Our interview this week is all about boundaries - setting them, what to do about people crossing them and teaching our kids all about them. We've been following author Nedra Glover Tawwab on Instagram for a while now, and we love that she covers a lot of things people don't talk about in terms of being ok with boundaries, having a voice and using it, and creating your own space. Boundaries can be physical space, emotional space or emotional connection. They can be how you present the things you say and who you tell. Boundaries are so important, yet we often struggle with expressing our boundaries to other people. Nedra offers some much-needed advice about boundaries - how they start with us as parents and how we can empower our kids with the right knowledge and experiences to have and to respect boundaries.
