
