International Running Day with Four Time Olympian Lisa Weightman
About this episode
It is Never Run Alone.
This week we’re joined by four time Olympian, Commonwealth Games Medallist, mother, wife and all round legend Lisa Weightman. We chat through her biggest running learnings and failures, the journey of longevity in running - she ran her first marathon at 29 and completed Boston back in April aged 47 - becoming the first person ever to run all 7 Majors plus compete at the Olympics, Commonwealth Games and the World Championships. As usual we unpack our own running in the past week and a fun buy/sell as ever.
All that and more with Cam Merrick, Sissi Bergman and special guest, Lisa Weightman. Hosted by Kris Farrenkothen.
